It's $1 smoothie day, so me and my family came to get our smoothies and while we're there we see a homeless man and we gave him a smoothie; one each flavor a strawberry and mango smoothie. When we re entered the building to get ourselves a smoothie (mind you it's also Father's Day) the cashier says we can't buy another smoothie. We explained we gave the gentleman a smoothie who's sitting right outside her door and she refused service because we gave away our smoothies. Then when we asked for a manager she states she is the manager and still refused to help. And who's to say she's the manager she didn't even have a name badge. How can someone be so unempathetic and have such a cold heart? And this isn't the first negative experience I've had here. I have ordered here several times in the past and there has been no problem. Usually at different times / dates so never the same staff. Today I ordered 5 drinks, in which I received the wrong order on one of them. The problem was not that they got my order wrong but that they try to tell me what I ordered as if I didn't know. And the worst part was the attitude, in which the cashier said "regardless" of what I ordered they couldn't make it since they were out of what they needed to make my drink. I believe the frozen fruit stewardess' name was Diana. I will never forget that name because as she was scrubbing the countertops, and as the sweat dripped down her forehead, we locked eyes and she made sure that I knew I was acknowledged and greeted. I had NO CLUE that Peaches, were first cultivated in China during the Neolithic period (Stone age, Between 10,000 to 2200 year BC). The service here is always so awful. Never properly greeted, never any eye contact. Employees are always annoyed. Today 6/7 @ 12:42pm, the woman working was not only rude to us, as we were waiting for beverages (only ones waiting in store) there were 2 seperate guests that walked in to order a drink but left after there was not one greeting by the woman working. They came and left, so Jamba last business twice because of this employee. A simple "be right with you" would probably have saved the experience for them, but she couldn't even muster it. How sad. Busy day at Jamba Juice when I went. The staff was friendly but overwhelmed. There was a sign letting customers know that they are longer wait times than normal so you are warned prior to placing your order. I ordered two drinks and when I recommended them they were still quite chunky and not as smooth as they normally are. This location really needs to have some sort of training with its employees on how to greet customers on days they are obviously don't want to be at work.
