I didn't feel like an inconvenient when I was trying samples which I only tried 2. Because I knew kinda what I wanted. They asked the right questions. Did I want it for taste or benefits. I have lived by the Juice standard for forever and have never been in there because I've never been much of a juice person. This past weekend though, after a long hike, I wanted something healthy and packed with protein. So I decided to go down and check it out. The inside was absolutely gorgeous and very welcoming and nothing like what I was expecting. The tables and booths are very comfortable and there's a big Scrabble board on the wall and even a chandelier. I ended up going with the protein power smoothie which had 20 g of protein in it before any additions were made. I did not do any additions though. I got my smoothie, which was more expensive than I would have liked it to be and I headed home. The smoothie, though not bad, barely had any flavor to it, like it had too much ice added to it. I actually added chocolate protein powder to it when I got home and that very much enhanced the flavor. It's a real shame and due to that, I don't think I will be headed back here. read more

I ordered a Bee on Point and an immunity shot and both were so delicious. Keann helped me out and suggested to pair those together and I'm glad he did. I really liked watching him prepare the shot with a dash of this and a dropper of that. The shop wasn't really busy and I was waited on promptly. Happened to run across this Juice spot by mere accident. Once inside I was greeted by the lovely, friendly staff. I made a few inquiries about How long this spot had here? Also a number of other questions I asked as well. I loved the beautiful nature of the real plants that were all around the place. This is deep a spot I'd like to return as a group. Everything is healthy, and looks great. I only purchased a bottled Green Juice that included; Cucumber, Celery, Romaine Lettuce, Kale, Apple, Dandelion Greens, Parsley, Lemon, Turmeric Root, and Ginger Root. The Bee Whealthy drink is the name of it. It was decent pretty good, I wish it could've been blended. Cause once you open the top, you have to drink it even though I was told. I was getting a massage by the one at Horizon Ridge so I decided to stop to get my usual drink which is a chagaccino. The two young girls that were working paid absolutely no attention to me. They kept looking outside at a homeless man and speaking to each other.. I waited for my coffee and they still ignored me the entire time. my coffee sat on the countertop while she started washing all the dishes and wiping the counter. Wow! I'm so glad this new, AMAZING location is so close to my home! just up the street! The Juice Standard has been one of my faves since I first experienced it when it opened at Cosmopolitan. I'm so happy to see it expand into what it is today. After my workout yesterday, I decided to pay this new location a visit, and I'm sure glad I did. I wish I knew the name of the gal that helped me out, but she was sooooo incredibly helpful. She greeted me with a warm smile and really helped me make my selection. Usually, I just go for the juices on the wall, but she gave me some ideas on how I could jazz them up a bit and what she typically liked to do with each juice, like adding strawberry to one of them to make it taste like a strawberry pina colada! She was SO helpful and really made the experience that much more enjoyable. I decided to go for Bee Happy and added protein to it. It definitely filled me up for a majority of the day and now I'm probably going to have to go back and get that sometime this week again. I also grabbed one for my husband, too, though the name of it is escaping me. He really liked it and gulped it down when I brought it home to him. Now, on to the location. I really love this spot and it's not hard to miss at the corner of Stephanie and Horizon Ridge. This definitely feels like one of the largest The Juice Standards I've ever seen, with tables to sit and relax at and cute decor throughout. I have zero complaints!! Came through the drive thru and was completely overwhelmed the first time as the selection was HUGE! Settled on 2 juices. The Bee Royal and Bee Chill (for my daughter). We both loved them. Came back a second time and came inside so I'd have time to check out the menu and read every ingredient and figure out what I wanted. Decided on the Açaí Crunch bowl for myself and got the Kid and Play bowl for my daughter. Again, zero complaints! Here I am again 3rd time and getting the same bowls. Service is awesome! NEW! Hey Henderson! The Juice Standard is finally open in the former spot that was occupied by KFC on Stephanie/Horizon Ridge. Nice change from fast food,.. the interior has cool and different types of seating.. Plenty of space, making it a nice place to chill /study. Found out via posts on the GRAM that they opened last week. I don't know if it's any good or worth the $20 I would have spent for toast & bottle of juice, because no one ever came out to take my order. I even yelled "Hello".... LOL.. smh. Brand new location that isn't very busy! This location has a drive through which is very helpful! I have ordered multiple things from The Juice Standard and haven't been able to find anything I love and would come back for. I have tried the B.F.F. Smoothie, the Berry Antioxidizing, and the Acai Crunch. They were all pretty average. What I do like about the juice standard is that they use fresh ingredients and don't add extra sugar to their smoothies. Other than not being able to find something on the menu I enjoy, I personally believe that their smoothies are over priced. One smoothie is about $9. This is my favorite juice spot in town. I am all about juices that are focused on healthy content and not just fillers, but are able to have an amazing taste that you do not have to walk away from and feel guilty about. My favorite nut milk in particular is Bee Legendary, which of course I have to recommend for any health conscious person. But it is for anyone who has an interest in incorporating other ingredients that are vital for the human body to run properly. Some of those for example are turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and many mire. The taste is addicting and again I can't stress enough how great this is to addd to anyone's diet. All of their products are organic or majority locally sourced. This place is amazing!
