Wow this Jamba Juice was so bad! I mean, the lady was so rude, grouchy, unfriendly. She seemed very unhappy, either with her job or that is just her personality. No greetings, no thank you or whatsoever. She was just rude asking me what do i want to order. Behind the counter, she was slammed something. So loud that you couldn't even ignore it. The quality of the drink was also bad as the employee attitude. Not worth it. Jamba, you really need to get another employees who can handle the situation and have a better attitude! It was a nice morning on Sundaythe 22nd of June 2026 11:58 am, and the tables hadn't been put down, lights not on, open sign not shimmering in the distance... but no sign saying closed for whatever reason... went to the door and alas... they are closed, must have gone out of business! Went today around 4:15pm. There hours says 8am-6pm, even on New Year's Day. Got there and there's a worker walking around but the door was locked? We stood there for a second and there was no indication that they were closed, the worker didn't come and let us know what was going on either. I tried calling 4 times, while still outside the establishment and the worker inside just let it ring! If that isn't rude I don't know what is. read more

Service is so-so here. At times the employee is super polite and personable and other times you get some that seem like you're an inconvenience to them. Today, the girl making my smoothie was both polite and friendly while the one who took my order was polite, but wasn't very friendly. No eye contact at all. The interior always seems dark and dingy to me. It used to be bright and smelled amazing but the last few times I've been here, I always question to myself if they're closed or not. It's hard to explain but you'll see for yourself if you go. The smoothies are like they've always been but have become ridiculously expensive. I used to pay around 5.50 for a large and as of today, it's 7.50 for a basic Strawberries Wild. So Jamba Juice is more of a every now and then treat versus getting a daily smoothie. read more

The drinks were delicious, that's the reason it's 2 stars. However the two girls that were working that day (8/3/19)were very slow. Some may argue that it's because they are understaffed, which I don't think is a good excuse. Jamba juices at my home town can take order and have it ready within average 6 mins. They were also talking amongst themselves and distracting each other to the point where they look lost. It took 20 mins to get two drinks. There were two girls. No hello once we entered. They were chatting and taking their time. One left to go home after making herself a couple of drinks while the other one took her time to make a bowl. After 5 mins of waiting, that's when she told us she'll be right with us. She looked annoyed and walked to the back grunting to herself like a five year old. . . This made us feel like she didn't even want to make our drinks. After she took our order we were later told that they were out of some ingredients and sold out on other drinks. So I stopped in to grab a smoothie for the ride home last weekend and placed my order then went to use the restroom to find no TP, no soap and paper towels on the floor. I went back out to lobby and asked the younger person working at the time if they were alone which was verified as "yes" by employee. The smoothie was great but I don't think it's a good business practice to schedule anyone alone to run a store as dusk was approaching ( after 6:30 PM ). I called corporate to ask why they schedule in such a way that could endanger the employees to discover it is privately owned. To whoever you are quit being a cheap ass and consider your employees safety. At $7.50 a pop for a large I'm sure you can have 2 employees working during business hours. read more

Very professional, store is very clean appears to follow COVID standards, staff wears masks, Hands washed frequently, counter tops wiped down, etc. Staff is friendly and personable, smoothies come out at decent time. A greeting and a thank you provided. Smoothie cold, filled to brim, no chunks, tastes as expected, and of good consistency. Overall satisfied with my experience at this location. They had a great selection of smoothies, fresh juices, and other things like fresh bowls. After waiting for 18 minutes, I asked for a refund and the employee didn't know how to give them. He had to call his boss asking what to do. Their employees aren't trained enough and need an attitude fixer. 3 customers left in the process of the 18 minutes. Store phone disconnented off and on, store has been flood twice in the last few months.
