I come to this Jamba Juice often but haven't been in the past couple weeks. As always the drink itself tasted amazing and the employee was very professional. I noticed a new person who seems to be a manger just sitting in the back. I have been to this store at least 100 times and have never seen anything like that and I felt horrible for the employee. Jamba Juice in La Habra is a complete disappointment and a disgrace to the brand. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with an unkempt, dirty environment that instantly makes you question the cleanliness of the place. It's shocking to see a location in such a busy shopping plaza so poorly managed. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unmotivated. They give off an air of annoyance the moment you place an order, as if simply doing their job is a burden. Customer service is non-existent, and to top it off, they never get the drinks right. Whether it's the wrong order, a poorly blended smoothie, or just something completely off-tasting, this location consistently fails to deliver even the most basic standards you'd expect from Jamba Juice. What's worse is that this doesn't seem like a simple staffing issue but rather a deeper problem stemming from poor upper management. Whoever is in charge of managing this location--or managing the managers themselves--should seriously reevaluate their leadership. It's clear that this lack of oversight and support has trickled down to the employees and directly impacts the quality of service and products being offered. This Jamba Juice is an embarrassment and a missed opportunity in a high-traffic shopping plaza. It's a prime location that could easily thrive if it were run properly. Instead, it feels like the store doesn't even want to be there, and the result is a pathetic excuse for a Jamba Juice. I visited the store 10 minutes before close where on the physical door shows a closing time of 6pm. I go to order an Açaí bowl and was refused by the young girl employee. She stated that they do not provide any bowls 10 minutes before close, in which no where in the facility was that stated for the guest to know that. Then she proceeded to state she already washed all those dishes and will not make it. I work in hospitality and this is not how you treat customers! To have this be my dinner and be denied just because one employee did not want to do extra dishes shows a lot about the true value of how Jamba Juice respects their customers. It's been years since I went to Jamba Juice. Growing up, I would go to this place in Fullerton and Brea. I've never been to this La Habra location before so I gave it a shot with my sis. It wasn't a busy Wednesday afternoon, there were two guy employees and one of them helped us. Of course, they're amazing employees! I tried the acai primo for the first time, and it tasted like you can make it yourself at home. But it was sugary, and a good one. I ordered a small matcha lemon squeeze and my sis ordered a small orange-c booster. Also their sourdough pretzel was yummy, and fresh from the toaster oven. In fact when we walked in the store was empty, and she was not even out front. She still had the same blank expression that she had the day before. The same expression I had when I was 18 working at McDonalds, just existing. I mean i get it. I'm sure Jamba is not her life goal. But jeez make the most of it while you're there. Again barely a greeting. No eye contact, Nothing about our interaction said your business if valued. Maybe pay for to have acting class as part of the training, at least faking a smile would have been appreciated. The worst part of all this were the poorly made smoothies. I've never had a PB Moo'd so THICCC it was insanely thick. I ordered a reg gummi for my daughter but ended up with Razzmatazz which might be similar prep, but I had never had it taste like it did on monday. I spent $35 on 5 smoothies during a time slow enough the girl wasn't out front, and the smoothies were poorly made, undoubtedly due to the staff member's indifference. The most recent time happened today when the listed closing time was at 7pm and when I showed up at 6:40 pm, they had the doors locked and they were cleaning up. I've been to several locations around the country including at the Imperial Promenade, a strip plaza location in La Habra, located in between Corner Bakery and Pinkberry, two of my other favorite places. They offer a pretty good selection of frozen fruit drinks with boost options, plus fresh squeezed juices, organic granola and oatmeal. Okay so I drop in around 3PM on a warm sunny afternoon for a refresher. I'm greeted by the friendly young staff as soon as I enter the shop. Old school upbeat jams are blasting from the speakers! I decided I'll try out a Jamba Light drink Berry Fulfilling, a healthy alternative drink under 300 calories. As my drink was being mixed, an oldie but goodie was