I was told "no, he's all we have" by the customer service/office manager. I informed her it was nothing personal but that someone else might have a better solution. Her rude response was, "We don't even normally do this kind of work ". And, I replied, "Well you sure didn't have any problems charging me $325". I asked to please have Josh call me and left.
