Thursday, March 10th, (in the morning) I picked up an order. The female working "claimed" she said Hello, from the back of the store. She never looked at me and the volume of the music, I had zero idea she even knew i was in the store. I was standing by the cash register and mentioned I had an order to pick-up. She headed my way, but stopped to set the order down before getting to me. She walked another 3' to me because she "thought" I was placing an additional order. I asked why she did not hand me the order. She said, "see the sign, it shows order pick up" again, about 3' from me. I said I had not noticed the sign, I had been watching her because I didn't even know if she realized I was in the building. That is when she claimed she had said hello to me. I told her not looking at a customer when you greet them is poor effort and I mentioned the volume of the music. Not handing me the order was another sign of shitty customer service. How shallow to make me walk around the counter to get the order. For more than one reason she gets The Dumb Ass of the Day Award! read more

I need to go to ATA and Jamba Juice is to blame. (ACAI TOPPER ANONYMOUS). Why is the acai topper so friggin good. yum. and their granola, does anyone know where they buy it??? How is it made?? It doesn't get better than Jamba Juice's fresh granola! Love the acai topper, delicious, refreshing and filling. Plus the granola and banana on top go so well with the smoothie. YUM YUM! Orange appeal is another delicious smoothie, aloha pineapple as well. Pretty quick service although sometimes there is a "gym" rush, lunch rush, and after school rush. read more

Wow awesome customer service! I Came in forgot my wallet and I only had $100.00 bill and some singles. The cashier was polite enough to pay a dollar out of her own pocket rather than not take my business or make me go somewhere else to get change, because they're not allowed to break $100 bill here. I was last week Tuesday I ordered the mega mango smoothie. I was enjoying my drink when I felt there were bits of mango and tasted bitter. Was it supposed to taste bitter? It was suppose to be pureed and bits or pieces of mango inside the smoothie. A smoothie & café I go to a lot they don't have bits or pieces of mango inside. It is thick, and really good. Received a response from "team jamba". First of all the store closed at 10 not 9:30 according to the posted hours, unless the hours posted are incorrect in which case you should fix it. I expressed a concern about a product that I wanted to enjoy and instead received an excuse that is not even valid. The store closed at 10pm I came in at 9:40 which is plenty of time to make a juice. Again extremely disappointed. I will never return to this Jamba Juice. Even more upsetting to receive an excuse instead of a solution. Your company should really work on their customer service skills, they are horrendous. read more

The drinks are good, never had one complaint about it. The service could be better though. Nice people but it takes too long. While taking my order, the employee stopped twice to multi-task and finish another order which kind of agitated me. Best smoothie place in town great smoothies and great staff. Started coming a while ago and instantly got hooked. They have amazing smoothie choices all of which are delicious. One of my favorite places to come after a workout or game or even just because I feel like a smoothie. Their ingredients are fresher than my Jordan's. Their ice is more icy than my wrists. Service was good but the smoothies were terrible. My stepdaughter and I got the strawberry & banana with apple smoothie. Neither the banana or strawberries were ripe. It was tart and disgusting. Today was the second time I stopped at this location and no one was there at the time they were supposed to be open. Today I waited with my son until 7:10 and still no one. I dropped him off at the school across the street and when I passed by on my way to work I could see that the lights were still not on in the store at 7:15.
