My husband and I do frequent this place and would have happily given it 5 stars but everytime we go not sure if it's the owner but a lady is always rude and we feel rushed to order I shouldnt have wait in my car thinking what I need to order before going in. Not patient or kind at all 0 customer service skills. One instance my husband ordered our drinks and we were waiting she set it down without calling a name so my husband mildly grabbed it and she yells "that's not yours!" With a major attitude turns out she started making the guy who ordered behind us drink first ....anyway we enjoy the smoothies and shakes but we don't look forward to talking to the people there. Finally came to try the Farmer's Breakfast and it was so good, I could probably eat two of them! I got it with a coffee on the side. Everything was freshly prepared and very inexpensive. I'm glad they are open on the weekends. I even stayed a bit to study while enjoying my food. The place is really tiny. You can eat there, but it's best for small groups, no more than four. The parking lot is also small, and since it's located right by Kaiser Panorama City, it can get pretty busy at times. This is mostly self-service: you order and pay, then sit down. If you need anything, the girls are helpful. I also tried the pineapple kale smoothie and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. They have so many more items on the menu, and I can't wait to come back and try more! read more

I live in the SF Bay Area but my in-laws live in Panorama City. Aside from Palmetto, I haven't found acai bowls in the bay that I love. So I was pleasant surprise to come across It's Juice Time when I was visiting my in-laws a couple of years ago. And I have gone here during every trip down. The acai bowl isn't too sweet, fruits are good, and the proportion of granola and acai is perfect. The staff is also very friendly as well. I highly recommend this place! read more

The juices are yummy and nourishing. This image of the beet mixed juice is like the traditional vampiro but doesn't have the strong carrot and orange flavor - which I wish they had! This was the large size and I ordered three without ice so it doesn't get watered down. I didn't grow up drinking fresh squeeze juice with ice. The images shows that about 1/3 of the cup is empty before I opened it. It was yummy, but felt a bit strange that this and the other drinks ordered were a lot of ice versus fresh squeezed juice. We also ordered gingers shot and those yummy - based on the taste it seemed to have some sweetener and possibly orange juice but ingredients were not available. I always order the same thing, which is the turkey avocado wrap. I hear that the chicken salad wrap also fantastic, but I can't stop ordering the turkey avocado wrap because I like it so much. Juice Time also makes great smoothies! The pineapple kale and the Wake Up Call are my two favorites. Neither one is too sweet. The best thing about Juice time is how they serve their to-go orders. Each wrap comes with pickles and pickled peppers on the aide. All smoothelies are prepared before you arrive, but are not blended until you show up to pick it up. Stopped by here because I was craving an açaí bowl and I didn't want to drive too far out to where I would normally get an açaí bowl. I've seen this place before, but never really cared to stop in... until now :) parking is easy and quick. It's a small parking lot, but since a lot of the shops in the little plaza are quick stops, no one is ever there for too long. This location enforced social distancing, by asking customers to wear a mask, only taking to-go orders through the front door, and doesn't let customers in. I did notice though, while I was waiting for my order outside, that one of the employees inside wasn't wearing a face mask. She was behind the counter. Was I going to make a big deal out of it? Nah. I got my order, one copacabana (açaí bowl). Very please with what I received. I liked the flavor. Pretty much similar to my other go-to açaí place. Definitely go for the larger order when ordering the açaí bowls here. Just makes more sense than buying the smaller one. You get more bang for your buck with the larger size. Great place to get juices and smoothies. We had just moved into the neighborhood and my bro and sis and thier families came over to hang out. It was a hot day so I decided to get a bunch of smoothies and decided to come here. Ordered first - got the taro slush with boba, strawberry slush and honeydew slush with boba. Unfortunatley they don't have the mango anymore. Also got the berry berry smoothie, the dark chocoloate smoothie, the pineapple kale smoothie and the almond blueberry smoothie. I've tried the sandwiches, I honestly do not like the type of bread, I ordered a tuna melt once and when I got home I noticed the cheese wasn't melted :( the panini machine they use probably doesn't provide sufficient heat to get the cheese to melt!
