I needed someone to come clean my place ASAP because I had relatives coming last minute and I just didn't have the energy to do it all myself. I called to ask about a someone coming out that day and 10 minutes later I got a call and had two ladies come to my rescue. I couldn't believe the amount of work they did for us in just two hours. The bathroom looked pretty damn good and they even wiped off the trash can so it looked new! They did however miss wiping the trash can in the kitchen but I'm not mad at all. It gives me a reason to call them back and let them work for that 5th star! I recommend this service and hope to see the same ladies again soon. read more

Janeth and her team of cleaners are just awesome. My background with cleaning services isn't very extensive but my house was a mess. I run a home business with a total of three guys and we are just guys. We know how to tidy up but we do not know clean. I've been personally asking around, and also looking at Molly Maids, Craigslist and reading as many reviews as I can. Trust was a big concern of mine and the general concerns to me out there with cleaning services is that people sometimes just don't care and overlook things. The good ones are usually taken and are by referral only. Then comes Janeth and her team. I contacted her over Yelp and she actually responded we exchange emails and numbers and she had me setup with an appointment. She communicated with me every step of the way and answered all my questions and walked me thru the whole process. I told her my house was really dirty, about 2k sq feet and it was maintained by a bunch of guys and I wanted this relationship to be on going and I'll take any recommendation u give. Got a deep clean and away I went! Day of the clean two really nice ladies came, Sonia and Marie, they had all there own stuff and they got started. These two need very little if any supervision and they just outright took care of things. They took there time and ensure things really were done both up and down stairs.. They took care of things that I was a little embarrassed to speak of and things I didn't even know existed. I have a dog and the dog even accidentally ran out, my carelessness not there's, Sonia ran out and got my dog as I didn't even noticed. Anyways, I smoke, am a guy and don't like to clean. I rub my business from home so things pile up.., they really did a great job and I already have appointment two setup!!! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone!!! Only deal that I guess I can improve is maybe I can get them to do some filing in my office or organizing... They did such a great job that I wished they went and did more in this case!!! Not sure if it matters but I am Asian and they are Hispanic, they were 100% respectable to our customs and traditions... My mom sorta cares but after she saw the job she was like wow... I just moved and hired another company (NOT Janeth's Company) to do a deep clean-move in job to the house we're moving into so I felt confident putting my dishes and silverware in cabinets and drawers and remove all dust from being vacant and last resident. They failed miserably and I had to clean SO much obvious smears and dirt and debris out of drawers that they lost valuable business! LUCKILY I went searching and found Janeth's Company to clean the residence we were moving out of which was twice as dirty! The team did a spectacular job and the home looked and smelled cleaned!!! They were detailed and I will hire them for future needs and possibly regular cleaning!!! I am impressed with the fair and reasonable pricing and professionalism with such great and detailed results! i waited couple of days to write review, because i did not have a chance to check what was actually cleaned in this house. i was finishing up preparing rental in back and did not monitor the cleaning at all to check time factor. this house is not very big and they only cleaned one of four bedrooms...yes floor very dusty and furniture needed dusting but NOT filthy like pics below! i thought 2 women for 3 hours...$150 should be enough. they needed 4 hours and $200. fine...but did a finger check and dusty furniture in areas. the tile floor throughout and bathroom and stove very clean? just thought that there were shortcuts...and 4 hours and two women, $200? not thrilled. read more

I had a team of two women come to our house for two specific projects; bathrooms and kitchen. I requested deep cleaning for the bathrooms and I was not at all satisfied with the job done. The faucets were not cleaned properly and still had water stains. One of the restrooms has a glass door and it was clearly not treated for water stains either. The bathtub still had shampoo residue; something I easily wiped off with a damp sponge. Attention to detail is essential and I felt that lacked. The kitchen on the other hand was cleaned thoroughly hence the 3 stars. I don't believe I will be calling them back. I was looking for DEEP CLEANING and that is not what we got. Three hours is more than enough time to get the job done. In fact the lady cleaning the bathrooms "finished" early and helped the lady cleaning the kitchen. Perhaps being VERY specific may have helped. read more

My initial experience with this cleaning service was excellent. I was able to get ahold of someone immediately and was able to schedule a house cleaning within the time frame I requested which was great considering it was during the holiday season. The cleaning fee is a bit higher than other companies $253 for 4hrs/ 2 maids. But I was desperate to have cleaning done before New Years Eve since I was hosting. So everything went really well during the service. The cleaners showed up on time and completed the task within the time frame requested. The issue occurred once I did a more thorough inspection. The maids did not sweep or mop under the beds for either bedroom or clean the oven. The oven I can overlook since I didn't specify but I would think sweeping under the beds would be customary. I doubt I will return as a customer because I have received more thorough cleaning for cheaper and I felt like I had to drop a star for this reason. read more

They turned a very dirty house into a clean one. The bathtub, which was stained, now looks shiny and white. It took two hours longer than originally estimated, but I wasn't surprised. If I had been there (instead of my husband!), I would have asked them to stay half an hour longer in order to clean some of the places that were higher up. read more

We have used several cleaning services since we purchased our home in 1987. We have been with Janeth's since March 2016. We use them bi-weekly. I have to say compared to the others, this is the most professional service we have ever used. They are no nonsense, get the job done. The owner is very ethical. I personally travel for business reasons, and have recently gone on 2 two week + trips. She is very accommodating in working with me to reschedule cleaning dates. They are drama free, and very sweet. I can't thank the crew from Janeth's Cleaning Services, who transformed my house from embarrassing eyesore to company-ready in no time today. It was no small feat... my four little boys generate a lot of dirt, grime, fingerprints and more. The two pros spent nearly five hours nonstop on our house. They efficiently took care of the big stuff (dusting everywhere, mopping the floors, cleaning all the counters, etc.), and then took it to another level when dealing with the painstaking tasks (such as detailing the stove/oven and cleaning the shower glass, which has never looked better). It was super easy to set up an appointment, and the scheduler was clear about the pricing and what they could do... even better, I could take advantage of a discount offered through the Yelp page.
