Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. From the moment I walked through the door service was poor. I came in looking for a wide yellow gold band. Simple, right? First associate told me "no we don't have anything like that here". That surprised me. A young lady from their Pandora counter attempted to get me help. Then another man was brought into our conversation and he told me they don't have any way of ordering or selling me anything over 6mm wide. If I wanted anything wider than 6mm I would have to have one custom made for almost $1800-$2000. Found what I wanted on Amazon for under $500. So I guess it looks like Amazon wins my business again. The woman who answered the phone was extremely curt and rude and very dismissive as if she couldn't hang up on me fast enough which she did and never said goodbye. This afternoon my 90-year-old mother and myself descended on Jared jewelers. We were greeted at the door with Isaac's amazing smile and warm welcome. I explained to him that my mother would require extra time to make her purchase. He was absolutely more than happy to apply to and immediately showed a warm friendliness to my mother and myself. Mom was trading in some old Jared purchases and wanted to buy a diamond ring. Isaac immediately brought over a second sales associate Belinda who was also very helpful. My mother and I were pampered with constant smiles and encouragement and explanations of each individual diamond stone that we were inspecting from both Isaac and Belinda. Ample time was provided for us to look through the loop and compare loose stones. The entire process from start to finish including putting the entire ring together took three hours. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we enjoyed educating conversation on diamonds and Belinda and Isaac made sure that we had plenty of choices to choose from that were in our price range and offered suggestions to help enhance the look of the diamond by recommending certain settings. It was like dealing with old friends. They gave us their honest opinions as we were putting things together. They were more than in charge during the entire show of all the diamonds and settings. My concern was with a gentleman employee who was constantly lurking about. He never introduced himself and frankly made us feel uncomfortable. After spending more than $10,000, we introduced ourselves to the lurking gentleman. Turns out his name is Peter and he is the assistant manager. We were less than impressed with the way he was acting. For being in the store three hours, it took the last 30 minutes of the transaction to find out who he was after I introduced myself and my mother to him. He seemed cold and unfriendly. Creeping for 2 1/2 hours requires at least a "hello" from an assistant manager My only recommendation to Jane the store manager is that when any person in a management capacity walks up to clients, or creeps on an ongoing transaction, that they introduce themselves and bring a smile with them. Peter was less than professional in this manner. Jane the store manager at this location is absolutely a sweetheart and amazing. I can highly recommend this store. Worst experience ever! We recently moved to the Castle Pines area.... Since moving here we have purchased several things from Jared on County Line Rd. The first two purchases seemed fine. I purchased two white gold Leo Diamond rings for my wife. These were very expensive rings. The rodan used to make the gold turn white(silver), wears out constantly and requires Maintanence to keep it looking as it is suppose to. Each time it cost me $90 ring to have it re-dipped. That is my bad... I should have asked more questions! Or maybe they should have told me? My wife purchased me an expensive watch from Jared for Valentines day. It wasn't my preferred style, I wanted to exchange it for a different watch. They wouldn't exchange it. They said I wore it an put a scratch on the band. I explained that yes I tried it on, to see if I liked it or not but never wore it outside the house or for more than two minutes. I asked them to show me the scratches, they pointed to a spot on the band that wasn't there. I even told them that I would upgrade and spend more for the watch. They stuck to their guns and said no. The manager came over and became very rude, swore called me a liar. I escalated my concern to Jared's corporate office and still didn't get anywhere. We spent over $30k in three purchases over a two month period. Had Jared handled my watch situation differently they would have had my business for life. Now I tell everyone that I come in contact with how horrible Jared's customer service is. My advice to everyone is to google Jared reviews. All I found after the fact was anger customers! I should have done my research a head of time and wouldn't be in this situation. Steer clear, find a local jeweler that truly wants your business and you'll be happier! read more

I just stopped in today to get a link added to my watch, which they did at no charge and no hassle (unlike my experience at the actual Movado store). My husband bought me a smithsonian ring from Jared almost two years ago. It was stunning but problematic. The diamonds around the center stone fell out constantly. My husband is military we travel a lot. He bought me the ring in New Jersey and we have it checked at a Kay in South Dakota. Visiting family in Denver this weekend I looked down and realized a diamond had fallen out AGAIN. I was frustrated to say the least. Since there is no Jared near where I live I decided to try to get it resolved while in Denver. From the moment I walked in to this Jared they were welcoming and kind. Bill patiently listened to my entire plight and jumped into action. He helped me decide what was the best course of action and asked a store manager to help. He helped me exchange my ring for a different ring that my husband and I had also looked at when we purchased my defective ring. It was a quick and easy process and even though I had none of my paperwork and was dealing with so many different places they were so kind and helpful! Bill was fantastic from beginning to end and made feel very comfortable and valued as a customer. I highly recommend Jared as they shower me they stand behind their service and this location in particular was fantastic! read more

My husband spent several thousand dollars on a necklace and earrings for our anniversary. He bought them in January and didn't give them to me until late february. The earrings are too thick to fit through my pierced ears. He tried to take them back and they refused because they said his time for return was up. These earrings have never been worn, and he was unaware when he bought them he was on a clock. This is not right on any level, especially with this high class jewelry store. read more

