The repairman was able to come out, he spread blankets out to cover my floor and ensure the dust wouldn't get all over the place. He estimated repairs would take about two hours, but it was done in one. He even reinforced the leg to make sure it wouldn't collapse like it had before. (It had very ambitiously been stapled into place and it's a miracle it lasted as long as it did.) He was even able to put a new dust cover into place since the previous one had gotten shredded by the leg and then my cat. There was no mess left when he was done, and he walked me through every step as he was working. 10/10, definitely recommend. I also booked an heirloom coffee table to be picked up and refinished. It's only about 30 mins from our house in Petaluma. The challenge is FINDING the place the first time. I think that using Apple or Google maps needs to be accented by talking to the folks at Pinocchio to find out how to do it. we just followed Google, but didn't get there and had to ask a worker working outside his place of business and said we took the wrong driveway. And when we did that we saw a sign that pointed to where Pinocchio was. We had a good laugh! And didn't have a problem when we returned to pick up the chair!

BACKGROUND: We wanted bookshelves installed above a built-in cabinet unit in our living room. I sent Jitendra a sketch and described what we wanted. From my chicken-scratch sketch, he created a design and mock-up, then measured our space. While measuring, he flagged all existing flaws in the space (uneven/slanted walls) so that we were aware of all inconsistencies upfront. He has amazing attention to detail! RESULTS: We were simply blown away by how well he was able to match the custom shelves to our existing unit; all of the wood looks like it was manufactured at the same time! It truly looks like it was all constructed as one piece from the very beginning, which is exactly what we wanted. In addition, we really appreciate that he took initiative to incorporate crown molding/extra detail on the top of the shelving unit. This is something that I would never have thought to do.
