Went here to get some smoothies because it's the only thing I could drink or eat. I wasn't feeling well and as I staggered into Jamba, I was greeted by friendly, patient staff that didn't rush me to place an order. I took my time looking at the menu and placed my order. I normally hate when people try to upsell me, but this day I wasn't. The staff person asked me if I wanted a boost and I decided I needed some protein too. I sat down and waited for my smoothie. The wait wasn't long. Jamba was clean. I went back later in the day and got two more smoothies. The service was even better. I was greeted by a very happy and friendly gentleman. The only reason I even went to JJ was because I had gift cards. I already knew their website and app are awful. How can you have one price on the menu but when it's in your cart it's twice as much? So that's the first issue. I was coming back from donating blood so was closer to this area and decided to come to this one. The site issues aren't store specific because it's part of why I hadn't used them before. I just wanted a couple things but because of that we couldn't just order and pick up. I was not feeling up to going inside which was a bigger problem so now I had to send my man in to do this. He placed the order and was able to use the gift cards so now I don't have to go there again. Two oatmeals and mozz bites, not a difficult order, but they gave him the wrong oatmeal. He was over it so he just left. He didn't want to keep me waiting while they made another oatmeal because it's not like we wanted a third even if it would be free. He actually likes the flavor of any of them so it wasn't like it was some terrible inexcusable thing. And he said the staff was really nice and totally happy to do it. Mozz bites were even smaller than expected so definitely not worth the price. Jamba Juice is a great place for tasty smoothies, bowls, juice, and snacks! The best part is everything can be customized to whatever fruit or add-on you want. The employees here are super nice and welcoming. I got the acai super-antioxidant smoothie and my boyfriend ordered strawberry smoothie. Both tasted great and refreshing to me! The drinks weren't made well at allllll. But the service was absolutely awful. We waited for around for 45 minutes while they served drinks to countless other customers who were behind us in line. Upon each time asking where the drinks were they responded with intense confusion, and after we finally tried to grab our last drink from the counter-- we were treated like we were stealing it. "That's not yours!" "Uh, yes it is. We've been here almost an hour..." She didn't even know what drink it was, and proceeded to SNIFF it to see if we were thieves or (rightfully) pissed off customers. Had a very good experience today with the girl Ashley, she seems to be very young but she is the nicest there and very attentive; my previous visit was a bad one since the cashier was almost yelling at me can I get a name! I go to Jamba Juice once in a while, and my favorite item there is a Strawberries Wild classic smoothie. Occasionally, I will get its "non-dairy version" which is basically the same thing without the frozen yogurt. . .it has a similar name, Strawberry Whirl. I went to the Jamba Juice location at Gateway today and ordered the non-dairy Strawberry Whirl. So, I found out that, since today is Tuesday, apparently there's a "Top 5 Tuesday" sale price for the regular Strawberries Wild version, and the girl at the counter asked if I'd rather have that instead, and therefore get a sale price for it. Well, it was a hot day today, and I had just come in from the heat and was momentarily "unable to grasp" the concept of changing my order to get a discount. No worries though, the girl at the counter said she would just charge me the sale price for a Strawberries Wild. . .and since she was making it herself, she would just make it without the frozen yogurt. The store employee handed me a key attached to something shaped like a cow bell; 1/4 the size and twice as loud. I thought, cool! Now I can sound like a cow walking to and from the bathroom AND touch this disgusting, germy attachment!
