Turns out the furnace emergency mode was tripped due to a dirty air filter. Our new build home recommended we replace our air filters every 6 months. For the type of furnace we have we should be replacing them monthly! Sean quickly reset the furnace after 5 minutes the cooling and heating started to work again. I would do business with these folks again as they were fast and the price was fair. If it wasn't for the heat wave coming I'm sure they would've scheduled me sooner.

The owner, Patrick, arrived during my four hour appointment window. He was very courteous both through Yelp and in person. After climbing on the roof and determining the issue, he gave me a repair price and also a price to replace the whole, almost forty-year-old, unit. The prices were very reasonable compared to other companies I had asked for a rough estimate. He didn't pressure me to choose the more expensive option at all.
