Jammers replaced my Honda Civic front bumper and windshield (third party vendor) in December. I gave it a few weeks to see how everything held up and I'm happy to report that they did a great job, the repair has held up perfectly, and the vendor that handled the windshield also did a great job. They detailed the car when they were done and even touched up a few spots in other areas. They were polite, professional and did a full quote after meeting in person. I admit I didn't want to make the initial trip, but it gave them the opportunity to offer a "real" quote, instead of an estimate that could have increased later. I interacted with three different people there, and everyone was great. They also helped coordinate my rental vehicle. What amazing people - thank you Al and Ron for taking care of us. Happened to rent a car and went to return it and they said that the bumper had been hit. My previous visit was exceptional (years ago). However, as a returning customer, I have to admit that the service has declined severely. I picked up my car today from a repair due to an accident. My paint on my hood is literally worse than how I left the car 2 months ago. I brought it to Ryan's attention. Also, I drove off the lot at within 1 minute, I was hearing the same noises due to the damage. Ryan and Al admitted no one completed a diagnostic for damages other than cosmetic. (Wow) He also admitted no one test drove the car to check for any other issues. The communication was not transparent and I had to bring this to Ryan's attention. Ryan is very good at apologizing, but I'd rather the work be done thoroughly. I know they heard the sound pulling the car around. I literally heard it immediately as I drove off. Disappointed and now have to see if the insurance will approve additional repairs due to their negligence. read more

Jammer's was great! They worked directly with my insurance to save me the hassle and the repairs they made on my RAV4 were perfect! Only complaint is that my headliner near my driver side sun visor had some black grease fingerprints on it that I haven't been able to get out yet, but accidents happen. read more

I can't recommend this place highly enough. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine in the industry and now I know why. I elected to move my car from another shop (Penske Collision) after it was already torn down and considered repairable by insurance. I discussed my preference with Ron that if at all possible, I would prefer that the car be totaled rather than repaired. Last fall, I was referred to the team at Jammer's by Eric at Eurocarwerks.I drive an old car that spent twenty-two years up north. The car had a fair amount of rust in the door sills and rockers from harsh winters and salted roads. It had shoddy body work from another local body shop. It also had bumper and tail light rust from cracked seals and dry rubber moulding. The team at Jammer's was my fourth estimate in Houston. They were not the highest and not the lowest estimate. Right down the middle and very fair in light of the car's condition. Aside from their cost benefit, they were professional before I even agreed to drop off the car. Ron sent a detailed estimate within twenty-four hours of meeting me. Nobody else in Houston would do this. Two months later, I dropped off the car and many replacement parts. Ron inventoried the parts and work started immediately. Through the process, Ron always sent photos of the work. If you worry about your car, this is the place for you. They understand, care, and are patient. They communicate very well. Furthermore, they are punctual. Their estimate was accurate in terms of Dollars and weeks. They honored their initial estimate in every sense. Lastly, they stand by their work. The results are amazing. My 27-year old car looks better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Jammer's. This review was long overdue but these guys really took care of me and I cannot sing their praises enough. I had brought my car here in July 2015 after someone had dented my rear bumper. I already had previous body damage on the front quarter panel that I did not expect to have repaired at that time. These guys went above and beyond by not only repairing the damage to the rear bumper but they also repaired the damage to the front fender without any additional costs!!!! I feel bad for not getting around to posting this review until now but these guys now have a customer for life. I know that there are a lot of dishonest and unethical people in the auto repair and body industry but seeing their work and their willingness to even repair something that I did not expect really moved me.
