Boba Snow House is open pretty late, which is a plus for a late night boba craving, but I'd say the drinks are just okay. They have such a large menu, so maybe I just haven't had the right drink yet, but I feel like their milk tea is watery and kind of lacking. Still, staff is pretty friendly and there's also kiosks to place your order on if you prefer a more lowkey, zero interaction experience. It's a nice space for studying too but I don't think it'd be my first pick with all the boba options in the valley.

Visited: 11/23/25 I really loved the interior! The vibes are great, and I appreciate that it's open so late. It's perfect for studying or late-night hangouts. Ordering was easy and fast thanks to the touch-screen system, and our drinks came out quickly. One thing to note was that we sat under a vent and it was quite cold, so you might want to avoid those seats. Unfortunately, the drinks were a letdown. -Taro Milk Tea w/Boba: 5/10 ($6.25) This taro drink tasted very off compared to other taro drinks I've had. It wasn't disgusting, but it had a peculiar flavor (almost like it had a hint of alcohol), which made it harder to enjoy. -Matcha Strawberry w/Boba & Sea Salt Latte Cream: 7/10 ($8.50) This drink wasn't bad, but it didn't have much of a matcha flavor (very diluted). I'm glad I added the sea salt latte cream. Otherwise, it might have tasted too watered down. -Cookies & Cream w/Boba: 8/10 ($6.75) This drink was a safe choice as I've never had a bad cookies and cream drink, and I'm glad I picked it because it was the best drink of the night. It was tasty but nothing spectacular, and a bit icier than I prefer. My friends purchased a Mojito and Jasmine Green Milk Tea, and both were extremely off-tasting. I sampled theirs and would rate them 4/10, and they didn't finish their drinks because the flavors were so unpleasant. Overall, while the ambiance and service are great, the drinks themselves were inconsistent and often disappointing.

Best boba in town! Have tried different places and this is by far the best we've had. Highly recommend

Stopped in here the other night for some late night boba and it was great. They were one of the only boba shops in the areas open till midnight. It was pretty lively in there even close to closing. They have lots of flavors and jelly's/add one to choose from. I got the mango dragon fruit lemonade with half green tea and aloe vera. It was very refreshing and We also got a strawberry banana and a strawberry mango smoothie with boba. The strawberry banana was so creamy and delicious. They also have other things like snacks and instant noodles for purchase. It's a popular place to study as well. In you're in the area give this place a try.

My friend got their new matcha drink but it did not taste very good ): I do like that this place is open late and has card games to play! I think the seating in this shop is nice since it has booths where lots of people can sit but they did close the bathroom more than 30 minutes before they closed which was unfortunate for my group.

    Trash oolong milk tea

This milk tea was the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth. There was no oolong flavor What so ever. Great service got it out very fast but my god it was horrible. Classic study spot. Any of the ice teas were good.

There were a few people inside when I arrived. They have a kiosk you can order on or you can order with a staff member. I ordered the blood orange fruit tea with boba. The fruit tea was citrusy and refreshing & the boba was soft and chewy. There is plenty of seating inside to meet up with friends or do work. Parking- shared parking lot with other businesses

The milk tea has just an OK flavor a little bit watery not very creamy. They do give you a really big size though, if you like quantity for the price, prices aren't bad I think I paid under six dollars. They open at 12pm! which is very late!!! I go to school. I like to go places that open early because my scheduleis early, so unfortunately I probably won't be able to try their other drinks. I really wanted to try their Thai tea but typically I don't get caffeine after 11 am if they opened earlier I would try many drinks there to see how it is all the way It's just so frustrating when Boba places open late. Quick reviews just for you

Wow these boba cups are HUGE!!! For the price and the size, this is a true bang for your buck. You order at the tablet and you get a number and they put your order out on a little shelf and your number is called. Perfect for introverts. They also have a little display of all the toppings at the conventional ordering place so you can see them before you order them. The boba is delicious and I would come back!

Came here to do a group order with my friends. Parking is a bit compact and the plaza is pretty busy. The boba shop is a decent size and has decent amount of seatings for groups. You can either order on their tablet or with the cashier. Some substitutions like almond milk for smoothies. If you check in, you can get a free upgrade on drinks. (Free supersize) don't get me wrong, their regular is already huge and probably considered a large at other boba shops so the supersize is even bigger! Order at your own risk. The regular is already a lot. There's free WiFi if you stay and cashier/workers are nice. Overall, this is my friend's boba spot and we always order when here in the area hanging out with her and the family. Drinks are decent and you can control the sweetness so that's nice too.

The boba was amazing! This was my first time ever trying boba and just wow. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They gave amazing recommendations. This is a cute little spot specifically if you have projects/homework to do. Very clean and put together.

This is one our favorite Boba places. when you walk in you get the choice to order on the tablet or with the cashier. make sure to put in your phone number for points at checkout. We love to order Thai tea and cookies and cream smoothies. The vibe here is so peaceful and understand why people are working on their laptops. Our orders are handed to us from a little window it's cute and different. I highly recommend this boba spot.

