And the smoothies aren't even thaaaaat great. I usually get the 1. Strawberries wild small ($5.09): just a normal strawberry smoothie, but compared to other smoothies, Jamba Juice is the most natural and fresh. 2. I come to Jamba Juice for one drink, and one drink only. Strawberries Wild with extra frozen yogurt and Energy Boost. Ten years ago, I was doing wheatgrass shots on the regular. But I'm at the Al Bundy stage of my life and there's just no way you can convince me to down that chlorophyll crap. The employees at this location are very friendly and personable. I like how they always seem to be in a very mood; very upbeat as if they're on a constant sugar high. Like In-N-Out Burger, they've got a secret menu. At 17:37 (05:37 pm) on 08/10/11 I walked in greeting the jamba juician's with a friendly smile only to get an unwelcoming smirk from the girl at the register. Upon ordering my peach pleasure, she was more concentrated on her friend walking in and made me repeat my order. (that's fine, I honestly didn't have a problem with that..it's okay) however, she tried to give me my change in 40 pennies. Luckily, her guy coworker said to get her manager. (I wasn't mad about the pennies and I thank you guy coworker) The manager and guy coworker were very accommodating and I appreciate it. I was really looking forward to a smoothie. Stood in line patiently while the customer in front of me was being helped with purchasing gift cards. No one else was in the place except for the three employees. After the customer gathered his gift card he tips the girl. We are next. I step up to the register with my boyfriend expecting to be greeted. I said hi and was ignored. She then asked another coworker help her order a drink with her newly acquired cash. When I first came in here I was greeted, hey you need that Jamba welcome, it was freakin' 105 degrees outside! I needed something very cold and something that I haven't tried yet, which was the Orange Dream Machine. I wasn't sure how they call their sizes here, I thought of a sixteen but that is their smallest sized drink, so I just told the cashier just give me your largest size. The Orange Dream Machine had soy milk, frozen yogurt, orange juice, and orange sherbet. It was creamy a little on the sweet side, but the large size I had I couldn't finish it. Came in here once, it was clean, cold and loud. What do you expect from Jamba. I tried their pomegranate paradise, I did not like it at all! :( It was just very tart, not at all sweet. I will not try that again. My boyfriend got the Banana Berry, it's always a favorite. Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this Jamba. About half the time I go there the smoothie I order either has too much liquid in it or it's missing a vital ingredient. Also, some of the individuals I've had take my order take way too long to make it. At other Jambas, I'm in and out in about five minutes - this one is at least 10 to 15 minutes more. The only reason I frequented this Jamba so much was its proximity to my work, however, I'd much rather travel to the next nearest one then keep taking a 50-50 chance with this one. read more

I'm really sad I have to write this because I want to go back but I'm not sure if I should. I went today & the cashier wasn't very nice when I reminded him I wanted almond milk in my drink. That's okay it was early so I didn't mind at first. Then I got my drink & I was driving home & started to choke! I started coughing & a little string came out. I kept drinking & then realized what I was choking on was all in my drink. I got to work & my coworker & I started pulling out plastic string from my smoothie. These pictures aren't even half of them. I called the location & the girl was very sweet but I still feel like I have to share this...I think it's from the cleaning supplies. It was probably a sponge or something but it's very dangerous because I was choking on them. A nice clean Jamba Juice location. The staff has always been friendly with a nice hello greeting when you walk in the door. I have not tried a smoothie from Jamba Juice which I have not liked. I'm always happy to receive a Jamba Juice gift card cause then I can try some different flavors. Currently, the Peach Pleasure is my favorite. Anything with strawberries, bananas, or oranges are a close second. If only they weren't too expensive, then I'd be going to Jamba Juice much more often. I purchased 12 small smoothies for my daughter's softball team and I had no idea if they would last from Imperial Hwy to Whittier Blvd without melting. Bobby and Noah were super helpful...they told me which would be the best deal, since I was buying 12...AND they gave me some ice for my ice chest to keep them from melting!!! Ordered a waffle and apparently there are two different kinds. When I asked what the difference was between the two all that was said in reply was "oh we don't have it.." Nothing else.. This is probably the closest location from my home so I come here often my experiences have almost always been good except the long waits but today there was a young kid who gave me a smart attitude bc I asked for a large orange dream with fresh peaches. He said the peaches werent fresh wow. So I said ok u dont have any type of peaches to add to my drink he said yeah frozen. Ok then add the frozen peach slices. Omg. So I said do whatever u need to do please to make the drink thank you. Anyways to other people I may sound petty but it was offensive as if I didnt know what I was talking about. Called in to order 2 Acai bowls and a smoothie, told them I'd be there in about 10 minutes to start the bowl in about 5. I arrived right on time, it took someone about 5 minutes to help me so I can pay for my order. Got home which is about 2 mins away. Both my bowls were watery . it was liquidity and not appealing. We got there at 8:44pm on 1/7/17 and it was closed. Their hours on the door said they were open until 9pm. The employees mopping up inside saw us walk up and just shook their heads and shrugged at us through the doors.
