Yes it's a chain coffee shop...but their staff is friendly and smiling. The prices are completely reasonable. Staff is efficient and helpful. The staff at this location is always so sweet and kind, the manager is also very sweet so it's all good vibes at this location! For example, the pumpkin muffins, Gingerbread flavored lattes, cheese danish and all the different coffee flavors. I'm not a fan of Coffee Bean coffee. It just isn't right for me...since I prefer Starbucks coffee, however, I do love their red velvet hot chocolate. I checked the internet to see if it was in the stores already and lo and behold it was out so I made my way over to Coffee Bean. I tried to order my red velvet hot chocolate and I paired it with their cream cheese danish. I was then told that they did not have the red velvet hot chocolate this year. I was so bummed since that's my favorite. Oh well! I was handed the cream cheese danish so I started in on it. I remembered that they have a tart taste to their Danish. I am a coffee bean lover through and through. Came here on my way to my nail appointment and always grateful when there isn't a huge line. I don't know about the majority but I love that they use powder for the drinks instead of a syrup, gives a much more flavorful coffee. My go to is always a large sugar free vanilla iced latte. It's so creamy and delicious. I also love trying their seasonal beverages. I am very grateful they are so close and near the target parking lot, makes for an eventful and energetic shopping trip. Me and my grandma were ordering the ube matcha and it didn't come out as expected. We aren't gonna spend almost $15 on drinks that aren't even made like the photo. My grandma wasn't rude about it but asked if there could be more ube added on, the barista working in the drive thru JUSTINE, was disgustingly rude to my grandma. After my grandma asked nicely for more since it didn't look like how we normally got it, we got these drinks before. Justine closed the drive thru doors while my grandma was talking to her. We waited to see if she would come back but she didn't and just had us waiting. My only complaint is that they run out of banana chocolate chip bread. I have gone to this location many times - all different times of the day over the last few months. Nothing. I was missing an item from a drive thru order.... The one she scanned my app QR code to redeem points. When I called the mgr was not helpful. Her 1st answer... don't worry you didn't pay for it. You redeemed points for it, so I kinda did lose out. Her next response was you didn't have enough points?!? Ahh yes I have plenty of points. So then she talked over me and hung up. I called back and said , it is shitty service to hang up on a customer still talking. She claims she thought I was done. Still refused to listen to me. I wanted to say if I didn't have points the cashier should tell you that not scan,say okay and you are expecting the item. Instead of trying to resolve she said have a blessed day and hung up on me again. Don't claim to be religious and be evil and rude. They need some serious customer service training at this location. This location gives your brand a terrible image. I will still go to the Rainbow, Town Center or Pavillon locations. This is the 2nd and last time I have visited this location. We come here for the drinks (my usuals are the matcha, chai, mocha). Blended, iced, or hot are all delicious! Some other flavors ive tried and equally yummy are the white chocolate mocha, Boba bob, and winter dream latte. They now have a Spanish latte which i want to try. Lately Ive been ordering my ice blended matcha with boba. Sooo good! Who would've thought a coffee joint could make such yummy boba? We always get the potato breakfast burritos with red hot sauce but the spinach feta offers a healthier but still tasty option. My son loves their choco chip banana bread. Super cute little store in a semi-busy parking lot. The staff were quite friendly upon arrival. We got 2 drinks, mochi donuts, and a carrot cake. The Americano was good. I liked it. The vanilla flavor came through and I could taste the espresso. It didn't taste burnt and was very tasty. I was pleasantly surprised! The iced mocha was very sweet and refreshing. Airy donut with strong strawberry flavor. Very yummy but the Mochi didn't come through as strong as I would have liked in the strawberry. The original donut was very mochi tasting, but the cookie was the best one! We would definitely stop in again to try some more tasty treats! read more

I am writing this review based of my recent experience at the Grand Canyon Location. I placed a mobile order on Easter Sunday and to my surprise it was closed when I arrived (big bummer). To my surprise I received an email from Noel who works there apologizing for the inconvenience and stating they had refunded my charge. I dropped by the next day and she and she took care of my coffee order at no charge. I have never received this type of service from a coffee shop, she went above and beyond to email me and reach me and apologize for the mishap! Really great coffee bar. I brought my mother and sister as they are avid coffee lovers. I like sharing the love. Mother ordered a Caramel Frappuccino, sister had an Americana coffee, and I had a Lemonade cold brew tea. With the perk we received 6 mochi donuts in a pretty pink box. Mother loved her frap, I enjoyed the tea, sis loved her coffee. I did not eat the donuts as I was on way to gym after, but mother and sister said donuts were delicious. I will say that I do dabble in the iced teas and a blended beverage once in a while but I am a hazelnut coffee bean guy.... This Coffee Bean has a drive thru and so many seats inside and out. I'm always loving the very loungy feel of the furniture and decor and how comfortable it is to be inside. During COVID it has always been clean & luckily stocked of their food items and pastries. I will admit I do try seasonal or new items if they catch my fancy. Recently I had their Pure Cookies and Cream blended beverage & their double mocha iced latte and the coco flavor was really deep and strong. Maybe it's the ice, maybe it's the authentic and not forced cheerfulness from the staff, but Coffee Bean is my pick for a cool pick me up wether it's summer or winter. read more

I stopped by here a few weeks ago to pick up some winter dream tea latte ingredients after a dear friend made me some and I was mind-blown. I walked in and they were completely sold out saying they had JUST sold their last can. I wasn't there to buy a cup of coffee or tea and was kinda bummed out when Isaac, such a lovely soul, came to my rescue. He went above and beyond and even contacted his manager to see if he can help me get a hold of some of this delightful tea. I got lucky to score a can with his help and truly appreciated his kindness and efforts amidst me looking partially homeless in my baggy pajamas with no eyebrows and a mask covering half my face. Got my mochi donuts ..."thanks Yelp" also we ordered iced white chocolate mocha which came in "blended" but the nice cashier guy said he can put it in ice as well. I ordered hazelnut latte. I work in the same plaza as this coffee bean and make my way to their drive thru just about everyday after work. I'm what you may call a regular- while the night side has changed a little from the usual crew I'm used to seeing it's still my favorite location in Vegas to go. The coffee bean always serves delicious and fresh drinks. Quick and friendly service as well. I got the Vietnamese cold brew along with the mango tea cold brew. Both were on the sweet side for me but delicious in flavor. I should've known this was going to be the case as Vietnamese coffee is normally served with condensed milk so I'll probably get them less sweet next time if possible. Regardless of the sweetness I can never go wrong with the coffee bean. The coffee quality is always delicious and the teas are always freshly brewed.
