Small place, good luck trying to find a parking spot since they are sharing parking with so many stores in the same area, one table four chairs, three bar stools so clearly this is a get to go, the two staff ladies were friendly and polite, I had a Aloha pineapple smoothie which had in it, 1.Strawberries, 2.Bananas, 3.Pineapple sherbet, 4.Pineapple juice, 5.Greek yogurt, I did not like this at all the taste do not connect with my mouth, I enjoy my Wheatgrass shot way better. read more

People taking care of the business have bad attitude. When talking to you they don't look at you, they look mad all the time. If you have questions they ignore you. Staff is incompetent or pretends to be. Placed an order online, arrived and there were about 10ppl in the store that were either waiting on drinks or waiting to even get their order taken. Only 2 ppl were staffed at the front and after a few mins a manager? pops up from the back. Idk what the female cashier was doing but she was moving slow af, the dude making the drinks was trying his best but hey 1 smoothie maker for god knows how many orders, he can only do so much. I originally asked the cashier if there was an order for me ready and she said she would check... never did. I wait a few more mins and ask the guy making the drinks about mine and turns out mine was in fact ready. Idk if they just don't know how to staff people or are willing to hire anyone that accepts min wage but at this rate there is no way this store can stay open much longer. If they offered a higher hourly rate I'm sure employees would be more motivated to do a good job. The drinks here are hella pricey anyway, only went bc of a 50% off coupon. All I have to say is that this Jamba Juice location is horrible. I went here on my lunch break for something quick and healthy and boy did I go to the wrong place. The juice drink I got was ok but tasted better at other locations. I also got the turkey sandwich that I love. It's frozen so they always heat it up so when my order was done I left and headed back to work before my lunch was over. As I started to bite my sandwich I quickly spit it out because it was still frozen in the middle which was horrible. The smoothies n juices r fine except the floor is sticky! I was in at 8 am on a Friday morning. Gross. It's not like it got dirty throughout the day. When did the free boosts go away? That sucks! Really? Also, the management needs to hire more staff for the morning rush. U need 1 cashier to keep the line moving and at least 2 people making juices. When I was in, there were just 2 poor hard working girls trying to get it all done. It is completely inefficient that they take an order then the cashier has to stop and make it while the line grows. I have been stopping in at Jamba lately n rrying the different juices. Ive been liking Kale thngs. Anyway, wanted yelp about todays visit. I got the Greena n Ginger but it was waay too "spicy" as the ginger birned going down. It definitely was not the taste I had before. I got a large n heard it was 4 scoops of ginger.. like tablespoons or teaspoons or maybe 1/2 tsp? I requested to make it over n theu helped me out. Wanted to thank them for that. Some things never change..... I live in the area and since this Jamba Juice has been open they have been the worse ever!!!!!!! They are slow as hell! I doesn't matter if it's only 2 customers, you are going to spend a minimum of 15 minutes waiting for your smoothy. And if Jennifer "The Manager" continues to be in leadership, this location will continue to be a downward fail in customer service. Very unfriendly and un-entheused and does not pay attention to the customer while placing your order. I have given this place too many chances. Worst Jamba ever !!!! My cousin and I order orange juice and a peach perfection. The manager Andrew while charging me, mumbles that he just cleaned the machine for the orange juice so he charges me without repeating my order and makes my drink but does not hand me the orange juice so I tell him I also order orange juice and he says we don't have any when clearly there was tons of oranges right behind him. Lately I've been eating breakfast at mom and pop burger joints that are open really early: Breakfast burritos, Ham & Egg plates, Burgers for breakfast, Egg Sandwiches, more Breakfast burritos and sometimes at various Del Taco places (I love their shredded beef breakfast burrito). All with coffee on the side. One morning my mind screamed STOP! And my body took me to this Jamba Juice place right by Vons supermarket. This should be healthier; this could be a good change. I had breakfast here twice and it was ok (But I miss the eggs so this won't be a regular thing for me). The OJ and Green Tea powder shots looked disgusting but taste pretty good. The breakfast juice was alright. The Parmesan Sourdough Pretzel was decent. One gripe is the dirty and sticky Vons parking lot which this place shares, it's kind of depressing to look at. read more

Normally I love this jamba juice location. .. but they seem to not care about their quality of work today.... I went in today at 815 to an empty store and ordered a 12 oz wellness bowl. The cashier charged me for a 16 oz and since I paid with two gift cards.... even after he did a refund... I still paid 51 cents more for it than it cost because he was more concerned with finishing his conversation then my order. Then a guy who I'm guessing is new... makes my yogurts bowl in a cup smaller than the bowl but the top doesn't close. I explained that I was getting in my car and needed the yogurt to close. He re did the bowl in an actual bowl this time. I don't get why it wasn't in a bowl in the first place since that was what I ordered. It was an odd experience... This has to be the worst Jamba Juice location. I had to wait 18 minutes for my order. I only purchased one smoothie. No one greets you when you enter and their restroom is always out of service. If your customers have to wait that long for a smoothie the least you can do is have a working restroom and good customer service. Do not trust this establishment with delivery orders. I placed an order for a fresh squeezed orange juice and a smoothie directly with the Jamba Juice store 2 hours before their closing time. I really just wanted the orange juice but added the smoothie at the last minute because my order would not qualify for a delivery discount unless the amount was higher. Soon after that, they called me to notify me that that they could not provide the juice because they shut their machine down for cleaning. I requested that they cancel the entire order and they agreed. Then I went to the grocery store to buy fruit to make fresh juice myself. While I was in the grocery store, a delivery person called me and said they were at my residence with a delivery. I told them that I had canceled the order and was not at home because I was at the store buying fruit to make juice that Jamba was not able to supply. The delivery person said no problem. I then called Jamba and told them that they had inconvenienced the delivery person. The agreement was that the order was canceled. I did not even know that they had arranged delivery through a third party and Jamba indicated that they had contacted the delivery service too late and could not stop the smoothie from being delivered although they had no problem giving the smoothie to the delivery person at the store. They agreed to issue me a refund. The following day, they refunded only $7 of the $20 dollar order. For that reason, I no longer trust them and will not be doing business with Jamba anymore. When craving a smoothie, Jamba Juice is always a great place to get delicious smoothies although their service isn't that good. Their prices are kinda pricey for their size, I mean come on $7 for a large and $6 for a small and medium. However, I went to Jamba Juice in Gardena and I ordered a White Gummy but I waited 15 mins for them just to tell me they didn't have peaches, I was so mad. They then asked me if I wanted another drink or a refund, I asked for a Pomegranate Paradise but I saw that it included peaches which confused me. I know people will say that it's okay and to forget about it, I don't understand why they would lie about not having peaches. read more

The people aren't unfriendly. It's just that from walking in to walking out with a drink always takes 20 to 30 minutes. I've only been a few times, but that's always how it goes even when there seem to be plenty of people on the floor. I don't think that's a reasonable wait time the juice. And I only got a 12 oz. juice. It tasted great but wait time alone means I won't likely return. read more
