Dr. Trang said he'd warranty the repair for two months - otherwise I'd need to leave the appliance with him and leave the office with no front teeth. I had to find a time that I could be without teeth for four days, and also find those four days to synchronize with his two alternate days per week he was in the office. I contacted his office the sixth of eight weeks he had allotted. I waited a week to hear back - and nothing. I called the following week and was told they would consult with him and get back to me with his availability. I waited another full week. I called to follow up the first day of the ninth week to let them know I still had not heard from them. I was told I was past the warranty period and they would not honor the repair. I was told they called me but my voice mail was full so they could not leave a message. They called only once. Flash back the my inquiry about the needed repair. They returned the call and gave me a price of $360.00. Four days later they called me back again, left a message to contact them. When I returned the call, they told me the price would now $500.00. And then again in a few days raising it to $800.00 for the repair. I gave them the go ahead. They called two more times reminding of the appointment and to double check both times that I would bring the $800.00 with me for the time of the service and that I was aware of the price increase. In total, they contacted me six times about price, re-confirmation of price and to ensure I knew I'd need to pay at the time of the appointment. They deliberately strung out my return call for the warranty repair and then cancelled the warranty on a several day 'past date' technicality that they created. Having made six calls about price, and eight total including appointment confirmation - they made only one call, leaving no message deliberately riding out the warranty period. Bear in mind they have my email address, and could certainly try a second call out on a warranty that was necessary because of Dr. Trang's failed repair. They kept the $800.00 and refused to fix the faulty work of their lab. A failure they should have discovered by checking the quality prior to my appointment. So I asked for my dental records. They never provided them. come to find out after reporting them to the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners - they never created a treatment plan. Dr. Trang intentionally deprived me of a repair for his faulty work - set a timeline for the repair to be initiated, and then strung out communication until they ran me out of an arbitrary warranty period he offered off the cuff at the moment he should have been installing the appliance, but couldn't 't for the faulty workmanship and discovery of a crack their lab produced and overlooked. This practice could not have been a better choice. From the young man who checked us in, to the hygienist we each had, to the dentist, to the very pleasant lady who checked us out - the experience was perfect. We were given a through exam with X-rays, then a cleaning for me (wife had to reschedule because she needs a deep cleaning - she is diabetic) and then the doctor went over my X-rays and made a plan of attack. ZERO pressure to book another appointment and ZERO pressure to continue with their services. We will continue with this practice as they are perfect for my wife's fear of the dentist and their staff is top notch!!!! Today my teeth feel great and I have booked another appointment as I need a root canal and I have no fear that this practice will take amazing care of me, my wife, and our teeth.

Couches and Lounge Chairs with a TV are set up for your waiting pleasure. There's a mini arcade and toys for the little ones. The scheduled appointments are set about 6 months out for the semi annual cleanings, but you can just reschedule as the date gets closer. I like that they are able to send text reminders of the appointments otherwise I would never remember. For the most part they get you started for your appointment at the time you are scheduled. Only on a couple occasions I had to wait past my appointment time for more than 15 minutes. Office manager, Megan is always very cordial and will always put in the leg work to help you with your visits. Whether it is with scheduling or figuring out with your insurance she tries to take the stress out coming to the dentist. Dr. Ray always tries to catch up with you when he does his check up so that way it's not such cold robotic experience. Persoanable and friendly staff is the most you can ask for when dentist are on every corner these days. COVID Safety: They only allow the patient to come back for the treatment. Others have to stay in the waiting room or elsewhere. They give you protective goggles to wear during your cleaning. The hygenist also wear face shields as part of their safety apparatus. I don't know if they are limiting the amount of people in the waiting area. Also not sure if they are wiping and sanitzing areas thoroughly in between patients.

Drs Kyle and Corey Rush are both highly skilled and a delight to be around, as is their whole staff! It is actually a pleasure to see the dentist and to have my "upkeep" done! Staff is so welcoming, and takes an interest in meeting our needs and getting to know us! We travel almost 20 miles to see them but it is well worth the drive! I have high standards when it comes to my teeth because I have troublesome dental issues -- I grind my teeth so much that I have bad abfractions (gum recessions). There are many things that I look for in a dental practice -- technical skill, bedside manner, billing management, affordability, etc. most places are roughly similar. But one thing I've RARELY found in a dentistry is ARTISTRY. This is VERY important, people!!! Even if the dentist is smart, affordable, friendly, blah blah blah, it does not matter if they DO NOT have artistic skills!!! Ok, if you have healthy teeth and never get cavities, fine, go to whomever you want, but if you're like me and have teeth problems? Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor and find a Dentist who has BOTH Technical and Artistic Talent! Ok so here's proof positive of why Fulton Ranch Dental is a good fit for me, my husband, my son, and frankly, anyone: Recently, I had a gumline filling crumble off (remember, I grind my teeth) and so I immediately called Fulton Ranch Dental. Now, let me go into detail about my experience from the scheduling to the checkin at the front desk and wait time to the actual procedure with the dentist and dental assistant to the checkout and payment with the office manager. Scheduling & Insurance: Talked to Loretta ad nauseum about my insurance and she called them and made sure that benefits covered us properly and within the right timeframe. So that we knew what to expect as far as payments go prior to our appointments. So no surprise billing. :) She was very patient and polite! Checkin at Front Desk & Wait Time: I was greeted graciously by Jill and handed a form to complete. The entire process was quick and courteous -- my wait time was 5-10 minutes, if that. Actual Procedure The Dental Assistant (I blanked on her name -- oh crumb!) was fairly new to the industry (fresh out and only 2 years there) but she could have fooled me! She actually read the salient points from my medical questionnaire to Dr. Kyle -- say what??? Now this is an important part, people... because so many places don't even read what you fill out (you're just a number to them) but she really read my medical past??? How simple is this attention to detail??? And yet so rare and wonderful!!! Next up, Dr. Kyle was very friendly and informative. He took one look at my abfraction and knew right away what had to be done. Luckily, he had the bandwidth to fill it and did so, seamlessly, painlessly, and quite beautifully. He actually painted it and exquisitely color-matched it -- all while I watched an episode of How Stuff Works on Discovery Channel behind his head. They asked me to touch the filling for smoothness and it feels smooth like BTS butter. :) Checkout & Payment The office manager (again, didn't catch the name) was ever so kind and lovely. What is in the water at this place??? :) I'm waiting for a hitch but even the bill was not a sticker shock because I knew how much it would cost and it was fair. I've been to some crazy fancy dental spots who have lasers all over the place and charge $3K for a meager crown. This wasn't so. It was reasonable and well worth the 35 minute drive!!! Overall, I am incredibly happy to have switched my family over to Fulton Ranch Dental and I'm so glad we've finally found the holy grail of dentistry!!! :)