One of my fav boba spots in Northridge! I've gotten the Thai Tea twice, I give it a 9/10. Their drinks are worth it as the drinks are pretty big & $5. This boba shop is located in Northridge, near CSUN. I like this place because they also have a good amount of seating, I would come here to do work. I also found out they give out board games which is really cool. The service is satisfactory. You order on a Kiosk, the drinks didn't take too long to come out.

The shop is nice and spacious with lots of seating and chairs but I got my food to go because I had so many things to do today. I chose the basil pesto panini, tater tots, and I also got the Tropical Waterfall without any Boba additions. For the tropical waterfall it's so delicious!!!! I could have added the Boba or even gotten custard squares with it but personally I loved it just the way it was. When the weather gets even hotter this might be my go to drink because it's so delicious and refreshing. My basil pesto panini was perfect, from the beautiful browned lines on the bread to the perfect taste on the inside. I got a side of the basil pesto sauce which made a good dipper! For the tater tots you have an option of spice level which I didn't fully understand until I got mine. I love spice so I got mine spicy. I learned it's the seasoning. I personally did not like the seasoning and it wasnt spicy until I finished chewing and swallowing and the seasoning felt powdery to me. Despite this I brushed off as much of the seasoning as possible and the tater tots themselves were perfectly hot and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I'll definitely be back for more!

Visited: 4/1/26 & 4/26/26…read more DRINKS Dalgona Matcha Viet Coffee ($6.25) - 7/10 This drink was enjoyable overall, but the matcha didn't taste very high quality. It leaned more on the milky side rather than having that deeper, slightly earthy matcha flavor you'd expect. It still had a nice sweetness and was easy to drink, but if you're someone who really appreciates strong, authentic matcha, this might fall a bit short. Viet Coffee with Sea Salt Foam ($6.25) - 7.5/10 My sister ordered this at 50% sweetness, which ended up being a great choice since 100% would likely be overpowering. The sea salt foam added a nice creamy contrast that balanced the drink well. However, it didn't quite capture the rich taste of traditional Vietnamese coffee and instead tasted more like a sweeter, standard iced coffee. Still good, just not very authentic in flavor. The Nutty Latte ($6.75) - 4/10 This one wasn't for me at all. The texture was extremely thick and chunky, making it difficult and honestly unpleasant to drink. It felt like drinking straight peanut butter mixed with milk, and the chunks would sometimes get stuck in my throat. It also didn't resemble a latte in either texture or taste. Iced Rose Latte with Cheese Foam and Honey Boba ($6.25 + $0.85 + $0.85) - 7.5/10 If you enjoy floral drinks, especially rose, you'll likely enjoy this one. The rose flavor is definitely present without being too overpowering, and the cheese foam adds a slight savory contrast that keeps it interesting. The honey boba adds a bit of extra sweetness and texture. Overall, it's a solid drink, just nothing particularly standout compared to other rose lattes. FOOD Mozzarella Cheese Sticks ($5.25) - 6/10 These come with your choice of sauce, and I went with ranch. They're very standard mozzarella sticks, nothing particularly memorable or unique. The cheese wasn't as melty as I would've liked, and the breading was noticeably thick, which made them feel a bit heavy. They're fine if you're craving something fried, but not something I'd go out of my way to get again. Okonomi French Fries ($5.25) - 7/10 The sauce is definitely the highlight here! It has a slightly sweet flavor that makes the fries more enjoyable and adds something different. Unfortunately, the fries themselves were a bit underwhelming. They tasted slightly stale, lacked seasoning, and weren't as crispy as they should have been. Chicken Wings ($7.75) - 8.5/10 This was surprisingly the best item! The chicken was fresh, hot, and had a really satisfying crunch. While they weren't heavily seasoned on their own, the texture and freshness made up for it, and the ranch dipping sauce helped add more flavor. Definitely a solid choice if you want something savory alongside your drink. How to Order: Ordering is done through a touchpad system, which makes the process quick and easy, especially when it's busy. They also have a very wide variety of drinks on the menu, so there's something for pretty much everyone, whether you like coffee, tea, or more unique specialty drinks. Seating: This is a great place to study or hang out for longer periods of time. There's plenty of indoor seating along with accessible outlets, which makes it convenient if you need to get work done. However, it can get very loud and hectic during the week since a lot of students come here, sometimes to the point where it feels chaotic with people talking loudly or even yelling. Weekends are generally a bit calmer, but the music is still played fairly loud, so it may not be ideal if you're sensitive to noise unless you bring noise-canceling headphones. I didn't mind it at all and could work normally. Atmosphere: One big plus is that they're open late until midnight, which makes it a really convenient late-night spot whether you're studying or just want somewhere to relax. The shop itself has a modern, casual vibe, and the high traffic gives it a lively atmosphere, though that can be a downside depending on what you're looking for. Parking: It's located in a plaza, so parking is relatively easy and accessible. Restroom: The restroom requires a code to access and is relatively clean, which is always appreciated.
