I love Jamba Juice, but today's drinks felt a little... off. I ordered the Mango-A-Go-Go, and it honestly tasted more like pineapple than mango. It wasn't bad, just not what I expected flavor-wise. My friend got the Caribbean Passion, and hers tasted like it barely had any strawberries in it. The biggest giveaway was that our drinks were almost the exact same color, when hers should have definitely been more on the pink side. Still love Jamba, but this batch just didn't feel like it was made with the same love as usual. On another note there's outdoor seating that's pretty nice until it's a HOT day. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. The employee working was extremely rude, which immediately made the atmosphere uncomfortable. At one point, he even started blasting his own music louder over the music already playing in the store. The biggest issue for me was the customer service and overall attitude. I've been to many other Jamba Juice locations and have always had friendly, positive experiences, which made this visit stand out in the worst way. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location. Wanted to add this it's not a huge issue but they had a lot of items out of stock. we used the self service to order a vanilla blue sky bowl and the worker told us after the purchase went through that she was no longer making bowls because she was closing at 6. instead she could make just the smoothie and redo the transaction, which we accepted. the sign looked written over saying it closes at 6 but online it says u close at 6:30. she never redid the transaction and it didn't seem right that we paid the price for the bowl and only got the smoothie. very unfortunate that the sign didn't match online as well read more

I asked my partner to go pick up some jamba drinks for us and they ended up getting charged 3 separate times. The associate there was rude and inconsiderate, telling us to pay over and over again despite us already being charged. We now have to dispute it with our credit card company. Every question we had, they returned it with a negative attitude and acting as if we were a nuisance. I try to give workers a second doubt, mostly due to how difficult it can be to be in these environments. Pomegranate paradise & orange C booster remain on my all time favorite list. The best part is their juices are plant based: No milk, no soy, or whatsoever additives. If I could leave zero stars I really would. The staff is beyond lazy and the customer service is horrendous. We came in with the store completely empty with 3 employees, nobody greeted, we came up to the counter where we saw a girl pretty much laying on her arm on the register and she just looked at us like waiting for us to order, once we placed the order she just handed us the receipt and that was it. Another person came in to order and the same thing happened Once our order was ready, they didn't call it or anything, just put it on the counter. I approached the counter and asked if it was ours and one girl just made a ugh face and said "yup" without even turning around. I ordered two açaí bowls online for pickup at 6:49 am on a Monday morning. A gentleman called me from the location at 6:55 am to advise they did not have the ingredients for the açaí bowls and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said - Well, if there are no ingredients to make the bowls I ordered then yes please cancel. Before he hung up, I asked him when was I going to receive my refund for the cancelation since I already paid when placing the order online. He said he is canceling the charge on his end and I should see the return on the card in 3-4 business days. Sounds easy - I thanked him for the phone call and assumed everything was in order for the refund. I waited two weeks before emailing Jamba Juice. A month after I emailed Jamba Juice, a manager from the store emailed for copies of the order to begin the refund. Two weeks after I sent her the images, with no response I emailed Jamba Juice again. The same manager (Itzel V.) then emailed me about a few days after I contacted Jamba Juice, and she advised the refund should be coming through soon. I finally saw the return on my card. The fact that a) they canceled my order due to no ingredients available and b) never initiating my refund until I had to reach out to follow up, and c) having to continue to reach out to ensure the refund request was completed - has been the most unnecessarily frustrating experience. This Jamba Juice location needs some series training and accountability. This is a business of service - fruit service at that! The goal should be to service clients with minimal inconveniences so the client enjoys not only their product, but their experience. This is the closest location to my mother's house - but we try to avoid coming to this location because we just don't want to deal with their inconveniences. We just want to enjoy delicious fruit smoothies/bowls - hassle free. I truly hope this location receives the feedback provided on this app to help improve their services. Three workers at Jamba Juice seemed like young college student aged kids working with little to no care about their service. One of the employees that served me was named Luis who had a flat affect and basically was giving the "get your crap and get out" type of attitude. Also 2/3 employees were sagging their pants so low you can see the bottom end of their underwear. If you have to pull up your pants every 5 seconds touching your boxers and making my Jamba Juice drink that is disgusting and risk of cross contamination. Another observation is how they treated a woman client. Obviously the three workers on the 9am shift were making sexual comments and basically scoping her out as she was walking out. The masculine hormones were definitely on a high level, but please if you are working do not make sexual comments about customers when other customers are present. Super unprofessional on my opinion, especially since it delayed getting a drink out when all three workers on shift are peeking over the counter to look at a woman walking out with her Jamba Juice. Need some training on working in a professional workplace. One benefit is that Luis made my Açaí Super Antioxidant really well, perfectly blended and the scoop of whey protein was definitely a generous scoop so I do admire that. But this store needs to raise their standards: make sure your boxers aren't shown to the world, do not be scratching your butt or be pulling up your pants while making a drink and let's try not to talk about how you'd sleep with a customer as she's leaving the store. This is typically the spot for my Açaí bowls because is closer to my house and I don't have much time to be driving around all the way to Huntington Beach to Banzai Bowls. Jamba Juice for the most part always makes their Açaí bowls pretty good with tons of yummy fruits. This time it was no exception that I even forgot to take a picture of the delicious primo bowl when I recently got it. The staff was very nice, got my order in and out really quick and provided me with the necessary utensils and plenty of napkins. I've always been treated well by the staff here which keeps making me come back for more. They have more than enough sitting area in and outside the store, which is nice if you have time to enjoy your smoothie, juice or bowl at their location. read more

You walk in, 3 people behind the counter and not one of them greet you. 4 customers waiting for drinks while no employee even acknowledges that you are standing there for a literal 5 minutes, which as you are standing there seems more like 15 minutes. As you are getting annoyed you start noticing things. No dress code. No use of gloves. Employees each touching the customers drinks trying to ascertain which dink is what. As they the lids to put on the drinks, they reach under the lid with there fingers to pull the lids apart touching the part which touches the actual drink which squeezes the drink out of the top and onto their bare hands.