pumping through the speakers which went something like this: Supersonic Supersonic Supersonic is a word when people start to listen Especially big eared people they pay close attention, You might not believe it, you might not even buy it But when it comes to our lady, you might even try it Anyways, the guy asks his coworker if she knew who performed the name of this jam and she had no idea. As my Berry Fulfilling drink was ready, I immediately told him it was Supersonic by JJ Fad which came out in 1988. I actually have this CD back at home. Man, I feel sooo old school! He thanked me and I was told the music that plays through the speakers is streamed from a preset selection of music. Yep. I'm writing a review for a chain smoothie place. Why? They completely surprised me by having a... wait for it... wait for it... wait for it... PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE! I was trying to be healthy and have a fruit blend for lunch and then this sucker snuck up on me. It literally tastes like pumpkin pie sucked through a straw. I'm a lactard, so it was calling my name even more because it was made with soy. It was a match made in heaven. I'm not a big fan of fruits, whether they are in their natural form or in juice form. But when I feel a cold coming on, I turn to Jamba Juice to pump as much nutrients in me to fight away whatever it is I am battling. DRINKS. I really love their Apple 'n Greens smoothie. It has a ton of fruits and vegetables and the best part is, I can only taste the fruit. It has a good portion of protein, vitamin A, C, iron, and calcium. Granted, it's not enough to fill your whole days worth, but that's why you eat food. The ingredients include carrots, spinach, bell pepper (I know it's weird), kale, spirulina (what... the heck), lettuce, peaches, mangos (yum!), and bananas. You really can't go wrong with this smoothie. ***Strangely, there are no apples in this smoothie, but it kind of tastes like one. Jamba Juice Inception.*** The only bad part is that it's green and it's not the most appealing color for a smoothie, but once you get past that, it's smooth(ie) sailing from there! SERVICE. The workers here are very nice and they know their products. It took me a while to decide what I wanted and if I wanted to add anything extra to my smoothie. Luckily, they were patient with me. There was only one other customer there so there was no wait. PARKING. I love this plaza because there is so much parking! PRICE. I'm a not-so-regular customer of Jamba Juice. I was gifted a $50 gift card for Jamba Juice four years ago and I still have some money left over on it. In a previous review for Jamba Juice, I called it the Starbucks of smoothies. For this particular location, that can't be farther from the truth. I called ahead on one occasion for a to go order. I wanted my usual Pina Cowlada: a pineapple blend from the old menu. The order taker said he never heard of it and couldn't make it so I ordered another smoothie. When my wife got there to pick it up, the guy at the counter admitted that the recipe was indeed in their database and that he could have made it. He apologized and both my wife and I thought nothing of it. However, on this last visit, my wife went in to the store and asked for my usual Pina Cowlada. Instead of looking it up on the computer the order taker said she couldn't make it. When presented with the fact that the last person found it on the computer, she again said no she couldn't make it. Finally, when told that the Brea store gladly makes it for us, she said, rather indignantly, "we're not the Brea store and they're in another district so if you want that [smoothie], then why don't you just go over there and get it..." Are you kidding me?! There's a sign posted that says if you don't see a flavor you like, we'll gladly try to make it for you. Sure they will...as long as it is at another store. read more

It is a jamba juice, so it is on the pricier side of things. Some favorites are Strawberry Surf rider(has more of a sour taste), Caribbean Passion, White gummi. There is a secret menu, so check it out at their website. PS. Always be on the lookout for deals. For example, they have a back to school sale, which includes 16oz. for $1. PSS. I think they no longer have free boosts, so don't be mad, I warned you. WARNING!! LOTS of parking; however, it is a small jamba juice, so when it is busy, it will take a while. This is one of the only local Jamba Juices (JJ) that has the Whirl Ins (frozen yogurt). As fan of both frozen yogurt and JJ, l really wanted to give this a try (and glad l did). I ordered the awesome apple cinnnnamon (with brown sugar crumbles $ organic granola). It really tasted like a smoother version of a frozen apple pie. The granola was REALLY good, but what made it amazing was the brown sugar. That was TOO TOO yummy! My only gripe is that l wish there was more of it (brown sugar).
