The vibes in this Yogurtland tonight (7/25/26 at 7pm) were GOD TIER. There were three girls working and they literally saved my life. Back in the day, I used to get these little chocolate caramel cups with my yogurt. I haven't seen them in YEARS and I've been suffering. No other topping healed me the way those chocolate caramel cups did. I'm feeling a little under the weather today and wanted a sweet treat. I asked the girls working what happened to those caramel cups and they hit me with "I think we have them in the back, let me check"....YOU HAVE THEM IN THE BACK?!?!?!! THIS WHOLE TIME THEY'VE JUST BEEN IN THE BACK?!?!?!?!!!! One of the girls came out with my chocolate caramel cups and I almost fell to my knees and started praying to her. Very busy and popular place. We have been here on weekends and week days and it is always busy. They have nice selection of yoghurts from pistachio, mango, vanilla, cookies..... I was also surprised that they have vegan version (Sorbet are all dairy free, and they have orange and some other flavor). It is pretty clean considering how busy they are. Inflation is out of control. Nearly $14 for two small cups half filled with a few toppings. Thats nutty. Last time I was here and yes it's been a long time since my last visit we paid just under $10 for nearly the same things. Flavors are great. Good variety. Lots of different toppings and sauces. We visited again today and realized I hadn't made a review, 5/6/26 ladies greeted us immediately, the young lady helping us was organizing and making the self serve toppings look nice and neat. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to share. We stopped by with family after a long day, and while my wife was asking about a strawberry flavor, one of the employees mocked her pronunciation and laughed about it with other staff. It was clearly related to her accent and felt disrespectful. The employee was not wearing a name tag, and when we asked for a manager, the staff avoided answering and no one took responsibility. We ended up leaving without ordering. We also contacted customer service afterward but never received any response. My favourite would be the Ube, tender coconut and French vanilla. My husband got cheese cake, salted caramel praline, pumpkin pie & Alphonso mango tart, too many flavours mixed ;) haha ! Honestly I just liked the salted caramel praline from his choice of yoghurts. But I liked mine more ;p So many toppings to choose from. I kept it simple with just almond flakes, peanuts & some M&M's. I came here for the national yogurt day promotion, the line was really long; which was expected, but the employees were working hard and were very friendly and accommodating. the matcha flavor is really good and better than i had expected, was also a great price. i sat outside with some friends and the employee Ashley came outside to our table and gave each of us a free 5 oz. card which was really nice. My brother and his girlfriend went into this yogurtland that they always go into after work. It was 10:20 PM and the shop closed at 11 PM. The open sign was off when it's normally on (and the close time was 40 minutes from when they arrived). When they walked in the guy looked at them and the girl working came out and looked irritated & sighed that they had come in. Customers were still eating in there too. His girlfriend went to get chocolate yogurt and the guy came over and pushed the power button in front of her. When she went to get it, nothing came out. Him and his coworker (the girl) started pointing at her and trying to discreetly joke about her and my brother. My brother and his girlfriend walked out and left without purchasing anything. They didn't feel welcome and uncomfortable. They've never been treated like that at this location before. They had a long day at work and were looking forward to frozen yogurt. Every time I come In I get greeted so respectfully, they even acknowledge me by name. Everyone there is very friendly and always so pleasant and personable. Visiting Yogurtland is a bit different in COVID times. No more self service or little sample cups, but it's still a fun experience. There are markers on the floor for distancing, and when we arrived the line was stretched slightly outside the store. When you reach the yogurt area the staff will fill your cup (two sizes available) with the flavor(s) you want and will ask about how much you want in the cup. It's hard to see the flavors from the place where you have to stand; it would be good if they put a menu board with flavors currently available somewhere more convenient. After the cup is filled, the staff passes it off to another staff who will ask you what toppings you want and will put them on for you. Lastly they weigh the cup at the register. Download their app and signup for rewards to earn free ounces of yogurt! They have about 7-10 flavors at any given time including usually one no sugar added flavor. Wanting to avoid sugar overload, I tried the no sugar added hazelnut latte. It was really good! A light nutty coffee flavor and not overly sweet. I tried a few of the fruit toppings and a few of the more indulgent toppings (cookie dough, mini M & Ms). Overall it was a delicious and light dessert without being terribly sweet. Times are different now, but you can still enjoy a modified Yogurtland experience! read more

Their automated phone system only gives you hours for Monday -Thursday. Any attempt to contact a live body is met with the phone system telling you the store is closed. You can hit any option in your phone call and be met by crickets in the other end. If this is how this location deals with phone calls, I'd hate to think of how they deal with an actual live person in front of them. AVOID AT ALL COST! I get wanting to get out of work early but to completely shut down most all flavors with that much time before close is bad business. It's not like we walked in 5-10 min before closing.
