I can proudly say that this is still the spot for my YL world. The owner Ed and his wife are the greatest people ever. They care for their customers, love kids, and ensure every inch and corner of their location is clean. I have never visited to find broken machines. The yogurt flavors are always the best. The toppings bar is always stocked and they keep the good banana slices on hand! Ed knows how to hire quality employees as the staff always has their A game going, wheels turning from open to close.. I stan a cool Yogurtland. And after a nice lunch at Luna Grill, just a few feet away in the same shared foodie parking lot, a tasty frozen treat was on the afternoon beat. Yogurtland has a vast assortment of toppings and flavors. It's completely self-serve for that soft serve... At least at this location. I honestly didn't realize anybody was working here until my boyfriend got his mash up of flavors, including a dairy free flavor on the side to share with me (the sweetest). Unfortunately I'm not a big chocolate milk/chocolate plant-based milk person so their Plant-Based Salted Chocolate Soufflé wasn't a hit with me. And their Rocket Pop Sorbet is really rich, sometimes I love it, but today wasn't that day. Forever grateful for their non-dairy options. I will say if they had their Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookie or Key Lime Pie vegany options I might have good wild lol He/my guy essentially rang himself up and paid with the Yogurtland staff person on duty, who basically just came out to make sure everything was good. She might have also handed him a spoon too, but I doubled over and realized the spoons are basically self serve too when I grabbed one for myself, because she was already back in the back before I could blink lol. Terrible customer service. My daughter misunderstood the promotion for the giant spoon today and while still in the store we bought the second cup of yogurt in order to spend $15. The cashier who I think was possibly the manager absolutely refused to give her the spoon . I explained that we spent $20 and she was very rude and not willing to budge . Yogurtland is kind of like the main froyo franchise you find scattered throughout the area, so you will pretty much know what to expect. You grab a cup, fill up with yogurt + toppings, and pay. Unfortunately , no seating inside, but there is seating outside and luckily my group was able to sit down (it wasn't during busy hours at all though so I'm not sure how it is at night on a weekend or something). Came in today to treat myself and my boyfriend and the overall store was pretty clean aside from some yogurt on the grates. The topping station was also very clean and i even saw one of the girls move toppings out of where they shouldn't be because they fell. However the service was definitely lacking it was slow so the two girls were in the back which i don't mind since it's a pretty self service place anyways, however the only thing i think they should work on is how they talk to the customers, i was checking out and forgot to ask the girl to put in my number for rewards and she checked me out and i asked after i had paid and she said "oh no you were supposed to ask me if i could put it in" i chuckled. The girl was definitely young so i don't hold it against her but she literally has one job and that's to check people out full service meaning asking them that little question i called back later to ask how i was supposed to redeem the receipt and she pretty much said she didn't know lol. We love this place! It's the perfect late night dessert after a day at either Disneyland or Knotts for our family. A short walk from our usual Cambria hotel stays, or Hampton inn stays. I'm giving it one start ONLY for terrible customer service I usually come to this location to get ice cream after training and There is this one girl who has a terrible attitude, when I ask her to give me the ice cream, she is snappy and Not courteous at all she also gives me smaller amounts of ice cream.... much smaller than the other servers, when I ask her for the toppings she's extremely stingy when I ask her to give me more she gives me attitude and tells me how it's not supposed to be that way and how the other people were wrong but she's the only one with horrible customer service she's the only reason why I'm hesitant and coming back to this location. read more

Everything was nice and stocked and all the add ons was fully stocked also. Reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because when we walked in, we weren't greeted at all. The two girls were just talking and when we walked in, they just glared at us and continued talking. Checking out they weren't even nice either. Loving this new location in the newly built cambria hotel area. Such a perfect location along other restaurants like starbucks, california fish grill and habit burger. Area looks safe and lighted. Pretty new and very clean. Selections for toppings and add ons are plenty. Parking is pretty easy.... for now. I hope it stays this way and I hope they always keep it clean.
