    Chocolate Banana Smoothie
    Erika V.

Wow, I was overjoyed by the service I experienced here! I was welcomed right away and decided to look at the menu. I saw a smoothie option with chocolate and peanut butter and another option with strawberry and banana. I asked if they would be able to make one with banana and chocolate and they happily obliged. It was ready very quickly and the girl even said, "Have a great day, Erika!" It definitely made me smile and made me enjoy the drink that much more. The smoothie was absolutely delicious.

I hadn't been here in quite awhile but was feeling very thirsty and craving a smoothie.I love their orange dream machine.I got the large and it went down good.Orange dream machine comes with orange juice, orange sherbet, soy milk, vanilla yogurt and crushed ice.. Very tasty

As good as fresh can be. I have been coming here ever since they closed their location inside Safeway. I like the different smoothies and juice blends. My favorite is the Strawberry surf rider. The fresh ingredients really makes it delicious. For smoothies this is such a healthy place. They are very filling. I mostly come here during the morning before work or if I'm just in the mood for a smoothie. I am hooked and I can't praise Jamba juice enough, I love this place - this one particular location has sensational customer service. Everyone that works here is so welcoming, cheerful and very fast. You won't have to worry about waiting long for your order. Even when t's busy I get my drink in a timely manner. Thank you I will continue to support this location.

I don't really go to Jamba Juice in San Francisco where I live. I've only been to Jamba Juice a handful of times ever. I thought it was so exciting and new in the 90s when my sister took me in San Diego, but now I don't really care for the chain. The brand is not stale, but it's boring. However, it's nice to get a smoothie here every once in a while because they are good...except you are warned about how much SUGAR is in smoothies. I got the strawberry surfer today and it was a nice treat to end my day at the beach in Santa Cruz with David K.

Best Jamba Juice I have ever been to hands down. The workers are super accommodating and friendly. They use different cups than regular places, eco friendly/ biodegradable. Super cool, the outdoor seating is well kept and very pleased with my drinks quality.

great Pomegranate Bowl. Great place for an Acai too. The service is friendly too. You can add goji berries too.

The smoothies are really good, but this parfait (with peanut butter, granola, & banana slices) was awesome!

I doubt that there's much difference from one Jamba Juice to another, though I noticed that the downtown Monterey one sometimes has a limited number of "special" drinks that are cheaper than the regular price. I enjoyed my super antioxidant smoothie (mostly berries of various kinds, I guess) with a protein boost (always tastes a bit chalky), and gf's parfait that I tasted was delicious [peanut butter, granola, sliced banana, yogurt(?)]--why don't *I* ever think of ordering anything other than a fruit smoothie? Call me jealous.

You can't reuse your plastic cup and they don't recycle their bags of plastic cups people throw out.

They serve also acai bowls and some other food, but today my friend and I wanted to try a coffee or a potion drink. My friend got the matcha. She said it was a bit strong, but she asked for it less sweet so maybe that is why it tasted a little bitter. I had the dandelion latte which was supposed to be good for the stomach. It had a slightly sweet flavor but not too sweet because I asked for it less sweet. It was actually very very good. They were served in rustic bowls like a potion. The atmosphere has the mystical alchemy theme throughout with couches, separate rooms and cool hammock chair swings to sit in. Very cool vibe. If in the area again, I will definitely be back to try something else and for that dandelion latte.

The worker was super friendly and helpful when we asked questions. The inside is also such a cool vibe, with hammocks hung up and multiple cozy hang out spots. I would definitely check this spot out when you are in Santa Cruz!

My husband got the It's Burrito and it was awesome, super fresh and loaded for the price point. My shock, however, and outstanding rating comes from their vegetarian options. In my hometown, I'm used to settling for the beans and potatoes, however they have a world of tofu and meat substitute options here. I got the Soyrizo Burrito, and it was amazing... Will have me coming back to Santa Cruz. Portions were awesome. My husband upgraded to the large size and it was enough for two meals. Burritos seem to be their specialty but they also offer other breakfast options such as pancakes and french toast. They also serve fries and burgers and fish and chips and such for lunch! They double as a market and have an awesome selection of drinks and medications you may need being from out of town. My one complaint is that it is cash only. They have an ATM on site, but it would be amazing if they could take card in any capacity. Overall, didn't diminish the overall experience and rating.
