It's very very slow since the last time I have came here. I am not sure if there is over all new people but they take about 15 minutes minimum to complete and order even if it is just you. Last time I was here I saw a girl drop one of the sandwiches cheese and she still made the sandwich without the cheese, I only know because it was my sandwich that didn't have the cheese. She also had airpods in her ears while she was working so I think she was distracted but she also was not dressed like the other people because she didn't have a name tag on, but i see her working here quite often. I'm not a fan of their smoothies, but I love their acai bowls and steel cut oats! They are delicious! I did a phone order as I pulled up into the parking lot for an Acai Primo bowl with acai, strawberries, and blueberries blended together, layered with granola, and topped with sliced bananas, blueberries, and strawberries. I asked for no coconut flakes, and substituted it for extra blueberries. When I walked into Jamba Juice a mere two minutes later, Tran rang me up and my order was ready as well. The same time I ordered that smoothie, their mobile order system was down but they worked quickly to get my order completed. This review isn't about the customer service or drinks/food. Came in yesterday and ordered with my partner and it was HOT inside the building felt like if the heater was on. Management needs to get on that since it's a danger for STAFF because once we opened the doors to get out it was cooler outside than INSIDE. Staff members were grabbing napkins to wipe off sweat along with myself and partner doing the same. I am not trying to be dramatic with how how it was inside but it was very hot and a danger to staff because it was heat stroke status. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN MY OVER 15 YEARS as a Jamba customer. The manager here is only worried about their bottom line profit than any customer's experience. The manager was rude, lacked flexibility or any basic kindness, and refused any customization regardless of dietary needs insisting it is a company policy even though I can customize it in the app or at any other store I have been too as recently as 2 days ago. In addition to forcing me to buy a plant based drink I didn't even want since he refused to work with me, they filled the cup an inch under the lid which never happens at any other location I have been too. When I asked an employee to amend the situation, they said they were happy to but then the manager came over, told the employee to pour it back into a cup from the blender the employee had put it into to fix, it and gave it back to me saying it was policy that it is served that low. Kind of a weird Jamba Juice. Smoothie came out perfectly fine however this office space was pretty weird. The cash register is like right in the middle of a big circular counter. Another thing is they have really high ceilings here which makes it super noisy. Add in the music and it's really noisy, so noisy they have to really yell out the names for the drinks. Third complaint is with the tall ceiling they don't reach up there to clean it. When I looked up there was tons of dust that had accumulated on the lighting fixtures and the ceiling vents. I don't frequent Jamba Juice locations as much as I used to in my high school days, but during a recent trip to Orange County this was the closest location where I could get my Green Smoothie fix. I love that for the past few years they have the veggie and fruit smoothie options because while it may seem like a "trend" to some, it's one of my newfound lifestyle choices that I can't part with because every time I try to skip a smoothie....I feel gross. Hence, a visit to this Jamba Juice location early in the AM! I ordered the Kale-ribbean Breeze. It was quite good, super jam packed with nutrients, but also very sweet. They do a job of hiding the Kale in this regard. The reason for the 3 vs. 4 star review is that my cup wasn't necessarily full and there was room leftover that I would've have loved to have since in my mind I paid for it. Can't make any complaints on customer service. The employee who assisted me was very kind and perky enough for the morning & I took my order and my friends' with ease and was very hospitable. This is the only location where they fill the cup all the way to the top!!! Every single time we visit the line is always out the door especially Summer time. The menu is complete of all their drinks from energy booster to healthy vegetable options. They carry all the classics and they can even make an item not on the menu. Our favorite is Banana Berry, unfortunately it is not listed on the menu but luckily they can still make it so that's a plus. Our drinks are never watered down or lacking flavors they have always made it delicious. This location gets busy as it is located inside The Block of Orange and the foot traffic does not stop. The wait time for the drinks are quick they have many workers working. There are limited seating inside and there are more tables and chairs outside. One thing I notice is when it is pack wait for your drink inside the store instead of outside - they do not have a loud speaker for calling out orders and you can easily miss your name if you do not hear them. The workers barely goes outside to call out orders and I have seen drinks sitting there way after they have been made.
