The staff is very nice. Claudia had me fill out my forms. When I was taken into the room, the assistant was nice as well. Dr. Koshkerian explained that I needed a deep cleaning and 3 fillings done. I had to wait 3 months to be seen, so that was why I gave 4 stars. Today I was in and the doctor showed me my fillings and how they were worn and needed replacement. I love the modern technology that they have in this office. He had to numb me and he was very gentle. He did the left side and one filling today. I was very pleased with his caring and kindness. I will be back to have the second treatment done in 7 weeks. They do have a waiting list, so I asked to be placed on that. I'm very happy that I found a kind dentist who listens to your concerns and is gentle!

It caused me TWO YEARS of unnecessary sinus infections and headaches. It wasn't until an x-ray at an ER by an experienced doctor caught the problem. The only reason I did not sue was because a lawyer advised me not to spend my money and move on to another practice. It has been 5 years since my experience here and I still have nightmares!

When the dentist came in, he had no courtesy, didn't apologize for the wait just came in, looked at my x-rays & took all of two minutes in the room and said that there was nothing that they can do for me that day and I had to get referred. I got referred had a root canal done, but I had to go back to that dentist office to get my crown. I called today to schedule and I explained what I needed done told them what happened. Booked an appointment got my appointment confirmed, requested the time off to come in for that appointment that was confirmed got it approved from my boss and everything was sent in place. Couple hours later I get a call saying that they need to cancel that appointment because That is not the right appointment slot and they don't have a specialist to see me that day so I need to get pushed back another week or two. When I called back to resceduale the person who made my appointment, answered the phone as well and explained that it needed to be canceled. I explained that I was frustrated. She put me on hold then somebody else answered the phone and said I apologize, but my coworker didn't know what you needed to be done and that's why we're calling to reschedule the appointment. I I explained that she did know because I told her what I needed done and what happened then she says "I did have a word with her and I gave her some feedback" which can't be true because she had just told me that it wasn't her fault because she didn't know. This place has no regard for people's time and doesn't know anything about how to treat a customer. In the end, I didn't reschedule to get my crown with them. I'd rather go somewhere else.

NIGHTMARE Not professional at all. I went there for an assessment of a bridge cement which I…read morecompletely understand was broken badly, and the only solution was to put an implant, although as it was my birthday I needed a temporary solution they said come tomorrow we will do a cement 500 bucks it might last a few months maybe couple of years I arrived was numbed I asked for NO epinephrine anesthetics and after literally begging them they said ok. Because I get heart palpitations. They don't care. After being pinched and numbed the doctor said no we can't cement it, there is not enough structure to hold it. I responded I knew that but you said you can do it. Then they said we will cement it but it will now 900 hundred, out of desperation I said ok. Doctor Yamane got in and said it might not last? Maybe just a few days I even accepted it but....he wanted to work without my permission anesthesia with epinephrine when I clearly said NO so after that he did not want to do the job. His assistant was blaming me, when they literally wasted my time. They had me 3 days going without a clear understanding of how to do a good jib? Finally they said that they were hungry and the doctor has to go because he has a heart problem. A NIGHTMARE
