Very hot day and decided to have a treat. Unfortunately, the second we walked in to this place the music is being blasted so loud we cannot hear each other. No one was behind the counter for greeting. We got our cups and at least 4 of the flavors I went to first were out. We managed to find others we liked, filled our cups and then waited and waited until I finally had to call out loudly over the stupid music for someone to ring us up. This girl came out and was very pleasant. Maybe she was in the back trying to replace yogurts that were out. If this was the case, then maybe you should have at least 2 employees there at a time. PS. After writing my review, I read some of the others. Seems the manager apologizes a lot but some things never change. read more

Yogurtland on University in San Bernardino is ok. The employees are friendly and helpful. The yogurt is yummy and has a decent variety of flavors. The inside could definitely use a wipe down more often. Especially the toppings area it was a hot mess. This location is not as well maintained as other locations. read more

I don't often eat frozen yogurt but I drove by and it sounded good. I had the spicy watermelon mango. I enjoyed it. I don't know how much yogurt normally cost but this was only $.73/ounce, which seems fair to me. I noticed that on Wednesdays they have something called no weigh wrd. You get all you can eat for $9.00. I couldn't eat enough to make it worthwhile but it might work for you. They had a wide selection of flavors to choose from. This location stated they close at 10:000pm. Arrived to this location at 9:00pm and they had already cleaned, put chairs up and tables to the side. They also stop giving sample cups at 3:00pm. Payed for the 2 yogurts and declined a 20% tip. The worker said nothing and didn't provide spoons even though spoons and a lid is the only two things they actually provide...and they did have in stock. I just left. read more

The yogurt was fresh, the toppings were stacked, and the vibes? Immaculate. Everything was spotless, the machines worked like a dream, unlike McDonald's when I want ice cream. But the real cherry on top (pun intended)? The amazing girl working the counter. The kind of beautiful that makes you forget what flavor you came in for. Her smile? Dangerous. Her energy? I came in at 9pm and almost all of the cold toppings were taken away and almost all of the yogurt machines were turned the other way. The staff here is always very nice but seeing how dirty it was made the other guest and I very uncomfortable. I definitely would've spent a lot more than $5 if there were more cold toppings available. read more

I came here on a Wednesday and asked for a sample cup because like lots of people I may not know what flavor that I want , when I went up to the person working their they told me they could not give me one as they had a promotion where you fill your cup up to the top for 7 bucks and they were not allowed to give away sample cups , I proceeded to ask "how do I know what flavor that I want and if I don't like it do I get a refund" and she just responded with no you do not get a refund and I cannot give you a sample cup , so not only will I not know what flavor I want but if I picked one I didn't like I was not allowed a refund , this place needs to run their business better and afterwards when I checked out the cashier gave me attitude , not happy at all with this experience , I'll Take my business to an icecream shop that lets me sample a flavor before I buy since every other place does that except yogurt land apparently , they aren't going to loose money by letting people use a small sample cup for sampling a flavor read more

I asked her what her what flavor she would recommend and she said to try the temporary Knott's Berry Farm Boysenberry Pie. I sampled it and fell in love! This Yogurtland is located in the northern part of San Bernardino, relatively close to the 210 freeway. It's not a big location, but it's big enough to have a nice selection of seats. When I went, it was nice and clean. The lady who worked there had good customer service. My kids really liked the frozen yogurt there. They liked being able to try different samples before selecting flavors to commit to. This was a nice, simple, and affordable treat for my kids and me. read more

I walked in and an employee comes out from behind, I say "I thought you guys were closed" she replied " no, but we are planning on closing early tonight." Every single time I go, the first thing I always do is get napkins and wipe down the tables because it never fails that either you sit on melted yogurt or you leave and you end up finding out that there's yogurt stains all over your shirt. It's very frustrating when you're trying to pick out toppings and there's a whole bunch of toppings mixed!!! And it never fails that you step on something, or almost slipped from melted yogurt on the floor. They definitely drop the ball. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more
