I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I came in and asked if they could make an egg burrito without the onions, tomatoes, or other toppings. I was completely fine paying full price for the burrito, I just wanted a few ingredients left off. I was told no, that the egg burrito had to be made as-is and could not be modified. (Even after I offered to pay full menu price) What confused me is that when I later ordered avocado toast, they had no problem customizing it and removing the tomatoes and other ingredients I didn't want. So I'm not sure why one menu item can be modified but another can't, especially when I wasn't asking for anything extra or expecting a discount. Then, when I received my avocado toast on pumpernickel bread, the bread was soggy. For me, the whole point of toast is that it should actually be toasted and have some crunch. Between the inconsistent customization policy and the soggy toast, this was definitely a thumbs down for me. I hope they reconsider how they handle simple modification requests because this could have been such an easy fix. read more

They always have water cups for there fresh made cucumber water which is super good. This is normally an easy stop for me on my way to work and I patronize this place frequently. Unfortunately I will no longer consider this place as an option due to being mistreated by CHLOE. She's usually very kind and remembers my order (which is why I was confused by her rude behavior), but this time there was someone there that I had not seen before making my smoothie, she put waaaaay too much chocolate in it and the smoothie was too sweet and off colored. I never complain or send anything back but this wasn't a normal smoothie. So *I* as the returning customer APOLOGIZE that my smoothie was made wrong and asked for another one. Chloe becomes very argumentative and tells me the portions are pre made and they follow a recipe (which isn't true because I watched the girl remake my smoothie and she feee handed the milk pour, which is fine, just don't lie), and refused to remake my drink. I then said "I'm not asking for a refund, I'm just asking for it to be remade" she gets upset and states how it's policy to not take drinks back and the food is served as is. I then say "so I'm supposed to purchase something from here and hope that it's made correctly?" She gets huffy and snatches the drink from my hand and says "we aren't supposed to do it but we will anyways" and throws the drink in the trash. No apology, no nothing. Mind you I'm a PAYING customer. I paid to be treated poorly. In this economy when people are trying to go out of their way to support a franchise rather than a corporation like smoothie king across the street, I think customer service training for Chloe should be considered. My feedback about the smoothie shouldn't have angered her that way. I won't be back and I won't be bringing anyone else with me like I normally do. I asked If there were any menus we could read, because the TVs were a bit hard to see. They said we could scan the QR code or just read the menu that they had at the register. We looked on our phones and picked out what we wanted. The staff here really was so nice and noticed us trying to figure out what we wanted immediately and helped us out! Love that. There's plenty of seating inside, but like I said, we decided to sit outside. We didn't have to wait too long for our food which was great. I got the chicken tacos and my husband got a wrap. The chicken tacos came with three of them, and mannnn were they packed!! It was awesome! I couldn't even finish it all because it was a lot of food. So great! My only complaint was we door dashed our orders two times and we ordered two do the same colored shakes but they had different ingredients but we couldn't tell which was which because the ey didn't label them.
