This review is a few weeks overdue, but better late than never! The manager at this location is so incredibly nice. I seldom ask for things to be remade because when I do ask, it usually leads to an argument and an eventual begrudging remake of whatever I ordered. It's not pleasant at all. We came in around 8:30 on a Tuesday night, and I ordered my usual PB chocolate love. I took a sip and it tasted pretty awful. I took a few more sips and it was really just unbearable - tasted really powdery and bitter. I gave my boyfriend a sip and he agreed that it didn't taste right. I knew I had to ask for a different one because I really could not drink it. I walked back in and asked the cashier if I could have it remade because it tasted bad, and he alerted the manager immediately (no attitude at all!). The manager came over to me and apologized and offered to make it again and didn't argue with me about the drink. He explained that there's a much sweeter version called "Peanut Butter Moo'd" which has real peanut butter and frozen yogurt (so it's not as good for you, but it tastes better). I agreed, and he made it over again. He was so so so nice and accommodating. Gave me no trouble at all, and I left with a smile. I didn't ask for his name because as I was walking out with my newly made drink, he was customers, but he was the manager on duty at 8:30ish on Tuesday (August 4, 2015). Not a big fan of Jumba juice but today I drove pass by and quite tired from a long day so decide to stop by for some fruit energy smoothie. Got myself mango-a-go-go and satisfy love it. A bit too icy but I can taste the real mango. It sure refresh my energy. The price is reasonable $5.69 for large size with $3 off coupon that I got online so I just paid $2.69 so totally happy about it. The place is big, clean with big parking lot. It's quite busy but there was no waiting line as the staff were friendly, fast and quick. I just placed the order then got my drink in a minute. Only one thing that I give 4 stars review because the smoothie abit too icy. I had to drink right away. I just sit about 5 min to drink up and it started to watery but still tasted good tho. This place sucks a***, I mean how did you even manage to get to 4.5 Stars????! We always order drinks from this spot through Postmates, at least 9 times a week and big orders. In the past 5 days we ordered 6 times and they didnt put straws in our twice! The first time we called them and they said the postmates guy supposed to grab the straws. How AMAZING???! You supposed to make sure the customers get all they need to enjoy their drinks, the postmates is there just to pick up our orders that's it, anything missing is not his problem. So I had to go there and get the straws myself. 2 days later they did the same thing again, so I called them back again; to keep it short, the girl on the phone says there's nothing she can do about it. I just spent $34 on a small secret menu smoothie for $10 and two açaí bowls at $13 each--only to be completely let down. The açaí base was terrible, lacking the rich flavor and smooth texture I expected. For the price, I was hoping for a satisfying experience, but instead, it was a total disappointment. So much so, that I didn't finish it! Honestly, never again! If you're looking for high-quality açaí bowls, this is not the place to go. Instead, I highly recommend Bearies Açaí--they do it right! Their açaí base is fresh, flavorful, and exactly what an açaí bowl should be. Skip Jamba Juice and head to Bearies for something truly worth your money. read more

The date of the incident was May 15, 2025, at 6 PM. The employees were very unprofessional and rude. They had a friend, who was not an employee, behind the cashier counter chatting with her while ignoring customers. I continued to be ignored, and they kept saying "I'm sorry" while talking to the female friend. This behavior was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I have frequently visited that location in Northridge on Balboa since it is close to my house. However, I would like to inform you that I will no longer be purchasing from Jamba Juice, and they will continue to lose customers because of this. read more

Jamba juice!!! So happy that they opened here, and it's right across target...er I think it's the location i'm talking about. I love that smell whenever I step into any jamba juice. Never had any problems here. Great service, depends on people you'll run into. But it's in the same place of this sushi place that I like then didn't like, because I hate the people behind the counter. Always friendly and always parking. Those are the 2 key things I'm looking for in a Jamba or coffee shop. It's close to csun and a couple of primary schools, so expect a mid-day rush.
