I love Jamba juice!! From the brightly painted walls and bright lighting to the cheerful staff. I love the fresh smell of fruit that hits you when you enter through the door. How could this place not make you feel good and happy. They have many options that are healthy and ones that taste delicious but do pack on the calories so if you're trying to be healthy be aware. Just because it has fruit doesn't mean the other ingredients arent packed with sugar and calories. This Jama Juice is located in the same lot as the Fred Meyers and Kohls, its nestled in the far back corner and can be easy to miss. I have been coming here for years with my family and friends. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable about their product. We are always greeted quickly upon entering and they always have several workers ready to help us. The drinks are a bit on the pricey side, but I haven't had anything here that I did not like. The drinks are fresh tasting and very fruity. Even when it is very busy the workers are efficient and usually does not take long for us to get our orders. This is one of my favorite drink places. read more

Today was one of many visits to this Jamba location. I have been a loyalty member of Jamba for quite a few years. This visit was the only one that prompted a review, as most visits are just mediocre. However, I really hope corporate reads this! I truly wanted to give this place 5 stars after today's visit. I give 5,000,000 stars to MAEGAN who was working the counter this afternoon (6/1/2017) If she's not a manager, SHE SHOULD BE!!! She is a PERFECT example of what stellar customer service looks and acts like. Absolutely lovely young lady, great big smile, happy demeanor and attentive to customers. She was qyick, HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE when I needed help picking a drink that was sweet but had veggies for my toddler. When I nervously answered, SHE caught it and told me if he didn't like it, to please bring it back and she'll be happy to replace it with anything else he may like. LOVE THAT! THANK YOU! I can't say enough wonderful things about her and the wonderful way she handled the rush of customers on this sunny day. However, 1 whole star got deducted thanks to the pissy attitude of the girl "in training" CRISTINA. Just because your in training , doesn't mean you need to be COLD to customers and shoot daggers. Holy hell, I've never seen someone look so damn ANGRY before. I tried telling her I'd be back for my drink she was currently making so I could give my son his drink. I stopped in to the Jamba Juice in Wood Village to get a smoothie while doing an errand in east county. It's "Top 5 Tuesday" today so I knew there would be sale prices for their top 5 most popular flavors. I got a large Strawberries Wild for only $5.00. This Jamba Juice location is very nice, with a large outdoor patio seating area, several tables with patio umbrellas. . .and it has a nice spot right on the corner of the shopping complex they're located in. I agree with most of the other posts with one reservation. Service is prompt. The staff is friendly. And their stock smoothies are good also if we're in a sugar mood. But.......... Still, I rarely take my family there because the staff is hesitant to make or help us pick out fruit smoothies if we won't let them include sugar laden yogurt and sherbet. When we ask for help picking out a sugar free fruit blend, they spend too much time trying to convince us that fruit sugar is the same as all other processed sugars or sugar substitutes, or some other sales effort, trying to talk us into adding sugar. So they don't pick up the clue when we say that we don't want sugar laden yogurt or sherbet, and would prefer something like banana added. I suppose they think that the sweet sherbet and yogurt will keep us coming back, but it drives us away. Jamba could be a truly healthy option if they valued their unique niche market and unique inventory of fruits. But their corner location here and at most other sites, contains a Starbucks (Frappuccinos), a Carls Jr. (Milk Shakes), and other decadent options. So if we're in a real rich and sugary mood, we go to one of them for the best in unhealthy treats. Jamba can't compete there and should not try to, but they do. When we're in a healthy mood, we often still opt for Starbucks or Carls just so as to avoid the drama and hassle of trying to get Jamba to help up us put together a no-added sugar fruit option. read more
