My experience with the Burlington Jared started years ago when I got engaged to my wife I bought a diamond from another Jeweler that shall remain nameless & after a consultation with one of Jared's demonologists This engagement ring was not up to par and not worth the money that I spent for it, So I ended up returning the ring and buying my engagement ring from Jared's as well as all my wife's Diamonds as well as some of mine for the past eight years. Fast forward to 2025 and upgrading my wife's diamond now to the biggest diamond I've ever purchased and to be honest the only true reason I made this purchase was do to the diligence of the Burlington store manager, I had floated the concept by her a couple of times sat down we the best diamond more carrots better color, better clarity for a Shockingly good price or at least as good as a 3 to 4 carat diamond could cost. I have never been to a Jared before yesterday. My engagement ring was purchased online from a company that specializes in diamond alternatives. Stronger than cubic zirconia and as sparkly as real diamonds. One of my prongs is lifted/rough and I wanted to have it fixed, polished, whatever. I had made a 'repair' appointment online, and was hoping this could be done while I waited. After waiting about 15 minutes while the very snobbish employees waited on people making purchases (even ones that came in after me), I was welcomed and the woman went and got her 'tool' to check my diamonds. I told her they're not real, they're diamond alternatives. Well she told me they absolutely could not, would not repair this ring with it's cubic zirconia's. I again said they aren't CZ, they're an alternative but was denied any further service. So I went to another local jeweler, where they proceeded to examine my ring, repair the prong and clean the ring and my wedding band which also has 'diamonds'. I will never go into a Jared again, and will advise my sons who will be getting engaged soon to stear clear as well! read more

I would give 0 star if I can. I've visited a few jewelry stores, including Jared in other locations. But this is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. It's been two days but I'm still in shock of how rude they are and decided to come here to leave a review and save yall time. My gf and I visited another Jared store two weeks ago and we liked a few bands. To be honest, we had a great experience at that Jared store. Wanting to check these bands one more time, I called this store to make sure that the two bands we liked the most are available. After getting a positive confirmation, I made an appointment. Walking into the store, the lights were all off. They told me that they turned off lights to 'keep the temperature down'. Well, we live in 2021 and I happen to know something called AC that does the same thing (so kinda sketchy but it's Jared so I'm okay with it. However, it will be the worst environment you want for jewelry shopping because you can't see anything). Then the lady who informed me on the phone that the two bands were NO LONGER available are here in the store. She recommended a few 'similar' bands in her opinion. But I don't really like these. After knowing that I won't make any purchase that day, her attitude turned 180 degree. She made me felt I don't belong to this place. She won't answer my basic questions such as what the price is if I want change the band from 14k to 18k. The whole time she's yelling at me, "we can't do this we can't do that", which is directly contradicted to what I was told at the another Jared store and literally every jewelry store. If you want a happy jewelry shopping experience, please avoid this place. Oh btw, when I called for appointment, she randomly asked if my gf is Asian. I'm like, why do you care? If I could give zero stars I would. As a long standing Jared customer it's sad to see how this company has withered. The appearance of the store is just as unimpressive as its employees. I was in to have my wedding band serviced and noticed not only how short staffed the store was but how rude their employees were. The unfortunate soul who "helped" me was an older ethnic man who remained seated on his iPad with his cellphone propped up on it watching videos. When I asked him for help he proceeded to tell one of his colleagues that "there is a guest who needs help" instead of assisting me himself. The lovely lady who helped me explained she doesn't work there full time but was willing to go the extra mile to get my questions answered. She asked her male colleague for help and he decided to make up answers instead of double checking. As a long standing Jared customer I know what my protection plan covers and this ethnic man didn't know the basics of his responsibilities. It seems to me the company has allowed itself to be more focused on hiring incompetence than people with genuine knowledge and customer service skills. I'm sad to say the entire appearance of the store was just as disappointing. For a company whose claim to fame is being "North Americas largest Jeweler" you'd think they would at least clean the mold covered awnings. Nothing about this brand screams luxury anymore. Not the pathetic selection of cheaply imported junk that is guaranteed to break, nor the employees suggestion of "we can order it online for you as long as you pay in full in advance for something you've never seen" if I wanted to do that I wouldn't have come to the store in the first place. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time or money here. Save yourself the headache and go to Longs. read more

I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received, that I had to write a review. I wanted to have someone look at my watch, which was purchased from an online store, to confirm that it was authentic. I was greeted at the door by Giovanni, who took the watch apart and spent about 10 minutes studying it. I was so uncomfortable asking this of a store where I didn't make that purchase, but that changed the second I walked in. After he assured me that the watch was good, he then cleaned my rings. Great and friendly customer service, the manager, Giovanni always goes above and beyond! I've had 2 Michele bands serviced by him and most recently, a gold necklace (not purchased at Jareds). Giovanni examined and inspected the piece and without hesitation repaired it for me on the spot asked if we wanted needed anything cleaned (free of charge). I went to Jared in March of 2021 to have a stone replaced that fell out of my ring. Its my aunts wedding ring from 1947 and has all marquis diamonds. They put in a new stone and in October the stone fell out. I went back and talked to some young guy that worked there and he told me there is nothing they can do..the warranty expired. I was furious. He told me that they could order a new stone but that it was cost for stone and labor. I told him that I will take it somewhere else to be fixed since they will never have my business again. I left the store and went out to my car and sat for a minute bc I was so mad. A guy from the store came to the car and told me he was sorry for what just happened and he wants to make good for it...he was the manager. I went back in and he looked at the ring and said the channels were not big enough to protect the stones from falling out. i said well thats funny...since I paid to have the stone replaced and all the channels rebuilt..so its YOUR fault. I told him i would take my ring to Jared in Sarasota, since that is my go to store. He said they will not honor the work that was done. i left my ring, picked it up and came back home to Sarasota. It is now March of 2022 and i just brought my rings in to be cleaned and inspected...well...I had a question about the ring repair in MA so they looked at it. Mind you, I paid for all channels to be redone and Jessica the manager told me there was only 1 channel that was done...the one around the stone they replaced. Once again, I was pretty angry but Jessica said they will do everything they can to fix this problem.. I told her the manager in Attleboro told me thats impossible...she said and that's a lie. She turned my case over to her care team, called me yesterday to drop off the ring and they will rebuild all the channels at no cost to me. almost done... I went in to drop my ring off and she had the jeweler look at it and he said the stone they put in there is unacceptable, not even the same kind of stone as the other marquis...so they are replacing that as well. When you go to a jeweler and pay to have work done, you assume you are getting the best work and not being scammed or lied to. Well they got me on both counts. I'm just glad I have a reputable Jared Jewelers that I can go to here! read more

Jared stole my certified nearly flawless diamond during one of their mandatory routine cleanings. I knew it that day but they ganged up on me and gaslit me, forcing me to leave without my very expensive diamond. That ring never left might sight with the exception of that day. I'm angry and heartbroken as I was recently told, at an appraisal, that my ring is very flawed and the that certificate and inscription do NOT match. Do not trust Jareds. They are crooks and thieves. They lie to you about the warranty and force you to bring your ring in so they can steal it from you. Shame on you for ruining such a beautiful symbols of two people's love for one another.