I bought a Le Vian emerald and diamond ring here and thought I lost a couple of diamonds around the center stone. Turns out they just had shifted and were dirty. I've bought several jewelry items from Jared, all have been quality and they've stood behind their product. One set of earrings I bought for someone with a nickel allergy and they aggravated her more than expected, but I was able to return those without any questions and exchange them for a set that worked better. They have handled the care and maintenance of most of my items, including my watches without issue. Their lifetime watch battery plan is priced appropriately, however I was disappointed that one of my oversized watches was too large for their tools so I had to go elsewhere. Another downside is that in terms of inventory Jared is like most other jewelry stores. They have the same brands and styles as pretty much anywhere else which is a disappointment to me when it comes to things like jewelry. read more

Absolutely thrilled with this Jareds. Came in December for my gf... Now fiancé... To try on rings and Leo was fabulous. Came back in January to finalize things without the lady and all went well again. Ring came out gorgeous. Everyone was patient as I had no clue what I was looking at. Felt the cost was great for the amazing ring I got for her. Leo then helped my fiancé with getting my ring a couple months later and again... Couldn't be happier. Sitting in Jareds's right now waiting for my semi-annual ring inspections to be completed. I always appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and their willingness to make sure that my diamonds are securely in place and that the gold is polished. Have always felt that they are a tad pricey but their financing terms are excellent and it makes shopping for jewelry more affordable when you you can do 12 months no interest. This store is amazing! The general manager is superb! We moved from Texas and she helped fix a problem that another store created with me wedding ring. We bought an anniversary ring from this store and the stones kept falling out due to the sizing. She had them custom make one in the correct size. It is perfect. Then she recognizes me every time I come in for inspections on all my jewelry. Today my husband bought me an new pair of diamond earrings. She greeted him by name. Do NOT buy anything from them! Just go to a cheap mall kiosk, chances are your jewelry will last longer. Bought an expensive pendant and two chains in the summer, both broke by September, just literally fell of my neck. Brought them in for a repair. Less than a week later, the pendant and necklace falls off my neck again, broken in two pieces, as I was putting on makeup. Took backup necklace that was also fixed out of box to wear and in was broken, in the box, fell apart without ever having been touched since repair. read more

I bought a beautiful Omega watch for my now husband when we got engaged. I got it for him thinking it would last forever because of the reputation of Jared standing behind their product as well as the reputation of the Omega brand. In 4 years, it has broken 4 times. To the point where it is an incredibly expensive paperweight that carries a lot of sentimental value. Not only did they not stand behind their very expensive product, they gave my husband a lot of attitude when he went in to get it fixed. They also wanted to charge us $525 to fix it for the fourth time in so many years. They don't stand behind their repairs, their product or their customer. I finally had to call the corporate office which was very helpful, but the store wasn't even helpful to them! I regret ever going to this store for the most romantic time in my life as they have been nothing but awful since then...and I've had to deal with them a lot! Very poor customer service to say the least. I have purchased many items from the Jared company and have been satisfied in the past. At this particular location I came in one day just for watch battery replacements. The clerk seemed annoyed that I wasn't purchasing any items just coming for the couple batteries for watches that I purchased from them. When I proceeded to check in it appeared that their computers were down and several other customers were experiencing their cards being declined just like mine. I was told that they would go ahead and give them to me as a courtesy and that they hope that I figured out what my problem was. Obviously if I was spending more than $20 for a watch battery I could see where there may be an instance where a large amount may not go through. However to be treated as though I didn't have money for a $20 transaction when really it was their computer system malfunctioning felt condescending. Never go here for repairs if you plan on being told the truth. I went in with a bent wedding band and left with a $130 estimate to fix loose stones, and a cracked shank that didn't exist. In addition, I was told it would take 3-5 days to fix. The manager, yes manager, who told me this even looked at the ring under a microscope and pretended to prod the "loose" stones. Suspecting that I'd been taken for a ride, I went to a reputable boutique and was told that nothing was loose and there was no crack. They re- shaped the ring in under two minutes, free of charge. This is downright thievery. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. read more

This place is spectacular! When I set out to look for a engagement ring I had no idea how confusing smoke and mirror the industry was. Bill Bradshaw and Lorene Noble cut right to the point and explained exactly what I needed to know and how good of "Diamond Grade" I was actually looking for. They were honest, genuine and no pressure. They seemed invested in my engagement and wanted me to feel confident in my ring choice. I had a extreme different experience at every other Jewelry store I visited (Shane CO was hands down the worst FYI). Fast forward to now 6 months later, my fiance takes her ring in to be cleaned excessively and they always treat her awesome. I had the Diamond fall out in a previous necklace I purchased for her and the gave me no grief and made it simple and easy to get it fixed. Very disappointing service...came to Jared to have a ring guard placed on a ring that is currently too big. The first service woman approached me with a kind demeanor, but after finding out that I was not going to purchase any jewelry from her, she was obviously not happy to be dealing with me. She then took my ring and placed a plastic, bulky ring guard on my ring (I've had several placed and I've never had a store try to use plastic; they always fit a metal guard on the ring). I then asked for a metal guard and she then tried to sell me on having my ring resized and when I said that I wasn't interested she asked, "Are you sure you need a guard; your ring is already so small?" This was obviously someone who had ZERO desire to help me. After a lengthy conversation, and 5 minutes later, I got my ring guard- how hard was that?!? Before leaving the store the sales associate made a point of telling me that my ring, which was a family heirloom passed down to me, was the same one she had in gold at home. Lol, ok.
