I am lucky to work within walking distance of this Starbucks location. I'm a big fan of Starbucks, and this particular store is my favorite. I've ordered using the app more times than I can even count, and there has never been an error or mixup with my order. That's impressive! This Starbucks store has a drive-through, which I have used a few times, but I think ordering through the app is more convenient. I just walk in, wearing my mask, and pick up my order that is waiting on the table in front of the barista station. The table is marked with different sections depending on the first letter of your last name, so finding my order is very quick and easy. Not every Starbucks uses this method for pick up, and I appreciate that the store does. I can run in and grab my order and be off to work in about 20 seconds! Lately my favorite food from Starbucks has been the grilled cheese sandwich. It is melt in your mouth delicious! I'm happy with the quality of Starbucks food, and I regularly get the ham and cheese croissant for breakfast. For a snack I enjoy one of the scones with a latte. I appreciate the seasonal flavors and miss pumpkin spice now that it's not in season! This month they are offering chestnut praline lattes and I've been getting one a couple times a week. If you need a quick pick me up and don't want coffee, I recommend one of the refreshers, which are made with green coffee extract. A grande has about 45 mg of caffeine. The app lists how much caffeine is in each beverage. read more

People's attitude! Used to be able to get good sevice, morning greets just plain common courteous and now they talk to you like you're bothering them and that you are 2 year old. Simplest question or even a straw request is too much! They rush you , they cut you off while ordering and just plain rude. Seems like their employees have forgotten how to do be cordial especially early in morning in drive thru. This is my main Starbucks I go to. Granted they have a new staff but there always friendly. For the employees that are still there that I know they make it a point to know your name and remember it whenever you come in as well as your order and always try and start it before you get to the register. This location has had a remodel but it looks great. Love the charging stations that they have which definitely come in handy. They definitely work hard to get those orders in and out. Especially from the secret menu which I have used many times when I am craving something not on the menu. read more

I was so pleased that they ended up opening a Starbucks close to my house. When it first opened it was a bit slow, but business started picking up as the word got out about another Starbucks in town! The place is very clean and the staff are always smiling. I love the décor and the whole set up of this place...much larger than the other Starbucks on Route 18 North! It makes it very pleasant to be doing my work at this location since the atmosphere is much more roomy. They also have outdoor seating and a drive thru of course if you do so need. This Starbucks is smaller than the Starbucks by ShopRiite. The place was crowded, but they did move quickly. My drink was ready in less than 10 minutes. Staff is friendly or unfriendly. Depends. Today, the barista was friendly, and worked quick on her job. I got the Java Chip Frappuchino, and to me it was good, with nice chunks of chocolate chips, and the whipped cream was nice and sweet. However, I tasted a lot of ice crystals which was very not pleasant. The seats were a little uncomfortable as well. Really hard to sit up straight in. I may try again in the future to see if they improve. read more

I have gone to this new Starbucks a number of times. The first time I showed up, a guy was scrubbing the ceiling with a long brush right over the area they make drinks. The second time I showed up, I went to the rest room, 1 was out of order, the other was disgustingly filthy, I won't get into details, but it wasn't 1 person that made it like that and it hadn't just happened just before I walked in. This is strike 3, most of the tables inside were dirty, going to sit outside, cigarette butts all over the ground, every outside table was dirty as well. I did a mobile order in the app to pick up at the drive thru. When I got to the location, the drive thru was closed. No biggie I just went in. I proceeded to wait over 20 minutes (I get that the whole world is understaffed right now so that was not my main issue even though it was very inconvenient). When I finally got my drink it was wrong. I ordered an iced drink but got a hot one. While i was waiting I watched numerous other orders be remade because they were wrong so I was not the only one. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area to come to. Everyone is always so pleasant and my order is always perfect. It is so much cleaner than rt 18 North. I pass by that store just to come here. This Starbucks is the absolute worst one around. I've been many times, hoping "maybe I'll get a good crew this time and my drink will be right," but every single time I go there is a problem with drink. It's either room temperature, too sweet or just completely different from what I ordered. There are a few people in there that are really nice, but I've gotten attitude from a few baristas. This used to be my go-to location everyday. It's currently difficult for me to speak into the microphone to order with laryngitis, I noticed the screen said "pull ahead if you need assistance in ordering" so I pulled straight to the window. The girl with the light brown hair in a ponytail and glasses at the drive up window this morning was extremely rude and told me that she can't 'mess up the orders on the screen' so I would have to either come inside or go through the drive thru again and order at the microphone. This kind of treatment is APPALLING. Especially when you clearly have written that if assistance is needed to order at the window. I will be also calling corporate to share this! read more

I will not be back to this location for two reasons: 1) there is a gray haired 30 year old barista (I don't know his name) who makes Elmo impersonations, is extremely rude, texts before taking your order, and yells at customers. The line to the drive thru is long causing customers to have to park to the side and to come into the store to pick up but then if you order to pick up is just as bad as the line on the drive thru. Do not mistake this for the Starbucks on 18 North by the Walmart. This one is brand new in the recently refurbished strip mall that used to just have Autozone, but now has an Aldi, a Liquor Store, Supercuts, and Five Guys. I gave up on the old Starbucks (and Starbucks in general) until I sampled the Nitro Cold Brew. If sex existed as a coffee beverage, then this would be a methamphetamine-fueled night with your dream girl. Damn, this stuff is good and has kept me from drinking "normal" coffee again. The interior is nice, though I rarely have time to sit inside. Plus the typical pretentio-douches tend to occupy the area. Staff is friendly and incredibly hard working. I don't think they have a moment to rest. And so far, unlike the other Starbucks, this place knows how to keep the drive-thru lines down! read more

I've been here several times and I just want to say that out of all the Starbucks I have been to, this one has the highest rate of swiping I have ever experienced. Barristas need to call out the name on the cup more and not just hand out the coffees to anyone reaching out. I've been here quite a few times already. All drinks have been made perfect and the service inside has been quick. I didn't try the drive-thru yet. The staff is friendly and inviting. I've often had the same person take my order and make my drink. Not sure if it's just a slower Starbucks or if they are a little understaffed at times. Really wanted to give five stars but the last time I visited the floors were kinda dirty and there was a spilled drink that wasn't fully cleaned up by where you pick up your drink and the counter with the milk was a little dirty and sticky. Don't get the food in the case -each time I visited this location there were flies in the case landing on the food. Just stick with the drinks...they make them really good. read more
