Picnic tables overlooking the waters of Santa Cruz. Long wait and limited seating. The dillas are nice and crisp.

A great breakfast burrito for only 11 bucks! The portion js great! The chorizo definitely had a little zing to it! The potatoes were great and its just a terrific deal. As its so popular, expect some sort of line. But the service is quick and it moves fast. There is no water station except for a water fountain next to the public bathroom but there is a lot of outdoor seating if thats your vibe!

We passed this on our walking tour of Santa Cruz. They offer refreshments and fun eats along with some sophisticated items also. We grabbed a couple of drinks, but I would definitely come back for to try the food. Please come and create your own adventure.

Great lunch spot while out in Santa Cruz! Came here on a Sunday around 11:30 am waited 30 min to order. I've had this spot bookmarked for awhile but I haven't been to Santa Cruz in a few years so never got around to trying it. Their fish tacos are yummy and fresh and the poke bowl is a nice snack! One thing to note, the poke bowl is very small, maybe the size of a shave ice bowl but the fish is super fresh and the marinade they use is nice. Got the daily muffins - mixed berry and also tried their raised glaze donut. Outdoor seating, dog friendly, and service is quick once you order.

Enjoyed the breakfast burrito while watching some surfers in the morning and order the apple cinnamon loaf slice and the blueberry lemon muffin to go. The breakfast burrito is great if you like chorizo, which I do. I did need some sauce (I did chipotle, my partner did hot sauce) to carry the burrito. Maybe because the cheese was very sharp and kind of took away the flavor of the rest of the ingredients. The apple cinnamon loaf slice was not warm and honestly needed to be. We could not taste sweetness of the apple and cinnamon either so it was underwhelming. The blueberry lemon muffin was amazing fresh! The muffin top was the best part. I did save the bottom half for the next day and the typical blueberry sourness didn't carry through, which was surprising. There are benches to eat at there, but in the morning it was very sweet so that's why we ate the burritos elsewhere.

On a bright Thursday afternoon, my partner and I had just arrived to Santa Cruz and were looking for some food as we checked out the beach. I found Steamer Lane Supply on google and with such good reviews, I had to try it out. However, I am a bit disappointed. We ordered the Breakadilla and the Rock Fish Tacos. Firstly, the vibe of this place is fun. With picnic tables(they have cleaning spray and towels for each table) and some natural shade in front, there is plenty of eating space. The ordering system of one party inside at a time was neat, but a little slow as well. However, the food itself is what was really disappointing. The breakadilla had a ton of cabbage inside, which when cooked releases so much water. The potatoes inside were also just soft, so the entire inside was just complete mush with only a little flavor. It definitely could've used some more salsa and I would not use the cabbage, but at least the tortilla was crispy. Next the fish tacos were decent but don't really stand out. Fish was a bit overcooked and the flavor was solid. Overall, it's a neat place, but I wouldn't go back for the food.

Great lunch stop after a walk along West Cliff. I stopped by Steamer Lane Supply in Santa Cruz and had a really satisfying meal. The carnitas taco was the standout--tender, flavorful pork with a nice balance of richness and seasoning, wrapped in a fresh tortilla. I also tried the pozole verde, which was comforting and full of flavor, with a bright tomatillo-based broth that felt hearty without being heavy. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

So delicious. Located in a primo spot across from the lighthouse this walk up and order place has been excel many times. Very confident. I've had many different items the burgers, the 'Dillas the bowls the drinks. Never disappointed. Fresh and unique flavors.

This is a very nice food stand! Very convenient spot to go to for people who are hungry and thirsty after a long stay in the state beach. They also have an outdoor area where people can dine. This place has all sorts of foods. They have these things calls Dillas, which is like smashed burrito or a quesadilla and burrito mash-up. So I decided to try one of them and have to say...it's very good! Kinda hoping that they will slice mines into pieces haha. But it's a burrito at the same. So it wouldn't really make sense if they do lol I also like how the staff is only letting certain people come in to order depending on the party size. It could be because it's very small inside and things can be crowded if people try to come in and especially come out. Again, very good spot if people want a craving after a long stay here!

I've had this spot bookmarked since forever and finally went the other day after taking our dog to It's Beach. This is the perfect spot to head after the beach since there are both bathrooms and wash off stations right behind it, and plenty of picnic tables to sit outside and enjoy the view. (no indoor seating, bring layers!) Plenty of food options for a small shop/shack with sandwiches, quesadillas, and bowls. Lots of quesadilla options, I'll need to try the breakfast quesadilla next time, but my husband just raaaavvved about the chicken quesadilla which looked super juicy with shredded chicken, and a well-crisped tortilla. Oh what did I think about it? No one saved me a bite it was so popular! I had the salmon poke bowl- which was fine... except the rice it came with was a bit dry, and the poke portion was pretty small, so if you get this, I'd get something else as well and I normally have a smaller than average appetite I liked the fish tacos and felt like they had a good amount of textures/toppings, but my husband felt like it needed more flavor. Anyway, happy we finally stopped by and will come back again after our next beach outing!

