We were in the City of MontebelloI and I happened to be craving for some ice cream. I love coming to Yogurtland because it is a buffet, I love variety. I Love all kinds of different ice cream flavors, fruits, cookies, nuts, Walked in, it was very clean. We got greeted right away. We asked if we can have samples, the sample cups were given to us right away. As far as soft serve yogurt, this one is my favorite. My go to flavors are a mix of plain tart, coconut and either mango or any other tropical fruit. I keep it simple with the topping. I will usually get the popping boba and cheesecake bites. So good. Service is bland as you're serving yourself anyway. I don't like that the POS asks for a tip. We usually go to the YL on Beach in La Habra but stopped at this one last night. Very clean location, pretty standard YL. We get to the checkout and the tip screen gives 3 options 20%, 25% or 30%-- WTH?! The employee said "welcome" from behind the counter and then handed me lids and a bag to do it myself. What am I tipping this person for?! As a 20 year veteran of the service industry that busts my ass to give exceptional service this is such a joke. At the one in La Habra tip options are 10, 12 & 15% which I feel is way less of a turn off for the guest. read more

They were out of stock on one of the items and made a great effort to contact me and replace my item with something else. The person who called was super friendly and helpful. Lagged on posting this but I frequented this location pretty often and this is my go-to Yogurtland spot in the Whittier area! The place is usually clean and the staff is really awesome and really nice. And they had my favorite flavor, Rocket Pop!! I was so excited to see a yogurtland in this area. Heck I was excited when BlizzBerry opened (across the street). While BB isn't that bad, it's just no yogurtland. Friendly and quick service. The staff is usually upbeat and attentive. The store does need a little tlc, I did notice some napkins on the floor but overall still a clean environment. I tried the birthday cupcake flavor with fresh peaches and lychee fruit. Love it! read more

I HATE HATE HATE!!!!! This location! The yogurt its like whatever. But the service SUCKS they are rude every time! You ask them questions and they ignore you or say there is no more period. I was waiting for them to replace the fruit the girl switching them was taking her sweet time and i asked her very nicely if i could get some strawberries that she had on the bottom container and she ignored me and had me wait until she was done with the other fruits and then she placed a spook on every single fruit but the strawberries which she knew i was waiting for since i told her! And every time I tell an employee that I come at least once a week to try and have plain tart they have a sign up (seems like they never take it down) that they are out of plain tart. I was very disappointed my 3 year old granddaughter needed to use the bathroom and was denied. I was a paying customer I purchased 5 yogurts and spent $44 plus a tip. When I asked again was told they had cleaned it and I wouldn't have bothered but she is a toddler. Very disappointing especially there wasn't any empathy for her what so ever. Oh, thank God! I finally found something I really like at Yogurtland! Açai Froyo? I'm there! I grabbed a large container and loaded it up half way when it dawned on me that I forgot to employ the layering method Kristin F told me about! I was able to spread a layer of granola and then on came the next layer of Açai froyo. Finally, I topped it with more granola and then almond slices! I believe this is my favorite flavor at Yogurtland! I found their granola to be a tad on the sugary side, but enjoyed the crunchy texture that did not become soggy until the last bite. The employees here are super friendly and as soon as you walk through the store they are greeting you and offering you free samples !! The store is very clean and they have many different favors of frozen yogurt which sometimes makes it hard to choose a flavor !! Believe me it takes my kids a while !! When we finally make it to where they have the many toppings it is always clean and you can be sure to find everything from fresh fruits, cereals, nuts, sprinkles, gummy bears and the many syrups and yrs even honey !! If they are out of any toppings the girls are more than happy to go get what you are missing !! Came in to enjoy the promotion going on yogurtland was offering to its reward members. There was two employees working. A female serving the ice cream and a male working the register. First of all, there were several empty yogurt machines so you didn't get all the variety possible to choose from. Second, I simply asked how much my yogurt weighed and the male with a nice little attitude said, "I dont know." Okay yes, you may not know this off the top of your head but since you are the employee you can weigh it for me. I mean that is your job right? Thats what you applied to do. To work at a frozen yogurt shop and assist people with their purchase. Then whenever I asked a question to this employee he would answer with this face as if he was giving a snarky comeback to his mother. He was full of attitude and ruined this yogurtland for me. I would have love to have been given a receipt which of course wasn't offered. So young man working at 4:45pm on 1/23/20, please for the sake of the families that simply want to enjoy a treat put a smile on your face and fake your excitement for your job. I recently moved to Pico Rivera, from East L.A. Therefore, I only just discovered this place and boy do I love it! I've been here twice and I can already see myself going all the damn time! The actual place is located in a cool spot, with plenty of parking and visuals (the little plaza, the other stores around there). The inside is a bit small, but then again, who cares since I want to sit outside anyhow! The frozen yogurt tastes delicious!!!!!! Since I'm still a newbie, I haven't tried every single flavor, but so far Frosty vanilla, Strawberry, that Orange Tart one, and Tart are soooo good! The toppings are very good as well, I really dig the fresh fruits (kiwis and strawberries! mmm!). I think it's neat that they have a large variety to satisfy most. The pricing is great too! Love the Yogurtland in Pico-Rivera! Especially now that they have those "around the world" flavors! - The Bananas Foster is amazing! (the Tahitian vanilla and tiramisu were a bit boring - but not bad). The best part about this specific location is that they have the NSA Dark Chocolate Bits --- my absolute favorite topping (not many locations offer it). Really annoyed with this location. Literally the third time I've been here and never fails half the machines are down. They're always out of particular toppings, never have whip cream and the workers dont like cutting up anything. I live in Montebello and travel here to get yogurt. I would normally go to the one in Monterey Park in Atlantic Square but this location carries pistachio which the Monterey Park doesn't carry anymore. Mangers need to get it together. I'm still spending my money and should have the same toppings available to me regardless if I come in the daytime or in the evening. I used to frequent this location pretty often because of the closeness to my job and would always get plain tart. Recently, however the plain tart machine is ALWAYS either down or malfunctioning. I dont know why that machine specifically is always breaking down but come on! How can you run an effective business and keep your guests happy when not all flavors are available. This is my go to spot for Yogurtland and I don't think I'll be coming back anymore after my experience with Naomi on a Wednesday night around 10 pm. I was just grabbing my yogurt and nobody had come out until I was at condiments section. When she started talking to me, she did not have a smile on her face and talked extremely rudely. Robotic and like she hated working there (sounded like she had something against me) and I just felt extremely unwelcome with her attitude. I personally work customer service, and I have never given anyone attitude in the workplace because customers don't need to deal with employee attitude at all. The quality of yogurt and condiments here are usually good but sometimes the associates walk around with attitude and don't seem like they really care.
