I really liked this spot! When I went, it was super calm and empty. The decorations are cute, and they have games nearby that you can play with at the tables. The staff was super friendly and attentive! I had the açaí bow, and it was delicious! The fruit was fresh tasting and freshly cut. I even heard the staff member cutting the fruit. Also, their menu has a variety of healthy things to try, which was exciting. I will definitely come back to do some things on my laptop or to read a book, while grabbing something to eat. Family owned and managed dessert shop in Embassy Plaza. Great selection of Boba Teas and their big seller gourmet milkshakes. I ordered the PB and Chocolate Chip Pancake milkshake for $9.00 and it was super delish. The shop had crazy cool decor scattered around. I like the wooden table at the front of the store to relax and sip drinks. They sponsor a 21 Day Fitness Challenge and pay out $10k at $1k per winner to the top 10 people. So many cool little things about this cafe! I decided to check it because it was near to a couple other places I had to go, but what a cute little find! The staff greeted me right away which I loved (believe it or not even in this day & age it's still not common practice). The place had a comfortable, casual feel to it... the pleasant lighting and even the small games on each table added to the atmosphere of wanting to stay a while. I ordered the Crunch Monkey waffle (a protein waffle) and enjoyed it very much... it was sweet without being 'too sweet', and was the size and texture of what I consider pretty perfect for a waffle. The cafe prides itself on healthier eating, so I was happy that I didn't have to sacrifice taste for that healthier option! Pros: Ambiance, staff, service speed, food quality, portions Cons: Price (I had a hard time with almost hitting $20 for a waffle)... and not enough plugs for the laptoppers (I had to switch seats to get to one... not a big thing by any means, just a thing). I first came across Main Spot on Instagram a while back, their frappes caught my attention and I finally decided to go and try them out. The shop itself has a chill vibe to it. When I approached the counter to order I was still not sure what to order, I mentioned that it was my first time there and Monse who works there nicely explained their concept. On this visit, I tried one of their frappes, waffles, and refreshers. I asked for a recommendation of their frappe flavors and was told the Twix is good so I went with their Twix flavor frappe. The Twix was good, but not something I would have often, since the Twix is a protein-based frappe it was a bit heavier than what I am used to. The waffle that caught my attention was El Cubanito, I was pleasantly surprised by this waffle. El Cubanito is made up of guava, cheese, and crushed Maria cookie. The texture of this waffle is different from your traditional waffle in a good way. This waffle is crisp, chewy, and has a good balance of sweetness. The refresher I had was the Sunset Sangria and I added an immunity shot. The refresher was light and had a good balance of sweetness. Overall, my experience at Main Spot was good. The cleanliness was the first thing I noticed upon walking in, the second being the adorable (and delicious) mini protein donuts! The variety of flavors means there is something for everyone- I highly recommend the Cubanito. I ended up taking a box of a variety of flavors home. After looking over the menu, I could not resist getting an açaí bowl, and I am so glad that I did. Apart from delicious, the size of the bowl was great! So filling and nutritious. I will say that the iced coffee was a little on the sweeter side for my taste, but it was fresh and the size was perfect. I love this charming Cafe. It is so clean and warm and welcoming. I have only been here a couple times but will definitely be coming back. I had the Birthday Cake smoothie and it is delicious. It is not too sweet and really does taste like a piece of vanilla birthday cake. I love that. Their smoothies are protein packed so that is a great benefit. To start off with the good, I ordered a coffee and it was great, although on the expensive side. However, I asked about sweeteners and she told me that they were all sugar free. I asked if there were any regular options because I'd rather consume natural sugar than artificial sucralose), and it just felt like there was a judgy undertone when she clarified that I wanted real sugar. After she and another guy tried multiple times to convince me to try the skinny syrups, they ended up giving me some cane sugar syrup from a tiny little bottle. When the girl at the counter gave me my drink, she told me to let her know if I wanted more sugar, which felt backhanded. (?). I tried it and it wasn't super sweet, which is fine because less sweet is honestly my preference, but I feel like she did that on purpose. I don't know, it's weird because they were really nice people and the coffee was great, but the undertones of our communication were so odd and unlike any experience I've had when ordering coffee. This is such a treat on the weekends after a workout. Love stopping in for a post workout brunch. The protein coffee is so tasty, no after taste like other protein coffee I have had. I also really enjoy the shakes, plenty of flavor combinations to choose from. The doughnuts are a perfect, bite size, sweet treat. The waffles, however, are the best thing on the menu! They are elevated protein waffle deliciousness. Try the crunch monkey if you like banana and caramel, you definitely won't be disappointed. If you prefer more fruity, the everything is delicious. I got the dulce de leche donut. I have a major sweet tooth and it hit the spot without the guilt of consuming too much sugar and fat. The donuts are low calorie and packed with protein. There's so many to choose from that I'm currently working my way through the menu, but I'm not even a 1/4 of the way through. The frozen coffee drinks (white choc frappe & mocha frappe) are perfection. I've even tried their seasonal options with a shot of espresso and love them. So I originally heard about this place from my girlfriend, and the main thing she told me was protein donuts so I was already hooked and intrigued! We came on two separate occasions, the first time we got some of their protein donuts and the flavor was good and the consistency was more like muffin. We chose a lot of the chocolate flavors but next time if they have something without the chocolate drizzle I'd choose those to try. Our second time we went with the drinks I got the protein coffee and my girlfriend chose the dark force. The coffee wasn't to my liking the flavor reminded me of those chalky protein bars but my gf was enjoying it. Then at first the dark force reminded me of the snow cones liquid once it melts. Very sweet almost like a syrup although it tasted syrupy it was really good. Next time we'll try their cookies and the shakes because those shakes looked great! They offer a lot of different addons to your drinks which is really nice. Now would I recommend this place to someone? Yes I would, among the great selection they offer the staff is very nice and friendly. Right now with COVID every store/restaurant has guidelines to follow. The staff all wore masks and the customers require masks inside but I think the place is too small to allow people to sit by the registers because you'll have some people sitting without their masks while others have theirs on. The second day it seemed we went at rush our and seemed like there were too many people there for comfort. So that's the only reason why I'm giving them 3 stars. I do plan on going again so I'm hoping they do more to keep their customers safe. Also going again once I try more of their drinks I know I'll be updating my score for them. read more

Great addition to Cooper City! Finally, a place that can satisfy your sweet tooth while not derailing your diet! First and foremost, this place is the definition of ADORABLE!!!! It's like walking into a dreamy little oasis. I have a picture of the umbrella light fixtures, they add such a special touch. After you get past how freaking cute this place is, then you are onto the service portion of your encounter! The people who own and run this place are total gems, offering great menu options, depending on what you are in the mood for. It seems ridiculous, but finding customer service that goes above and beyond is hard to come by this day and age. Well my friends, you don't need to look any further! As far as the food and drinks, they were all a delight! I had the fried banana milkshake, my daughter had the Wonder Woman, and we got a box of donuts to munch on with our drinks.
