I don't usually write yelp reviews but these girls are so sweet!!! walked in and they immediately greeted me and were super kind! I waited a minute because I guess my drink got taken by someone else but once they realized they rushed it out and gave me a cute lil gift card. As someone who works in the food industry I understand mistakes and wait times and never really mind but this is absolutely the way to handle it. For some reason this Jamba Juice always has friendly people working, I really like to stop in anytime I'm getting ready to walk Pacific Ave. Bright eyed and blueberry isnt on the menu anymore, its made with yogurt so I consider it healthier than anything with sorbet (but who knows! haha). We tried a couple different combinations and everything tasted fresh. The ability to mix bases was especially fun because you could make something completely different each time. Some of the reviews say that the employees were slow, but we didn't think so. Instead, the real inconvenience was the ordering kiosk. If you like açaí bowls but want something a little more creative than the standard version, Palmetto is definitely worth a stop.

And by that I mean you can order at three different windows which may or may not all be open depending upon the crowd size. There was only one window open today. This is manned by kids. High school kids it looks like. They are doing a relatively good job and are working so who can complain about that. You cannot go inside because there is no inside for customers. However after you order there are a few tables. If there was a large crowd it is first come first "sit". According to the information and signage... batches of the most popular ice creams are made daily right here. I ordered two scoops for $10... a Sea Salt Caramel and a Banana Chocolate Chip. Both were very good. Thick, creamy and went down easy :-). If you are in the neighborhood, I recommend this for a delicious stop! There is plenty of parking because it is located in a large shopping complex. Oh and by the way... if you are shorter than 40 inches you get a free ice cream cone! I tried my hardest but 5 feet 2 inches did not cut it. :)
