I'm a Jamba Juice fan. However, I came to this location today and it was 100 degrees outside... the sign outside the door said 5 people at a time allowed inside and inside was 4 people... There was a girl named Giselle who yelled with a bit of an attitude to wait outside. I ordered a large smoothie and upon receiving my juice, Darrion filled it 3 quarters of the way up and inside the smoothie container he poured from was still enough to fill for what I actually paid for for $7.50. In my opinion It's rude to short a customer when typically at other locations in my experience employees go the extra mile for their customers and sometimes even give a separate smaller cup of the extra smoothie that they have left... Again, I love Jamba Juice but this location's employees made me feel as though I was a burden to them... Felt like I was at the DMV, not an establishment built to serve and greet customers with kindness and a good attitude. "I'm sorry but we don't take phone orders at this location, you can use our app to order or Postmates." I didn't bother with asking what Postmates, a delivery service, could possibly have to do with my placing an order for pick up. Are you kidding me, I asked? "No, I am not", he said. I inquired, has anyone ever told you how $&@#%^# stupid that is? "All the time", he said without hesitating. Ok, I said and I drove there and ordered my drink, it was made quick and it was good. Now wtf? Why are they answering the phone? Why do they have a phone number posted publicly and not only a line for Postmates or whoever CAN order over the phone? Is it just to take customer inquiries or complaints? You are standing at a POS and on the phone with a potential customer and seriously telling them that you won't take their order? This is an interesting model. I get the direction we are going with cashless dining for security purposes and automation to streamline and save on labor costs and I'm not opposed to it from the corporations side although I may feel for the workers and lost hours. What astounds me here is that a brand as established as Jamba Juice would not see how ridiculous and alienating this is. Why is the guy answering the phone? I feel bad for him. This should be a recorded message that explains this locations ordering policy and gives an option to press something to get a human for unrelated topics. Very unexpected from what I thought was a company that had it together. I'm not saying I won't have another jamba but I am soured. I went here this morning specifically to get a chunky strawberry bowl. It's too bad that they were out of peanut butter and bananas, two key ingredients in the bowl. Not sure how an establishment that only sells few fruit and veggie based items with granola and/or peanut butter runs out... (There are several grocery-type stores in close proximity where they could buy them). After I had to substitute on the bowl (whey protein for peanut butter and pineapples for banana), I waited about 20 minutes for that & the fresh juice I ordered. At this point they also told me they were out of the flatbreads I ordered and that they could thaw some out. I love going to this Jamba Juice. When arriving there is always parking available. I love that. They have a big parking lot. The staff is always friendly and have a great attitude. My favorite is apples and greens. The smoothies are not water down like other places. They have a great section of smoothies and healthy ones too. My husband accidentally forgot his wallet here on a Sunday night around 820 ish. We got home and realized we forgot it. So we called and asked if there was anything like a black wallet turned in. So we went and picked up his wallet. When the lady pulled out a box of stuff that was left there, there were 2 other wallets apart from my husband's wallet. ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?!? Were you trying to keep the wallets there for like 30 days so you can end up keeping it? I mean, there was $4 in his wallet in cash...so it's not like the money was such a huge issue..
