    Greek calzone with marinara sauce

Stopped in while traveling and was welcomed like family by the staff and even other customers. The Greek calzone is fire, and their cannoli is the perfect dessert for after Thanks again for the wonderful food and conversation!

I have been here many times. The people are pleasant. The pizza is healthy and with many choices of home grown herbs.

Canadian bacon, sausage and mushroom pizza!

What a little gem! Traveling through Columbus for business and looking for a nice lunch. This place didn't have a lot of reviews but what reviews they had were great reviews. We originally planned to do the lunch special or two slices of pizza and a drink for $6!!! What a steal! They had pre-made pizza slices in sausage or pepperoni. Then we watched them carry out three 10" pizzas and we changed our minds!!! We order two personal 10" pizzas to each our liking. I had sausage, pepperoni and green olives, my boss ordered Canadian bacon, sausage and mushroom both in the New York style. They do offer an old world style as well. We both loved our pizzas! You can tell they take a lot of pride in their business. They use fresh ingredients, homemade sauce, plenty of toppings and a wonderful chewy pizza crust. Note they were gracious enough to share their WiFi password. Definitely recommend this place!

Chicken bacon ranch pizza and bosco sticks w/marinara
    Clare O.

My family has raved about this place since they opened about a year ago! This was my first taste of the place, and the pizza was really good! We got the chicken bacon ranch pizza, which I expect to be overwhelmingly rich or greasy, but it wasn't at all. It comes with giant pieces of chicken and bacon, and the ranch is just enough so that it added to the flavor and wasn't too much. I also like a thinner pizza, and this was just perfect. The only thing I didn't care for and wouldn't order again are the bosco sticks. They didn't have much cheese in them and were pretty tasteless. Also of note- if you are looking to order online, there is a glitch on their website where your only option of placing an order is for "right now", so if you are looking to place an order for a different time, make sure you call to place it. Would recommend for good, local pizza! *Mom told me to edit this to include they are consistently delicious!

    The Goodfella is a classic

Great Pizza! The Goodfella is my go to pizza and never disappoints. Sauce is fresh and not over seasoned or bitter. Toppings are generous and they do slices at lunch.

    The master chef, Jeff.

Why do you not deliver to a location that is less than a mile away?

I'm originally from the Milwaukee area. They do know how to make pizza there. Then you move out of Milwaukee, to a small city in the country. People tell you where the great restaurants are. I'm really not sure what they are comparing their choices to. So we ordered a pizza, from the place that everyone raved about in town by us. It smelled really good, started to eat it, I would have rather ate the cardboard box that it came in. The crust was disgusting! The sauce had no flavor, neither did the Italian sausage. That was the first & last place we tried pizza in this area. Back to "Thee Upper Crust Pizzeria", Pardeeville, WI. I cannot Bragg enough about their Pizza. It's the best I have ever tasted! The smell when you walked in made me want to try everything on the menu! Then the pizza! We like thin crust. It was Amazing! The sauce was the best I ever tasted! Just the right amount of spices and the flavor was incredible! Italian sausage, was perfect! They actually use the cheese from our small city. That is really good cheese. Just everything that we have tried there, has been amazing! I have to admit though, I cannot go there & not order their pizza! Anything else we have wanted to try, we take it to go. They package up everything very well. The service is very fast, waiters & waitresses are very polite. We have even had the owner stop by our table to make sure everything was great, & asked if there was anything that he could get for us. Very pleasant people. We actually go there quite often, the food is just that good. From our home, to "thee Upper Crust Pizzeria" takes us 1hour & 38 minutes. That is one way! So it's a drive, but so worth the trip! They do not let you give more than a 5 star rating here, which sucks! This place should have double the stars! And, now I want their pizza...

Added the fries, but not my favorite. Looks like they use soy oil. We did not care for the baked ziti. Meat sauce had lots of spicy ground sausage. Too spicy for me. Don't care for their red sauce either. And pasta noodles were over cooked. Would definitely get the beef sandwich again. Nice size portion.

We were greeted with a bunch of happiness. The people running the bar at the time we arrived, were so welcoming and hilarious. I love the cook's sense of humor, as well as anyone else that showed up after we arrived into this establishment. It definitely had a hometown feel vibe. My husband ordered the Ultimate Bloody Mary. It was ultimate, with a grilled cheese sandwich, pickles, onion rings, pearled onions, shrimp, olives, banana pepper, olives, sausage and cheese. That was huge, and a meal within itself. I just ordered a regular Bloody Mary. I knew we were there to have a hamburger. I have to say, that it was a food in a glass, so I did partake in half of the grilled cheese. We ordered our single burgers after a while, but forgot to mention how we wanted them cooked. We like them medium rare, but they turned out just below that and good. My husband estimated them at a half pound burger. It looks like an unassuming burger, and nothing fancy, but a decent, bar burger. We would have ordered extras, such as fries, etc., but that Bloody Mary extras filled us up. We will go back and visit this establishment, if we wander into Columbus, Wisconsin again. It's a nice friendly place to have a decent priced meal. I would give the staff a five star review.

But from the moment we sat down, it was all uphill from there. The Italian wedding soup was excellent, rich, flavorful, and clearly homemade. The pizza was decent, nothing extraordinary but solid with plenty of cheese. We also ordered the lasagna, the spicy chicken dish, and spaghetti and meatballs. The standout was the spicy chicken: the "spicy red sauce" turned out to be more of a creamy, spicy blend, and it was fantastic. Everything came out piping hot, which I really appreciated. They also bring out warm rolls, and those were surprisingly tasty, soft, fresh, and perfect for dipping. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Despite the rough first impression, it turned out to be one of the best restaurants in the area.

Our friends from Chicago were staying at an Airbnb in Sun Prairie, so we made the trek from the west side of Madison to meet up with them. They had called ahead of time, and even though they don't take reservations for groups that large, the staff said that they would make a note of it and have a spot ready to go for us. Between our 3 families, we had many young kids in tow, so I was apprehensive about a long wait. The minute we walked in, however, we told them our name, and they immediately led us to a large table in the back room where we were quickly set up! The vibe of the place is really fun, with exposed brick walls and fun art. One of the coolest things was for the kids - instead of crayons, the menu comes with Wikki Sticks. These kept the kids occupied the entire time! Absolutely genius. Despite our large table, our waitress had no trouble efficiently taking orders and getting us our drinks. I was shocked by how quickly our food came out - everyone was digging into their meals 25-30 minutes after we had arrived at the restaurant! The service was absolutely top notch, and the pizza was phenomenal. I ordered the tomato pie, and it was everything I was hoping for - gobs of delicious homemade red sauce, plenty of cheese, and fresh basil. I love that they put tomatoes in it to give it extra veggies and the overall flavor is salty yet balanced. We got the Mau wowi, maple bacon, and Mac and cheese pizzas. I immediately requested a refund and went inside to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing as the order. I asked why no one had called to let me know they were out of the sauce before preparing my order, and the manager simply replied, "Yeah, someone should have called you," handed me my refund receipt, and that was the end of the conversation.
