Waited 30 mins for a smoothie and they didn't even make it correctly it wasn't even thick it was basically watery and they wouldn't fix it

The people aren't unfriendly. It's just that from walking in to walking out with a drink always takes 20 to 30 minutes. I've only been a few times, but that's always how it goes even when there seem to be plenty of people on the floor. I don't think that's a reasonable wait time the juice. And I only got a 12 oz. juice. It tasted great but wait time alone means I won't likely return. read more

I first tried to call this location but no one would answer the phone, I was on my way to the office and wanted to order my drink over the phone run in and pick up. No one answered, I tried calling again because I was certain they were opened but no one answered so no problem I was almost at Jamba Juice, I walked in expecting a long line of customers since no one was available to pick up the phone. To my surprise there was only 1 person at the counter ordering a drink and the staff seemed to be almost asleep without a care in the world, now getting past that although there was no one inside besides me and another customer the wait time was ridiculous, from my experience this is certainly not the location to go to in the morning the staff could use a burst of energy. The service is just not good. My drink was awful, there needs to be several changes at this location and quick. read more

I went in this morning, @ 8:14am, was looking forward for my smoothie... and the girl working this morning had the most horrible attitude as if she had woke up on the wrong side of the bed. My wife ordered her drink a PB Chocolate Love and I was still glancing at the menu and with an attitude asked "Anything Else" noticing I was still glancing and felt pressured to just order whatever I seen first because of her persuasive attitude. We then placed our orders and the guy working with her made our smoothies, I was very pleased with the service he gave us he greeted us when we came in, gave us our drinks as soon as he can. And had no attitude whatsoever unfortunately I did not get his name.. The girl then went to the back and came out again when we were about to get our drinks she looks at me with a horrible look. Not a way I would like an employee to look at me. Someone needs to let Angelina know she needs to work on her customer service and not be rude to people so early in the morning. I mean her day is only starting and she is still probably going to be with a horrible attitude all day. She needs to learn how to smile and greet people when they come in. The last thing people need right now is a grumpy person taking there order. But overall I am so happy on how the drinks turned out very delicious. For that I would have given 5 stars but her Angelina Attitude brought down those stars completely. read more

I always order same thing pb bananas protein which it already comes with two scoop of whey protein and I also get extra two scoop. I asked the lady if the ticket shows extra two scoop and she said yes. I had to mention it to her make sure she's putting right amount of scoops that I request. (I asked her right before she was about to blend the shake) The shake came out all watery and it was disgusting. They are not doing their job right. Bad experience. They're okay, I guess. I went one weekend and they were busy training staff. Consequently, you had a bunch of people complaining that their drinks came out wrong or were otherwise lacking in some way. It was a nightmare because that caused a backup and ridiculous wait while they had to double back and fix all of the drinks that were off. Mine came out a little thin (watery) for what ordered (apples and greens); I didn't feel like waiting anymore, though, so I left resolving not to come back on weekends. You'd think they'd have enough sense to train newbies on a weekday when the volume isn't as high, but that's none of my business though. read more

This place is located in a large and pretty busy shopping area, so yes it will be busy. The staff has always been friendly and quick to greet when you walk through the door. My drinks have always been up to par. I'm on the Kale Orange Power trip and it's always made to perfection. read more

Unfortunately, the service here is incredibly poor. We still come here when we are sick as other locations are very far. The staff is not generally friendly (except maybe one girl) and they simply take forever to make the smoothies. I've waited upwards of 15-20 minutes for 2 drinks when there was one person ahead of me in line, and the smoothies still are not blended fully when we got them at the end. come here on a weekly basis. my favorite drink is the orange dream machine. it reminds me when i was a youngster getting the orange julius at the mall. there used to be the cutest little girl that worked at the orange julius in the old Hawthorne mall...too bad that mall not there anymore :(] my second favorite drink is the mango a go go. similar sweet smoothie but with a mango flavor instead of orange. both are quite tasty. only downside to jamba juice is the amount of calories in each cup. i cant believe it so high. i thought it was so healthy. anyhow, it sure is tasty so that is a good enuf excuse to get the treat. FYI, if you are not feeling like a smoothie, u can get scoops of their sherbert which is really cheap and taste so good on a hot summer day. it like a healthy ice cream treat but healthier. it is not on the menu but most stores do sell the scoops if u ask for it. read more

Came in on a Saturday and there was at 4 people in the line. It took at least (not even exaggerating) 10 minutes to take my order in I don't know for some reason the register is super slow and waited 30 minutes for 2 medium smoothies!!!! Smoothies!!! I stop by this Jamba Juice location whenever I have the chance, usually after my workouts! Every time I step in I'm received with a "Hello, welcome to Jamba Juice!" Whether it's a smoothie, or a juice I always come out feeling content! This is my local Jamba Juice and I plan on coming here whenever I have the chance. I've never had a problem with rude employees. This Jamba Juice location is hidden. It's next to an L&L and a Vons! There's plenty of parking, so finding a parking space shouldn't be a problem. read more

Is this really a Jamba Juice? I have never walked into a food establishment that smells so bad. When I mentioned it to the employees they acted like nothing was wrong. It smells like throw-up everyday that I walk in here. Everyday that I walk in here I'd read it because the customer service is horrible. Me and the girl making drinks connected with eyes and she looked at me as if I had stole money from her. Me and two other customers waited for 5 minutes and nobody came out. Ask the girl can she please have somebody come out and assist us. She act like I was bothering her. They don't have any of the items that are normally at all of the Jamba Juice locations. The girls walk out from the back with shirts that are dirier than the last pair of underwear at the bottom of my laundry. If they don't want to come to work they should get another job. I've been to this location before but today's experience was just awful. The service and cleanliness was not up to par with what the Jamba Juice brand is. I came at 3pm in the afternoon. The woman at the register looked unhappy to be there and was off putting to talk to. She announced that she was ready for the next customer, but then blatantly stopped me to ask me if "I already knew what I wanted to order." What if I had a question about the drinks or if I had other concerns? After that, I saw a piece of Belgian waffle on the display case and asked if I can get one order. She then said that they didn't have any left even though there was one right there. Her whole attitude towards myself and the other customers that were there was not pleasant. I love Jamba Juice specifically for their Banana Berry Blend the service is usually fast and efficient but coming to this one the wait was bad I had to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes just to put in my order. Over all the juice was good just need to improve with the customer service. read more
