I am not sure why the rating for this Jamba is so low. Considering the airport craziness, this location is great! There's a touchscreen kiosk to place your order, so no waiting in line. After ordering, there's a separate pickup window, and multiple employees work quickly to prepare everything. It took me about three minutes to place my order, get my juice and a few bites before heading to my gate. A great healthy stop if you're in Terminal 3. :) read more

I'm so tired of paying $6+ for a protein bar at airports, I felt I may as well get a smoothie for $12. Well, typing it out, that math doesn't really math... but I would argue a smoothie is a more complete meal. This is one of those things where you just order on a big ipad thingy, which I hate. Even if it's dull, I'll take human to human interaction over a screen any day. LET THE KIDS PLAY! Husband and I were thirsty so decided to share a large. Yes, it was more pricey because it's an airport location but not as overpriced as I thought it would be. It's been a long time since I've had Jamba, but razzmatazz was always my go-to, so we shared a razzmatazz. It was as I remembered although there was a bit of a slightly metallic/strange aftertaste. The real star of the show was the service though. They were literally cleaning up when we showed up, but they still agreed to serve us. We were their second-to-last customers. Initially, we just thought to share the cup. However, we then decided we wanted to have separate cups. First, we asked for another straw, which they gladly gave. Then, we ended up asking for a small cup. She not only offered us a larger cup but also a lid. Very thoughtful, especially because they were clearly closing up for the day. It's a Jamba (Juice. Ugh, I remember Juice Club days). This one is not great, but when you're in Terminal 3 and don't feel like a heavy meal, it's a decent option. When I was there, there was only the option of ordering on a touch screen. The touch screen was a little finicky, and also, when I requested a receipt, there was no obvious place for it to print. No employee offered me the receipt. I got the Go for it blend, which has kale, mango, matcha and caffeine. While it's economically smarter to order a larger size, I didn't want to consume that much liquid before a cross country flight. The smoothie was expensive, just about $9 for 12 oz. Honestly, this being an airport location, I wouldn't mind, if the person had bothered to make sure to fill the cup to the top and also to fully blend the fruit (there were huge chunks of mango left that were too big to go through the straw). But for 5 extra seconds of blending and an extra shake of the container, this would have been a 4 star visit. They also have non-juice options like breakfast sandwiches. read more

The problem w that is one of the registers is broken and the other is barely hanging on, so a bit of a mission to order. This is the worse customer service experience you could ever imagine. 1. No one takes your order. You enter your order on a computer and hope for the best. I get it, this is the way of the future. However, It only works if someone actually prepares your order. 2. Twice they claimed they never received the order. So each times we tried to talk to someone... anyone... and no one talked to us until some guy who wore different color jersey - a manager perhaps - talk to us. You only have to re enter the order, he says. Well, the first time, we did... the second time...we still didn't get our order. We asked to talk to a manager. That guy walked away. If there is an owner to the stupid Jamba Juice place - wake up and check out this place. If it is a franchise - the franchisee should check his or her employees for a soul! I don't like how you have to order online. The touch screen was very finicky and the card reader was unclear took forever to figure out. The customer service was not great as the people working were slow and were pretty disrespectful when giving customers their food. I was noticing this while waiting 15+ minutes for my egg sandwich. It took me asking an employee if they forgot my sandwich for them to then make it without even saying sorry for the inconvenience. (And yes, they did forget it).