Quick trip to Santa Cruz and had to stop at one of our faves. The breakfast sandwich is our fave and we add bacon. While you wait you have a perfect spot to get some much needed Vitamin Sea and just take in the beautiful view. recommend as we've had quite a few of the menu items and they've all tasted delicious. Once you place your order they will either provide a little buzzer or simply call out your name. Pick-up is super simple and ample seating.

After a beautiful trail hike along the Santa Cruz coast, we needed a much-needed lunch stop, and a friend recommended Steamers Supply. There was a line when we arrived, but it moved quickly. The space is small with only outdoor seating, but the weather was perfect, so it worked out great. I really appreciated how many gluten-free options they offered. I decided to try a variety of tacos -- the Carnitas, the Fish, and the Breakfast taco -- along with a Fresca beverage and two gluten-free cookies. You can definitely tell they make their own corn tortillas, which made the tacos taste fresh. The Breakfast taco was my favorite by far -- so flavorful. The fish taco was good but could've used a little more seasoning, and the Carnitas taco was just okay. The gluten-free cookies were surprisingly good and tasted pretty fresh. Overall, it's a great little spot to grab something quick, especially if you're already out walking along the coast. I'd definitely stop by again for a casual, fresh lunch.

Very good location, which makes it an ideal spot to grab something to eat while in the area. Since I was hungry, I was excited to grab something to eat. They have a lot of outdoor seating available and it was pretty busy with a line out the door. I ordered the Break-A-Dilla but I think the cashier misheard me and put in the Breakfast Burrito instead. I didn't realize this until after I paid, so I didn't want to cause any hassle. I took a few bites of the Breakfast Burrito and didn't enjoy it as much as I expected. Each consecutive bite tasted more and more bland. This was disappointing since I usually love breakfast burritos, so unfortunately, this place was a miss for me.

    Break-a-Dilla' and Breakfast Burrito cheers

I can't tell by your menu if any of your selections are gluten-free. Could you please advise?

Yes. Lots of things. All the tacos, all of the bowls, many of our specials (kimchi rice, chilaquiles) and we can do our quesadilla menu as a bowl with corn tortillas on the side. SO basically everything except the sandwiches. :)

Coffee, Ocean Views & a Mini-Retreat for the Soul…read more I've been to A LOT of places for coffee, and I'll just say it: I'm a coffee snob. So when I say the coffee here is awesome, I mean it! What makes this place special isn't just the coffee--it's the entire experience. Operated by the Catholic Church, this peaceful coffee establishment has a beautiful prayer garden where you can stroll, reflect, and maybe even get your thoughts straight before your second cup. My bride and I spent FOUR HOURS here reading, journaling, talking, and enjoying the serenity. And yes, we were still happily married when we left! The view of the Pacific Ocean is spectacular. You can walk across the street, sit on a bench, and simply listen to the waves. There's also a spacious patio, clean restrooms, friendly and polite staff, and an atmosphere that seems to say, "Slow down...you're allowed to breathe." This isn't just a place to grab a cup of coffee. It's a place to grab a cup of coffee, grab your thoughts, grab your bride, and grab a little peace for your soul. As a Yelp Elite reviewer--and someone who takes coffee VERY seriously--this place gets my enthusiastic recommendation. Great coffee. Great people. Great atmosphere. Incredible view. And a prayer garden thrown in for good measure. Sometimes you don't need a vacation. You just need four hours, two cups of coffee, the Pacific Ocean, and someone you love sitting across the table. #YelpElite #CoffeeSnob #CoffeeLovers #PacificOcean #CoffeeAndViews #PrayerGarden #MiniRetreat #DateDay #GreatCoffee #HiddenGem #CoffeeWithAView #SoulRefreshment

I was looking for something heavier than a pastry and found out they had breakfast sandwiches and their own bagels! Score!! To my surprise, they also had specialty drinks so I had to get the Blondie latte with a plant-based milk. I asked the lady if it was sweet and she said it came with a tablespoon of brown sugar. But they could switch it and make it a teaspoon instead. Perfect! As I got my latte it was amazing!! The espresso used in the latte was actually a mild roast coffee so I really liked the flavor of it roast and it was Organic!! Win-win!! Since I'm trying to avoid dairy at the moment, I asked if I could get the lox bagel sandwich without cream cheese and replace it with avocado. The lady at the register asked another barista behind her and she said it was fine! Perfect!! You also get to pick out what type of bagel you want, so I wanted to try something different and got the sun-dried tomato and basil or something like that! The sweet flavors of the herbs in the bagel and then the juiciness of the tomato baked into the bread once simply wonderfully with my breakfast sandwich!! There's a cute little waiting area inside with at least 10 tables or seats along the breakfast bar counter and a couple of tables. There's also a very large outdoor seating area, but I was cold so I wanted to sit inside to warm up my body since I was going to go to yoga on the beach. I had only planned on eating half the bagel sandwich but honestly, it was so good when it came out. I sat there for a good 20 minutes until I ate the whole thing!! Lol so funny!! I was so stuffed I had to walk an extra mile before I could start my yoga on the beach! As I sat enjoying my breakfast sandwich, I got to overhear the two barista's talk about music!! One of the baristas allowed her device to search new genres of music while the other barista specifically looked up different genres of music she liked and then would tell her device to find music of that era. So interesting to hear their discussion!! I honestly loved everything about this quaint little coffee shop, and I will definitely be back again and again!!
