I know this comes across a bit Karen, but we need to teach young employees of businesses like this how to handle busy days, when equipment breaks, etc. Nothing was communicated to any of us sitting in the shop. I feel bad for the employees when something like this happens - I have worked food service so I understand. But communicating goes a long way, and there was none here.

I tried to explain it because I'd eaten it a lot when I lived in California briefly- she's pretty open minded so she agreed to go in and check it out. The employees here were the absolute sweetest and prepared a little sample to let her try a bit of both before she committed. She ended up ordering a mixed fruit cup including watermelon, mango, and cucumber and chose the tajin. She loved it! This place is very spacious and clean looking. There's also pretty close to an entrance of the mall- right under the food court- so it's really convenient, even if you don't want to go into the mall at all!
