If your employees hate your job so much they need to quit, bad attitudes, subpar service long lines because corporate won't staff the location. I suggest fixing this before your customer base leaves I know if I treated my customers and staff like Jamba treats staff at this location I wouldn't have either. I love this place a lot.. thier fries are amazing and you can't forget about the refreshments DELICIOUS!! The prices are a little pricy but that's ok! And whenever my friends and I go shopping.... First store Jamba Juice! I don't really care about getting Starbucks anymore cause Jamba Juice is healthier and again delicious. Other then that I ALWAYS get the Razzmatazz smoothie, the berries are fresh (isn't everything?) But other than that I go to Jamba Juice a lot now and I totally forgot about Starbucks. Dude, this Jamba Juice has the worst customer service ever. What is management even doing about this? I walked in the store all happy and pumped for my Jamba but the people totally killed my vibe! Monotone and depressed. I used to work at Jamba Juice and KNOW how it's supposed to be! I ordered a wheat grass shot and a matcha shot, the employee looked at me confused and stunned. She obviously didn't know what it was or how to make it. When they finally got someone to make it it didn't even come out right. They need to train their employees again. I like Jamba Juice and this location is fine. Be advised that the address is different. It's something like 7283 W. Alaska Drive and is just to the east of Dick's Sporting Goods. I've been to the old location many times throughout the years and I can't recall a bad experience. I'm just not a fan of parking in Belmar, so I prefer the Golden location. The last drink I had I didn't like, and when I mentioned it to the employee, he offered to remake a new one. I declined and got a new drink and gave the other one to my kids. read more

I really really like this place. Every time I go in I'm always greeted with a very friendly staff (and that means everyone). The staff is very helpful in suggesting items if your not sure what to get. Today I had the Power Boost Protein Berry with soy after my work out and surprisingly I really enjoyed it. Not a fan of soy milk in general, but this was very very good. I would definitely try other smoothies with soy milk from now on. It's in a great location and after a day of walking the strip mall (I guess you could call it that, or an outdoor mall) you can stop by and grab a great smoothie as a snack. read more

Been to many Jamba Juice locations over the years and this one is up there for consistency of their product and good service.

Brock and team are great. The store is clean and the customer service is great. I have never experienced a problem and I pay them a visit at least twice a week. Highly recommended! read more

Been here twice first time was great second time an employee was arguing with me when he got my order wrong

I go to this Jamba Juice almost every single day, order two or more drinks and always tip. Upon my arrival I was greeted by 'Danny' and he said, "ma'am I'll be with you in 10 minutes, I have to get this done" I, by the way hadn't said one word yet. I then said, okay and sat down. Someone else came in after me and then Danny said, "I can help you now" and I could tell he was irritated, so I mentioned that I could leave as he stated he needed to get out of there. It was 6:38pm when this happened and the store closes at 7:00pm. Danny frantically made my two drinks and proceeded to be rude to me, for absolutely no reason and I noticed there was another person working. I asked what his name was and what the managers name is and phone number, which he refused to answer and when I was almost in tears and mentioned that, I told the people who'd just entered that they're intruding on Danny's time and would most likely experience TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE as I just had and he then blamed 'people like me' for his day and attitude. I had no interaction with him as I mentioned before that I walked in and was told right away that I'd have to wait 10 minutes before helping me (nobody else was there) because he had to get out of there. I wouldn't give one star, but had to, to post this review. I'd like to hear from the store manager. read more

What happened to Jamba Juice?? I use to love it when everyone said hello and used their building blocks to customer service. In fact I use to preach it I worked for Jamba Juice for years and loved it cause it was fun. Unfortunately there is nothing fun about this store the managers and employees (no name tags) just talk openly to each other about how terrible it is to work here and not having enough staff. Smoothies in under 3 mins no chance. Took 12 mins and I ordered them at the same time but they came out 3 mins apart. That doesn't make sense. What happened to the bright amazing smelling locations. This ones not it. Now there out of lids zero none I know my crew would have caught that prior to the last one. Jamba please get back on your game. I love Jamba Juice but I wish this wasn't the closest location to my house. Why do they only have 2 blenders?? Every time I come here there's no line at the register but there are a ton of people waiting for smoothies. I never get my smoothie in less than 10 minutes. Last week I came here 10 minutes before they closed (I wouldn't normally do that but I thought they closed at 10, not 9) and the bratty teenagers working that night totally punished me by taking 15 minutes to make my smoothie, talking the whole time and not even pretending to try to be efficient. I had asked for my smoothie extra thick which is never a problem at other locations. The smoothie they gave me was watery. I realize it's annoying when someone comes in so close to closing time, but I did tip them to make up for that. And if you're in a hurry to close, why are you deliberately taking forever to get the orders made? Kinda shooting yourself in the foot there.... Bottom line: I love jamba enough to keep coming here since it's 2 miles from my house, but I much prefer the downtown 16th Street Mall location. They're way busier but way more efficient. read more

The main manager here is especially nice. He can suggest great drinks too. The rest of the staff is a little young and always looks at me a bit blank-faced when I order such weird or long-listed drinks, but overall this place is yummy. The bathroom is always gross though, very in-homey like. Haha. Doesn't matter cuz their drinks are DELISH. read more

Worst customer service ever. Because they got an order wrong before we got in, there was a lot of frustration in the store. I get it, it's stressful as an employee to get yelled at. I really enjoy the crunchy strawberry bowl. Over the past few weeks I have come in asking for one. The first visit was horrible. I walk up to the door and there is a sign that says the card reader isn't working, they are any accepting cash only. So, I go out if my way and find an ATM get cash and come back, then the VERY unfriendly guy working there said they are all out of the ingredients to make it. It was a bit later in the evening. I assumed he was just ready to leave for the night. It was ridiculous though. The hours say you are open and you should have these ingredients at all times if it is on your menu! So I leave and come back a few days later, I go in and no one greets me or even smiles at me. Every one that works here seems to hate their job. When I finally get someone to say something to me I order the same thing and this time they say they all all out of bananas. COME ON! So, because I want this bowl I come back a few days later. Same issues with the employees. The girl taking my order is just way too quiet. I can't even hear her. Still no one will smile. People working in the back seem irritated. This location needs come serious attention by upper management. I should not have went out of my way three times to get something that is on your menu. Also, a simple smile goes a long way. Your employees need to be better trained on very simple things like being friendly! This was absurd. I will never come here again. read more

I come to this jamba juice a lot, because I work in Belmar. I really wish there were different employees working here. Ever since they moved locations, the new employees suck. I feel uncomfortable every time I go in there. You shouldn't feel uncomfortable going to get a smoothie? They are terribly slow and make you feel like you're inconveniencing them. I hope the owner reads these reviews, because they are slowly losing long term customers. The eye rolls, the long sighs and the incompetence are turning myself and most of my co-workers off. I love Jamba Juice and am a pretty frequent costumer. My order was made correctly and fantastic as normal. However the girl at the front didn't smile was and acted as if she hated her job. She sincerely looked super angry and sluggish. It made me feel uncomfortable. read more
