I love this Jamba Juice. They're one of the best I know especially if the tall guy is there you're gonna get the best drink or smoothie bowl! I wouldn't trust the girls so much, I've watched almost all of the workers and SOME of the girls don't know what they're doing, or aren't really careful. Once one of them made my smoothie bowl with out gloves and one didn't put the right ingredients. If you don't have time don't go, theres always a line and only one employee working. Thats fine for me but for some people that can be frustrating especially if you were in a rush. Also if i go on a Sunday or Monday usually they are out of fruits and you can't get what I want. read more

I absolutely love Jamba Juice after I first discovered them during a trip to Florida (where they are located everywhere!) so I was pretty excited when they opened up here. My favorites are the Strawberries Wild and Mango-a-Go-Go and they taste good even with an add-in Boost. They use to ask if you want to add a free boost but I don't get that question anymore, but still tastes great. For an all-fruit option, Strawberries Whirl is great (can you tell I like strawberries and bananas in my smoothie??) Based on my more recent visits, service is definitely better in the Florida stores than they are in the Northeast. But prices have gone up and sizes seems to have shrunk. At least it seems that way. *sad face* Clearly has not deterred me from this now Once In a While treat when before I would absolutely have to stop and get a smoothie. read more

Easy place to go to to get a smoothie or juice. Usually go with the Strawberry Surf Rider. Sometimes they don't blend it perfectly and chunks are left in which really is unpleasant. Overall it's a very quiet atmosphere and the outside seating is nice and under shade. read more

Love Jamba Juice. However there are some issues with this location that I feel I need to write a review about. I come to this location 1-2 times a week. They are out of one of the ingredients at least 1 out of every 3 visits. Will typically order a protien berry workout, and chunky strawberry bowl. They are usually out of bananas, strawberries (tonight it was peanut butter). Love the products that the store offers. I feel that this is unacceptable to run out of ingredients this frequently, for a business that likely doesn't need more than 15-20 products to keep your business up and running. Hope the owner/manager reads this to correct it. read more

Don't agree that the smoothies are overpriced, given that they use fresh (or at least frozen) fruit. The "Acai Primo" bowl is delicious. The only problem I've noticed is lack of consistency: when the ingredients are frozen, the blender doesn't liquefy them enough. Chunks of frozen fruit make it into what is supposed to be a liquid. read more

I usually stop in this location before work it's the only one around. I agree with the other reviews they are very slow, staff is very unfriendly and place isn't too clean. Today as soon as I walked in the door I saw the girl behind the counter cutting up strawberries with out any gloves on. I watched her for a bit until an older gentleman come and take my order (I never saw him before he might have been the manager) I still watched the female cut the strawberries and I made a comment about not wearing any gloves. She said she had them on the whole time she just took them off. I said I saw you as soon as I came in the door that's the first thing that stood out. She had the nerve to argue with me and called me a liar. I'm sure she does this all the time she just got caught today! I wonder what else goes on there. Dirty and unsanitary! read more

I go here once in a while, as I enjoy the smoothies. They are over-priced, but I suppose all Jamba Juices are. I have noticed that their cleanliness seems to be going downhill, a bit. The tiles near the blenders were stained, and the floors looked dirty. read more

Unfriendly workers. Smoothie bowl portions are so small considering their price, and they do not come with honey drizzled on top. They don't even have acai bowls. They also make their smoothie bowls with dairy and don't provide the option of using apple juice instead of milk. Jamba Juices in the mainland U.S. should take notes from their stores in Hawaii, because the Jamba Juice stores in Hawaii are on a completely higher level of customer service and quality product. read more

Entered the store with my family, and the place was packed with only one employee (who I saw taking the garbage out earlier). Waited 20 mins, finally ordered, just to be told that she can't make my order. When I asked why, She said she was too busy?? Which I did not understand since at that point I was only one of two customers left. I asked her for a managers number and she told me there wasn't one. Went in early Sunday morning after a workout and Ordered a PB and Banana smoothie, usually I don't have issues with it when made, but today the young girl that made my smoothie said she put bananas in it but all I tasted was milk! So disappointing! Went to a Jamba Juice in Virginia and loved it. Drove 18 miles to get to the closest one to home. Went here on a Friday around lunchtime to get an Acai bowl and they were out of bananas, strawberries and mangos. The girl working thought it was funny...no apologies. I will not go back. read more
