A recent visit reaffirms my love of this location. Majesta is the young woman that was working 100% by herself when we stopped in on a Saturday morning. There were 4 or 5 people who ordered before us and then we placed our order and she knocked out 6 orders in record time all while perfectly coordinating each step for the various differences in orders. She was prepping blenders and working the oven/toaster thing, and then pouring drinks... it looked like a beautiful choreographed dance, it was so well managed. I haven't been in almost 3 years so a lot has changed on the menu. I was thankful to see that there is still a selection of freshly squeezed juice available. The young lady her name is Lillian she took my order and I was so proud of her because right after my order a man came in not wearing a mask and I can see the look of concern in her eyes. She quickly got the manager who came over and told the gentleman all customers are required to wear a mask. This customer also had a fire arm on his side, and should know is a class four felony to wear a mask and have a fire arm. I was so impressed with the manager and how he handled the situation he offered the gentleman to step outside with him and to take his order but the customer refused. Let's all do our part to mask up and respect business! This location newr the South Hill Mall was easy to access. Right off the East side of Meridian. My Wife and I wanted a light lunch so we went with a healthy option and went to Jamba! When we entered the store it was extremely clean, and look very nice! Everything organized and no messes! The flavors they have to choose from are absolutely wonderful. I like the location, the service is fast too and there is always parking available. There is chairs to seat outside and enjoy a chat and your drink. Flavors are great pricess are a little out there but hey thats with all organic/fresh stuff, pay extra on healthy fast food save on Dr visits lol I wish the kids size was a little bigger but you know I guess kids do sometimes waste. ;) Overall great service staff is always friendly and they have never gotten an order wrong. Unfortunately I had to get a drink remade I was in the Tacoma mall running errands and thought I grab a quick drink on my way home back to puyallup. I didn't notice my drink was not made correctly until after a couple sips already heading back home thankfully I was able to call the puyallup location and asked if they could remake my drink and the kind lady was nice enough to do that. I came in and told the lady up front I just called and she was happy to replace my beverage she was very concerned about how running the drink was and why it was the color was the way that it was.. Once the lady was done making my beverage she handed my drink to me and a gift card for the mishap. I have been coming to this Jamba Juice for years now and the service and drink quality has been consistent and on point. I have tried a bunch of things from the menu over the years and I have enjoyed all of them. But I do like to stick to my usual drinks which are simple orange, orange-carrot, orange-apple or anything with orange haha! Oh and I always get a wheatgrass shot here which always makes me feel clean. Everyone working here are well equipped and knowledgeable about the ingredients and procedure to make it. Always clean and always friendly (: I first started coming here when it opened! Not as frequently but did stop by once in awhile when it fist opened. Since the beginning, the interior has always been simple and clean cut. Their smoothies taste great as always! A couple of my favorites is the Green Tea Matcha Blast? I think that's what it's called. Another is Aloha Pineapple?! Think that is one of my recent favorites but omgah! taste so great! I have tried Banana Berry, not bad. The staff at this particular store are very helpful and friendly. I came in for some juice and other things for my vegan friends, and the staff even asked about the honey in my bowl (which I was super thankful for) it speaks fathoms about the care and pride they take in their products and getting people what they want/need. Every time I walk in this place to get the one thing I want, the chunky strawberry bowl I'm told, "oh we just ran out of bananas." What, Again OMG really! This is the first time I've had Jamba Juice at this location and I wouldn't say it was anything special but everything was as expected and my drink came out well with no complaints. I'm giving 4 stars because of the wait time. I came with my two year old daughter and we were actually in a rush to get home so I thought, Jamba Juice is probably perfect because we can be in and out in less than ten minutes. We actually waited 20 minutes for our drinks which was shocking because three people were working and only three people were waiting for the drinks. One lady actually came back in after finally receiving her drink and complained because something was wrong with her order. I guess I'm a little confused as to why the service is so slow. Our drinks did come out fine but for future reference, if you're coming here to get a drink quickly during a week day at a slow rush time, do not expect your drink to come quickly. read more

We get pretty good service at this location. The employees are pleasant, and it's very clean. I usually call in for a to-go order because they don't have the options for customizing the smoothie I need online. Most of the time I'm waiting no longer than 5 min for my order. A couple weeks ago though...I waited for about 25 min :( I arrived 3 min after calling in, but they didn't answer the first time I called, so I decided to try back while I was on my way there. No biggie. I went up to the register and told the gal that I had called in my order. She asked my name, rang me up (she had my order description in front of her), and then I paid. I then stood off to the side to wait. There were several other patrons, so I know it was a busy morning for them. The thing is, all of the other customers that came in and ordered after I paid were served quickly and before me. One of the employees had previously asked if I'd ordered yet. I told him I had and didn't think anything of it when he seemed satisfied with my response. After waiting another long while, I had to approach the same associate to let him know that everyone that came in after me had already received their orders. He looked around for my order and asked if I had paid. Ummm...yes. One of my smoothies had been sitting around, but they didn't complete my order for some reason. Anyway, they apologized and gave my son a medium smoothie rather than the small that we paid for to make up for the wait...which was nice. The only problem was that I was now late for my son's appointment. To be quite honest, I'll still frequent this location. One substandard visit won't detour me...it's not like the employees are rude. I'm a total Jamba freak! Coming from Southern California, we are big Jamba lovers. This one does not disappoint. The staff were so friendly, the inside was very clean and had more seats and tables than most Jambas usually have. My favorite smoothie is a Strawberries wild. I suggest ordering a white gummy bear or a sour patch kid smoothie. These won't be on the menu and are apart of the "secret menu" which you scan just google haha. NOW THEY HAVE KIDS MEALS!!! I had the best experience I've probably ever had at any Jamba Juice location before. I was running errands yesterday and figured I'd get some before going back home. I was pleasantly greeted by Arial and from the second that I walked in to the moment I left it was a very warming and welcoming feeling. Initially I was going to just get a drink for myself, but then when my friends texted me back to tell me what they wanted, I ordered two more drinks. Usually when someone changes or adds more to an order there is some unspoken abhorrence/annoyance with being "that" customer. I noticed it right off the bat that she was eager to assist me. The outstanding level of professionalism, personalism, and unequivocal customer service that Arial provided me with yesterday is why I will go out of my way to make this my new, and only, Jamba Juice location to go to. This has to be my least favorite experience with Jamba Juice I have had. I went in for a post workout smoothie around 8 o'clock. They were starting their cleaning so I made my order quick. The employee making my smoothie however, kept scratching her head and then touching my smoothie!! She was nice and all but that is absolutely disgusting.
