I backed into a tree with my truck and I took it to Marwan at Legendary Collision because a friend referred me to them. The place was kept well and there were lots of really nice cars there so that made me feel like I was at a quality place. Plus the office was not a pig pen like a lot of places. Marwan was very professional and gave me an estimate on the spot. The work was great. The service was great and my car was ready to go almost to the minute of the promised pick up time. I recommend this place. Here is the part that makes the difference between a good shop and a great shop - my truck bed had a few chips that always bug me when I see them. There are about 4 chips about 1/4" long. Very small. I forgot to ask Marwan if he could touch those little spots up while making the larger repairs but it wasn't really that big a deal so I didn't even bother asking. Besides I didnt want to spend any extra money. When I picked up my truck I saw that THE SHOP noticed the blemishes and touched them up for me! That means that they are being attentive even to the things that they are not responsible for fixing and that's the kind of business we all want to do business with. I have been to Legendary several times and I can say that Marwan and his team has provided exceptional services. I originally came to Legendary after getting into a front end collision with my 2016 Subaru BRZ. Marwan will make sure that you understand the insurance process, what is damaged and being replaced, and that you are taken well care of. He will not leave you in the dark with any unforeseen changes. After repairs were finished on my car, it was like I never got into a car accident! To be honest, it looked a bit better than before I got into one. You can tell that Marwan's team is proficient at what they do. So. I bought a lip used from another 86 member and it needed to be repainted. My waifu took it upon herself to get it painted for me for Valentine's Day. After getting the lip painted I went to test Fit it on my car and I noticed that the lip was completely off compared to the bumper itself and I brought it back to Marwan at Legendary Auto Collision where the lip was first painted, when I got there we basically agreed to just paint my bumper because it had been previously repainted. I bought the car new and had never got the bumper replaced or repainted and turns out, it was and the only place that it was most likely repainted. Anyways. I ended up riding my car bumper less for about a week (didn't mind cause I liked the "bumper-less" look) and when time came. Me and Marwan put my lip on and the bumper on my car. I wanted to wait till the car is washed so therefore the car would look 100 times better with a freshly painted bumper and lip. I am truly pleased with the work and amount of effort marwan does for his customers. Where do I start, the service is truly top notch and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! The people that work here are very friendly and willing to help. It's hard to trust body shops now days but this is truly a shop that I wouldn't mind coming back for. They removed and installed a new bumper and headlight as well as with the paint and they fixed other things without me even asking them and I truly loved that. They really care for their customers and you can see it and feel it when you're there. They fixed it all in one day as soon as the parts came in and not just that but they also hand car washed my car and vacuumed it from the inside. Wow! Since I was gonna pay out of pocket, I shopped around quite a bit for prices, as well as the overall reputation for workmanship. I got a great price, and they were even able to save my bumper, keeping the cost of my repair even lower than I had expected. The workmanship is as good as it gets, (perfect, in my opinion!) and it was completed well within the time frame I was promised...And my car was neat and clean!
