I was one of the first customer in line when the store opened at 7:30 AM, and there were quite a few customers behind me after that. My order was placed at 7:44 AM, and I received my coffee and croissant fairly quickly. However, I was still waiting on the 4 cinnamon rolls I had ordered. Around 20 minutes later, I went up to the counter to check on my order. I was reassured that my cinnamon rolls were being made and told that it usually takes about 30 minutes, so I continued waiting. As more time passed, I noticed customers who ordered both before and after me receiving their orders while I was still waiting. At that point, I started to feel like my order may have been missed. I checked a second time and explained that I felt like my order may have been missed. The gentleman who helped me was much kinder than the first person I spoke with and was apologetic, which I appreciated. Finally, another employee, who I believe was the owner's husband, asked to see my receipt and discovered that my order had been misplaced. I received my cinnamon rolls around 8:30 AM. While I understand that popular items can take time, it was frustrating to find out that my order had actually been misplaced after I had already asked about it twice. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate the owner's husband for being honest about what happened and the gentleman for taking the time to help. I love supporting local businesses and hope this doesn't happen to another customer.

The people working there were sweet and accommodating they did have a mix up with my order, but when something was said they were able to fix right away. I felt bad as they were already closed for the day but Jason and Robyn didn't hesitate to unlock the doors and allow me to buy a bag of my favorite beans "Chiapas" even when the cash register is already turned off. As always the beans were freshly roasted. The shop features ample seating if you elect to dine in.
