Well let us both tell you Melanie -Mel, she is wonderful to us and from what we see to everyone who walks thru Jamba Juices door's. We also had a great friend Lupe that would go with us, unfortunately she passed away on November 21st from cancer. But Melanie is such a ray of sunshine when we walk in she makes us feel so special, she was so good with Lupe recommended drink's for Lupe cuz of her sickness... She asked us if we were satisfied with our drink and gave my sister and I advise about other drinks that can be substituted for vitamin, boosters, one scoop, two scoop drinks etc... Been here quite a few times and service is always slow. Staff should be more welcoming and nice. Jamba Juice should make it a standard for the cashiers to ask the customer if they want ice in their juice instead of telling them after we should tell the cashier next time. It does make the customer feel like it was hassle for the employee to just add ice to the juice/drink. What if it was our first time ordering and we didn't know? It is the employees job to satisfy the customer and I was not asking much. Employees really need to work on their attitude here. read more

I understand if the staff is new and may not make the orders as quick as they could. However, the problem I've seen with this location is the immaturity of the staff and the lack of professionalism. The young staff members don't take their job seriously. I've been to this location 4 times and 2 out of the 4 times the staff is chatting away with friends that stop by to talk and hold lengthy conversation. The first time I was here the customer ahead of me stopped by for a drink and worked there and held such a lengthy conversation with the cashier that I just left. The 2nd time the person making drinks was chatting it up with a customer/friend. This time the person making me my drink made the order wrong and then left my drink in the blender to chat with a friend who came by with her kid. I had to interrupt them and ask him if he was going to take my drink out of the blender. read more

Asked both girls at register ( dont know names, since no name badges were on) if they knew what was in a drink, since its part of the secret menu. The 1st girl said no, asked 2nd girl. Which said "We dont know that unless you give us the recipe" in a very not trying to be rude, but rude voice. Once again " I just asked if you knew what was in it" and she was like "oh" . I have never been to Jamba Juice where one of the employees were so rude. The young lady that works in the morning with the tatoos needs to find a new job ASAP. Greeted her good morning and didn't even acknowledge, asked her to make my drink thick and she wanted to charge me an extra dollar and asked her if I could have what was left over from my blended drink and she responded very rudely "No, you get what you pay for!" How long does it take to make a simple mango smoothie?! There are 4 girls working and yet it still manages to take them more than 10 minutes?! Like seriously? And to the girl that was off the clock just hanging around talking to the employees, that is not professional. You are distracting the workers from being efficient! I come here often for a breakfast smoothie. My go to is the Pumpkin Delight. It has almond milk in it and tastes quite delicious. They can be a bit expensive but when you compare it to something unhealthy like a McDonald's breakfast I guess this is better. read more

I waited in line for about 5 minutes, and then an additional 25 minutes for my drink. I don't know if they were understaffed or what, but people kept walking in and ordering, yet none of the drinks were getting finished. There were about 20 customers in the store, and I was there 20 minutes before they even completed ONE drink. I consider that pretty unacceptable. At about $7.30 for a "large" smoothie, I'd rather just go to the market buy fruit and make my own, the Caribbean passion wasn't even good. Out of control prices for a subpar product. read more

I usually get a chocolate mood and yesterday this guy in a black polo asked me if I've tried the PB chocolate love and it tastes so much better!! Went in to get a ginger shot because My friend was feeling sick and the worker Marrisa was so nice and friendly. Right away she made a fresh shot with lemon and gave me it right away.
