Great smoothies, but so beyond slow service and Saturdays and Sunday's these last few months. Expect to wait about 30 minutes. Poorly organized as well. Today after waiting for 30 minutes they were handing smoothies to people that ordered a significant amount of time after me, and at the 30 minutes they let me know they ran out of two of the main ingredients. Instead waiting another 30 minutes for a different drink, I decided to just get a refund. I don't think I'll come here again on busy days. read more

This use to be the location I'd frequent but after my experience yesterday I'm not likely to return and will be going to the 47th street location. I was told in the rudest tone that I couldn't use my $3 off rewards because it was from September 2015....and it's May 2016....clearly the employees(cashier and I want to say the other girl helping was a manager but her attitude and customer service stunk! Pee Yew!) aren't aware of how many days are in a year. Every reward has a ONE year value for use so luckily I had Another $3 reward and used that. On top of that they act as if they don't want to give you the receipt with the survey to get a bogo drink on your next visit. I mean you'd think the way they hoard those reward receipts that it came out of their paychecks. This place is a joke tbh. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is because the guy that made my drink did an amazing job...wish I would've gotten his name because he's the real gem in that place. I had never had a bad experience at this location until this morning. The employee who took my order was so rude and looked miserable. I believe her name is Katelyn.. Not only did she roll her eyes at me for asking a question but she also didn't offer a boost for my smoothie. When I asked for the boost she told me she had already finished the transaction. I came in during the night time and had the worst experience. The closing manger Steph was pretty rude while taking my order and on top of that they were only playing Hispanic music which was very loud. It was very loud to the point that I couldn't really hear them call my name. I felt like I had to talk over the music because of how loud it was. Came here and cashier was upset that I asked for my receipt, I thought they have to always give you one? I placed my order then walked outside to wipe down my car, 15 minutes later I walked in and my order still was not done. The young guy who took my order was so courteous and helpful. The young lady with terrible red hair setting up tables and chairs was inconsiderate and rude. I hope the managers know that their female employee is this way. She dragged all the furniture across the floor as one lady was attempting to place an order and was so careless. The music in this place is SOOOO LOUD !! It's obviously one of the workers iPods that they keep changing. The staff is extremely immature even for these teenagers working. Currently listening to spongebob theme song ?!? They are all giggling and playing grabass in the back. You can't even order your drink without repeating yourself or hear when your drink is ready.
