After confirming the job they basically "went dark" with communication, with us continually calling them with no response, & we decided to cancel with them & return to Loveseat --- & couldn't be happier. Loveseat measured everything the first time we went in, just friendly with no pressure & no worries. Great communication too (why does that seem to be a dying art?!), as well as turn-around. They coached me on saving some money by doing some simple refinishing work on the pedestals myself then helped with choosing fabric and a color. Tom let me view every step of his process of installing webbing, layering the padding, covering with the leather and finely finishing the edging and corners. Such an amazing job!!!
