I used to be a regular here, but I've stopped coming in over the last several months because of recurring issues that clearly stem from management. The staff is usually fine, but the store is constantly out of basic ingredients. To make matters worse, management has a "no refund" policy even when they can't fulfill an order. My only complaint is the pretzels I ordered came super soggy. I put them in my air fryer for around 6 min (which is very long for an air fryer) and they were almost better. Very disappointed! I went in to get the almond milk salted caramel sundae which is delightful. The young man at the counter started to tell me something and the girl that was making the drinks for a very crowded store, stopped what she was doing to come answer the question that I'm sure he could have answered. It was extremely unorganized. So I was told I could get the salted caramel sundae without the salt, Carmel, and nuts. Service is spotty. Sometimes they do great and are fast other times they run around like chickens with their heads cut off. Ever since I experienced this I started ordering online anticipating my drinks are ready when I arrive and they are still NOT. My drinks were sipped to be ready at 12:26 today and I ordered at 11:56. Drinks were ready at 12:45. It said they could be done in 5 minutes but I was a little far away so I selected 12:26 I get here and they still weren't ready they are too busy fulfilling DoorDash orders. It seems like the can't handle DoorDash and Grubhub and should not be doing them. Poor girl making drinks looked like she was gonna pass out. I entered this location and there were three customers already waiting on their orders to be filled. One of the 2 young ladies working made eye contact with me when I walked in. A few minutes later another customer walks into the store and walks straight up to the counter in front of me and the others. He did not acknowledge or ask whether I or the other customers were in line or had ordered. The young lady that made eye contact with me immediately went to the counter to take care of his request, which appeared to be a mobile order, and did not acknowledge me standing there. The least she could've said to me before accommodating the newest customer was to say, "I'll be right with you" or something of that nature. Great place for a pick me up plus a much better alternative to fast food. Fresh fruit and a plethora of ingredients and you gotta love the one free additive that comes with your drink choice. The staff is always friendly, patient and helpful when I can't quite seem to decide which one of their tasty smoothies I need on one of my visits. My latest visit was a delightful surprise to see added to the menu pretzels, one of my weaknesses and yes I partaked on the Stuffed Spinach and Feta version that my smile to my husband across the table clearly showed how happy I was with my choice from the spinach in between my front teeth lol. Ordered 2 drinks and pretzel with nacho cheese. The nacho cheese had mold on it and pretzel was very soggy didn't even eat. Very disappointed. Used to go there atleast 3x a week but this past year and a half or so everytime we go it we are always disappointed. The atmosphere, Customer Service is just not there anymore.
