I actually have driven by this location a lot but never had the chance to stop in until today. I really like how spacious and open this one is--plenty of seating inside and some outdoor seating too. They also have plenty of parking. It seems like they have tons of people coming in for to go orders, but that can vary according to time of day. Thank you for the suggestions and hospitality. It wasn't super packed when I came in and the staff was pretty nice and the customer service was on point. I got the chicken empanada and a half pretzel. This location is big. There's lots of tables inside where you can sit and enjoy your smoothie. It wasn't noisy at all and could be good for those wanting to study or just work on something, such as work stuff. There were two young men working. One took out order while the other made the smoothies. They were friendly. They both greeted us and thanked us for our purchase. On Friday July 19th I had been heading home from the vet with my cat on a very sunny and hot day, with a temperature of 105 degrees. I was craving Jamba and stopped at this location. I took my cat inside with her soft enclosed carrier to I could have an enjoyable smoothie and bowl to-go. While ordering, a dark skinned man with a gold grill and braids rudely intercepted me stating that I needed to leave the cat in the car! Are you kidding me!?! The cat is in a carrier. He kept going on and on and stated that if the general manager were there, they'd throw me out. I explained that we were just coming from the vet and it's so inhumane to leave any animal in a hot car. This is absolutely absurd...if it were a dog, it would be walking on the floor, I'm certain that wouldn't have been an issue or even questioned. I came in because I wanted to finish off a gift card and figured that I would get a smoothie bowl and call it a day. When I entered the shop, there were a couple of people waiting for drinks and 2 employees behind the counter. I noticed they have flatbreads for ~$4 and decided I would get one and a small smoothie to finish off the card. Right when I was done ordering, multiple groups of people entered and the employees seemed quickly overwhelmed. Eventually one went and grabbed their manager from the back to help and that helped to get things back on track, but in the meantime, things had slowed to a crawl. I figured I'd be in and out of Jamba Juice pretty quick for 1pm on a weekday, but it turned into about a 15+ minute process. Once the manager joined the employees, things did speed up though, I just wish they'd grabbed the manager sooner. Onto the food: the flatbread was kind of sad. It was cut into 3 pieces and pretty much the middle piece had 80% of the toppings. Luckily I'd thought to say yes to the hot sauce, so I was able to cover the outside pieces with hot sauce to make it more than just dry crust. For $4, it wasn't terrible, but not something I'd pay for without a gift card. I ordered the "lotta horchata" smoothie which I don't think had any cinnamon in it, though it should according to the menu. I have enjoyed the smoothie bowls in the past and I'd recommend those. While my experience here this last time was kinda bad, this location is fine for a Jamba Juice. The smoothies are what you expect across the country at a Jamba Juice and the store is clean looking. I'd say this store is good to stop in if you want a smoothie and know that it might take a little longer than expected, but I wouldn't go for the flatbreads or food other than the smoothies, juices, and smoothie bowls. read more

This is my favorite Jamba Juice location! One may ask how a place like this stands out if it's part of a chain because they all try to follow the same standards. However, what makes this location different from the rest is the fact that if you order your drink fix with an extra boost they will automatically upgrade you to the next size drink (for free)! Paying for the extra boost is actually cheaper than paying for the larger size. I tried this at other locations and none of them do it except this one (total turn off). I haven't been here for awhile and was unaware of the happy 2 for $5, untill Christina O. had mentioned it. And now that I do know makes me like Jamba Juice even more because other smoothie places can't beat that deal. Since it is in a new plaza (McCarren Market Place) everything inside is brand spanking new, which is nice. Compared to other locations I think this one is one of the bigger ones. I had a new experience which was a shot of wheat grass. Yes this was not my idea at first however after a friend of mine explained it then I was down. It was good with a slice of orange to accompany it as a chaser. I don't know a whole lot about the beneficial attributes of sucking down wheat grass but I did it.
