Had to get cleaning service for house which had been rented and needed to be ready for move in. House was extremely dirty, dust everywhere, bathroom was disgusting. There are no words for the grime in there. Had two ladies come by house, very respectful and fully equipped with all cleaning supplies. 5 hours later and house was clean from top to bottom! Windows, blinds, inside cabinets, refrigerator, baseboards etc. Bathroom was amazing! Also cleaned outside windows and doors! Would definitely use service again! I've been using this cleaning service for a while the owner is very professional she will always get back to me when I reach out to her. One problem Is the staff turn over I feel like I had somebody new cleaning my house every couple of months they did lose my house keys that I left with one of the housekeepers so she could enter without me there. that's why I'm giving them for stars other than that very good detailed cleanings if there were any problems I can reach out to the owner that she would make sure to address them by the next time I had the house cleaned. read more

I requested a deep cleaning of our house right before Christmas as we were hosting a lot of relatives for Christmas day. They were a little bit more expensive than other cleaning companies that I requested quotes from through yelp. However, customer service was great and communication was great between myself and the company with Griscelda. I did request a cleaning team where one of them spoke English. However, they said they would try but couldn't guarantee until the day of but would try. Two women arrived, I thought the one that could speak English was the one that couldn't and vice versa. But I figured it out as the day went on. The only thing that went wrong as far as communication, is the one that didn't speak English as much, asked me if I wanted the inside of the refrigerator cleaned, (which I did and put on my texted list to Griscelda) but I think there was a communication problem so I said I did want the inside cleaned, but she took it as it I didn't want it down (she kept saying "outside") I thought she was talking about outside the house, not the fridge. So they never cleaned the inside of the fridge and I did it myself later. However, that was my only complaint. The one person that did speak a little more English, asked if they could extend one hour because they couldn't get everything done on my list, and I said yes...(Cause the house had never been deep cleaned before and there was a lot to do) I know they weren't slow, they were pretty speedy and efficient. So I said yes, but it did make it more expensive at the end of the day. So overall thumbs up of service, the house looked great and was very deep cleaned. It was a bit on the pricey side compared to other companies but I'm still enjoying the deep cleaning at the house and they were very professional. Will probably do a deep cleaning with them once or twice a year. read more

Wow horrible service! I was quoted at $55 an hour let me remind you my condo is 2bedroom 2 1/2 baths around 1,400 sq ft. Two women came to clean my house and I don't understand why it took 4 1/2 hours. It took them 2 hours to clean 2 bathrooms then it took another 2 hours to clean the kitchen, half bath and swiffer the living room. Once I went over everything it still wasn't cleaned. I had to ask for them to clean the counter sink and tub again. They put the dirty toilet brush on the top part of where we push the button to flush the toilet I don't get why you would do that. Its meant to stay on the ground because of all the bacteria it has. Towards the end the company accidentally texted me saying it was 50$ an hour then replied saying oops that wasn't for you. I had asked the cleaning lady how much was the total and she quoted me at $247.50. I don't get it are some people charged $50 and some $55? I basically have to reclean everything and still had to pay. read more
