Came here for a pick me up before the gym. I usually go with something fruit but I needed something that would provide good fuel. I decided to get the PB CHOCOLATE LOVE. It was incredible. Service was not provided with a smile. I had to repeat my order at least three different times, including asking for my açaí bowl without Nutella. Got over the ordering hurdle. I went to this Jamba location today Monday 3/6 because it is on my way to work and they only had one gal working. There were 3 customers in front of me and 2 behind me, so I thought it would take forever to get a Jamba. Heck no, this gal was amazing, all the while having a smile on her face while she made numerous smoothies and delivered them quicker than 2 employees could have in the same time period! Worst customer service ever. Brenda R. doesn't know the menu. She needs to be retrained. She can't find the extra ice button and forgot it while she was making it. Drinks came out less thick. She don't know how to apply the rewards they company heavily advertises. We were the only customers at 3pm and she had no energy. They have been out of cold brew for both of our visits. Please take it off your menu or tell us that the item is discontinued. We will not be returning to this location. Avoid! read more

The workers are friendly and the facility is kept clean, but the service is pretty inefficient and my drink tasted watered down?? Mango-a-go-go - Normally when I get this it's pretty strong in taste, but when I had it here it was very bland in thinner than usual in consistency. There was not enough mango flavor at all. I didn't even finish it, I gave it away to my sister about halfway into the cup. Service was also kinda slow, I was the second person in line and my one drink took almost 10 minutes to come out. -Parking: huge plaza with plenty of parking -Restroom: none -Environment: very vibrant and colorful, feels very clean -Seating: only a few bar seats by the window -Service: the cashier was very friendly, but he seemed kinda new and didn't seem like he completely knew what he was doing Not the best location, I'd probably only come back since it's convenient for me. read more

Horrible service here. I came with my son to get a açaí bowl at 5:30pm when they close at 6 only to be told they didn't feel like making it. In other words the worker did not want to do his job. There was no one in front or behind me in line. On top of that he said it was "slow" so he wasn't making bowls. I wanted a fresh orange juice also but I already imagined what that's answer would be.... I didn't bother asking for anything else I just left. My son was very upset that he didn't get his bowl he's small he didn't understand but what could I do with a worker who refuses to do his job? So I recently purchased a pomegranate bowl because I received a coupon through email. I asked an employee how much was the bowl because I noticed it rang up as 7.99 And on the wall where it was posted behind them was 6.99. The coupon took 2 dollars off the 7.99 and charged me 5.99 As I was waiting , I went back to get the price that was posted behind them and the manager " Jennifer" came with a stank ass attitude , literally the worse I have ever seen. I came to JB all the times but to Ordered fresh orange juices at this store is real pain because the machine has trouble handling different size oranges it constantly jammed. Poor girl had to climb up and unjammed it. 3 medium size orders took 20 minutes plus they are charging additional $1 for *hard to find" good oranges. Really!!! The district manager is not doing his job . This is not the same case for the HB store. Need new DM perhaps? read more

This location sucks. I've been here probably four times but today was my last because every single time I've had a shitty experience. The smoothies are always chunky and not made how you ask. For example I always get Pea protein and Kale today I repeatedly told them that I wanted this in my smoothie. They then proceeded to make me a drink completely different than what I ordered. I came in on 11/28/20 Saturday at 9:30 am. I had the worst customer service. I order 2 ginger shots and 2 ice waters. The worker she made our ginger shots out of a squeeze bottle NOT FRESH! I asked her why she didn't make it fresh and she told us her juicer is broken... On top I added agave, almond butter, strawberries, bananas, and kiwi. I also snagged their Glow Greens pressed juice. This is jam packed with all my favorite green ingredients: green apple, red apple, cucumber, lemon, cayenne, and ginger. My only suggestion would be to have printed menus available onsite. The meat in both sandwiches was tender, and all of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I also enjoyed the homemade macaroni salad, and the oatmeal cookie--made without raisins--was a light and tasty treat that completed a delicious lunch. When I asked for her name, she gave it, but she clearly knew what she was doing. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. I am a paying customer, and I expect basic respect and fair service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. This is not my 1st incident I have had with her! If she doesn't like to attend customer she should go work somewhere else.
